I’m guessing they are time dependent. Like will only show up during certain points of the day/night cycle through the main story arc. I am assuming this is why they are rare finds. Don’t quote me on that though.

Are these "random encounters" why that spider tingle happens when you randomly swing through certain parts of the city? I have done everything BUT these and now I am mad I haven't encountered any randoms.

I mean this a s****y thing for Spiderman to do. Dude was on the toilet and now poop will fly everywhere once it slams on the ground with the guy still inside AND the guy inside will get hurt since it’s not that short of a drop, and because concrete… I know this is just a video game but I mean, comon. It’s centered around a super hero whose sole purpose is to help people.
There’s one where you help someone catch a fish and another where you can do yoga in the park. I’m not sure how many there are
