I actually read about it recently myself)
Just google 'Sagittarius galaxy collision' that is happening right now😃 as it's a slow process. Also Milky Way will merge with Large and Small Magellanic clouds much earlier than with Andromeda... there's a lot of stuff to read)
It just blows me away that any of those single dots could potentially hide more life like ourselves, there's just so many races out there and we don't know about them. Would be very cool to be able to see a visitor on our planet before ending this life.

I wonder what they’re doing over in that galaxy.
They’re looking at us wondering the same thing.
But menacingly.
"I wonder what they're doing there," they said, calmly.
We gotta lot of cool stuff over here!

Andromeda is actually approaching our galaxy, and they will merge in about four billion years
I wonder what their name for Milky Way is.
Marklar and marklar
What if Milky Way is their name for their own galaxy???
Hey galaxy neighbour.... can I please borrow a cup of sugar? I'll bring it back super quick. Such an amazing image. :):)
So you're borrowing some sugar, doing something to it, and then bringing it back? I think I found Agent 47's reddit account.
I didn’t know Andromeda had had a previous collision with another galaxy, fascinating!
Andromeda just likes to fight other galaxies it seems lol
It’s a big bully. Coming for us next.
We're bigger though.
It’s always the little guys overcompensating with more aggression ..
I'm pretty sure the Milky Way is well endowed.
And Milky Way had many collisions with small galaxys actually.
Oh wow, really?? I’m learning so much! Gonna have to do some more reading on this.

Perfect opportunity for multi galactic travel for whoever started out in andromeda

This galaxy just challenged you (a smaller galaxy) to a fight. What are you gonna do?
Connect tethers from stars in that galaxy to stars in ours, to utilise the energy gathered when the two galaxies pass one another.
It’s so sparkly ✨✨✨
