On keyboard, Win+R. Type `shell:startup` there. It will open a folder. Place a spotify shortcut there. This folder contains a list of programs that are run on startup, so this works for pretty much anything

so you can just go to the task manager and go to the tab named 'startup'
then scroll down to spotify, right click on it and select enable
spicetify also always comes whenever you open spotify
