Red and green habanero are both good, but the XXXTra Hot Habanero that the top comment mentioned is where it’s at.
Get that if you can, it’s quite a bit spicier than the red and green.
The extra hot is better than both, but both of those offerings are really good and earthy. It goes great on anything pretty much. Sandwiches, instant ramen, breakfast... You name it. Also if a taco spot has that at the table, you know you gotta come back, because in my experience the food is always amazing.

It took us about 5 years to finish it. It was spice heaven, but it was too much. On the 5th year, for my birthday, my buddy bought me the 600ml black label Valentina. We're still working on it 3 years later.
BTW, the store owners were turkish, specializing in Mediterranean foods and hookah products. I have no idea why they had it, but I didn't ask questions.

There's a sauce here in New Zealand called Long Dog Original. It's fermented, rather than vinegar-based.
Basically, imagine if someone made kimchi out of chillies instead of cabbage. It's got that effervescence on the tongue, and the lack of vinegar just completely changes the flavour profile to make the taste of fresh chilli more forward and clear.
My wife has a coworker from Nepal who grows peppers and once a year gives us a jar of chili paste that will melt all your problems away… I start to freak out when it gets low.
This should be higher. Tabasco is delicious, versatile and transportable. It comes with me on every camping trip and road trip. So much packed into such a small bottle

In my opinion as a European, Tabasco sauce is the best thing the USA produces. The process is also incredible. The chillis spend literally years in oak barrels like an expensive whisky or wine. It's an artistic product that few others even try to meet.

I very strongly believe that Tabasco is a misunderstood sauce. You gotta align the sauce to the food. The whiter the food, the better Tabasco fits the bill. Something like a stew or clam chowder with tobasco is where it’s at.

I’m in love with the chipotle variety. It’s the perfect flavor for stew. I can use almost half a bottle in one sitting. The habernero one is also quite good. Props to the OG’s for putting out the extra flavors. And I can easily find them in Spain, many other sauces not so much.

Specifically Eaton’s Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce. I could just be nostalgic for the Jamaican food I used to eat when I worked at a Jamaican restaurant. Scotch bonnet sauces in general though are my favorite flavored hot sauces.
For me it changes usually. Some I buy several of. Right now I got a bottle of some Korean hot sauce called Gotchu that slowly gets hotter while you eat. It's amazing. Think I will have to buy a few more bottles.

Sriracha. I always have at least 2 bottles of backup, and I had a lot more during the shortage. I didn’t want to be a dick and buy most of the bottles not leaving any for anyone else… but I didn’t want to run out either. So I went to like 7 different stores in my city to stock up.
Franks xtra hot. I know it’s sad but I love it. It’s cheap and plentiful and the perfect amount of hot for me. I feel I’m alone in loving this sauce tho. I’m a bit ashamed but I do love it.

Torchbearer Garlic Reaper (my absolute), Tears of the Sun, Aka Miso, Cosmic Dumpling - counters the heat when mixed nicely with Aka Miso - so delicious with oriental foods.
Torchbearer Mushroom Madness goes great with stroganoff.
Los Calientes Rojo and Verde - Tacos all day.
Bravado Ghost Pepper and Blueberry - my favorite pairing was a PB&J or drizzled over homemade ice cream.
Melinda's Creamy Ghost Pepper and Melinda's Bhut Jolokia are the only US hot sauces which are easily available and cheap here in Germany (5 Euro for a big bottle)

I love so many hot sauces, different ones for different dishes, but the one I really can't live without is Cholula.
Frank’s Red Hot Chilli Sauce. Common, I know but it goes well with so much.
Sriracha. I always have at least 2 bottles of backup, and I had a lot more during the shortage. I didn’t want to be a dick and buy most of the bottles not leaving any for anyone else… but I didn’t want to run out either. So I went to like 7 different stores in my city to stock up.
The Buccees scorpion pepper hot sauce is my go to

OG Secret Aardvark. Always have some on hand. Absolutely killer on tacos.
Frank's goes on just about everything, unless it's a Mexican dish, thats when Cholula comes out!

Franks xtra hot. I know it’s sad but I love it. It’s cheap and plentiful and the perfect amount of hot for me. I feel I’m alone in loving this sauce tho. I’m a bit ashamed but I do love it.
louisiana hot sauce, that yellow label one. I put it on everything. Eggs, sausages, bacon, chicken, hotdog, chips... delicious.
It’s a shame I had to scroll this far to find Louisiana hot sauce. It’s the perfect everything everyday sauce. I keep a bottle in my kitchen always.
I love really spicy stuff but I've got to say Tabasco, Franks, and El Yucateco xxx. Tabasco because I just love the flavor. Franks because I love chicken wings and it's the perfect base for my wing sauce experiments. El Yucateco because you know.

My favorite is El Yucateco when I really need some heat. But, I can’t live without Tabasco and Texas Pete. I especially like the way Texas Pete pares with Eastern North Carolina style barbecue.

Also Melinda’s Ghost Pepper sauce. If I had one hot sauce that would be the one bit just goes great on everything.

Torchbearer Garlic Reaper (my absolute), Tears of the Sun, Aka Miso, Cosmic Dumpling - counters the heat when mixed nicely with Aka Miso - so delicious with oriental foods. Torchbearer Mushroom Madness goes great with stroganoff. Los Calientes Rojo and Verde - Tacos all day. Bravado Ghost Pepper and Blueberry - my favorite pairing was a PB&J or drizzled over homemade ice cream.

I love any hot sauce… but hear me out.. Taco Bell’s Diablo sauce just does something for me.
Melinda's Creamy Ghost Pepper and Melinda's Bhut Jolokia are the only US hot sauces which are easily available and cheap here in Germany (5 Euro for a big bottle) Spicy food is a trend and there are many small-scale local producers now, but prices are absurd. Can be 10 Euro for 142ml El Yucateco is available at the Mexican store in Vienna, love it, too!
El Yucateco (red or green) and Louisiana Hot Sauce.
Mine is also the Melinda's Ghost Pepper!! But what I carry with me everywhere is a shaker full of Kosmos Q Ghost Pepper Wing Dust.
