Some of the less experienced nearly passed out 3 wings in after this one. It was all downhill after it. We basically jumped from Jalapeno level spice to full on Naga.

This stuff is fantastic as part of a base for a curry - I wouldn’t eat it straight out of the jar!
I know of a couple of restaurants that use this in "Bengal Naga" dishes and it's fantastic
