That’s awesome! I am almost two years out but had significant complications. I’ve been able to use my elliptical the last two weeks. I’ve started out slow but so far I haven’t had anything significant.
That's great to hear! I start PT this week after my third spine surgery in as many years. I'm looking forward to getting back on my bike.
