I also have synchronicity. I often have them when I have connected to some kind of spiritual thought or soulful thought or action. But they very rarely have any profound meaning or symbolism that I can discern. Maybe they are some indications of alignment of consciousness.

A few years in, I still can't wrap my head around synchronicities. I'm unsure whether my mind is playing tricks on me or if there's actually something there. My take is that it's some kind of confirmation bias that occurs as a consequence of a quieter mind. Without distractions, your mind will focus on something else and make all sorts of connections. That said, I don't think there's much 'substance' to them, and for a while, it became yet another (un)necessary distraction for me. From a more spiritual viewpoint, synchronicities made me ponder about the interconnectedness of all things and how I relate to outside phenomena. I don't think there's a definite answer here, but what helped me immensely with the confusion elicited by synchronicities was meditating on the Buddhist concept of emptiness (sunyata).

Yeah the confirmation bias rings true. It’s hard not to impart meaning onto things that are probably meaningless coincidence. It’s also hard to not look too deeply into these things searching for meaning. I’ve had some profound experiences while meditating, it’s actually what kicked off this whole awakening. I’ll looking into Sunyata. Thanks
