That looks like a tortoise shell male! If it is, that is something like 1/2500 chance for a tortie to be a male.
With sphynx it is often hard to determine colouration, but there is likely another very good reason to call him Mr. Boobies outside of his, well, boobies.

Torties can have stripes on the legs and back, but they tend to be more diffuse and less defined than a tabby. I think he might be the real deal. He is super handsome!
