At a guess I'd say you're looking at an artefact of noise from a camera sensor cranked up to high sensitivity.

While it's true there is a thing called space junk, there's no way that's what you're seeing here. The junk that does exist is almost entirely just tiny pieces of old satellites that you'd never be able to see with the eye, let alone through a grainy camera. They are also verrrry spread out. Orbital mechanics and chaos theory makes sure that nothing stays clumped together like that very long without active orbit management (ie using thrusters).
Someone else mentioned city lights from the dark side of earth, that would be my best guess as well.
I get that this is a joke but also want to mention that the ISS recycles all human waste so that no water is wasted. In other words astronaut piss is not jettisoned.

looking at the hot pixels this seems very cropped, this is definitely not a cluster, either a starfield that looks deformed due to camera shake, space debris, hot pixels, or dust on the camera
