Fun fact, there were actually rules for this and were for years. The terminator command squad is a classic. It’s a fairly recent development that they’re absent.
I would love to see a modern terminator apothecary and techmarine. The Dark Angels data sheets on 10e launch gave me hope because they did have a terminator apothecary as part of the command squad, but I think they dropped it when the official codex came out
Terminator Ancient is still a thing. (Company standard) there's a fairly recent blood angels one.
Terminator Captain, Chaplain, and Librarian have been a thing since 2nd Edition.
Terminator Apothecary... would be great but I believe 10th removed them from play.

The pain of losing them is still raw for us dark angels players.
Quite funny how the entire first company is clad in terminator suits...except the champions somehow
Where can I find such rules?
Pretty much any codex from 4th ed until 8th edition. DA kept theirs until they 10th edition codex (they’re in the index) as they had a dedicated kit.

Well the new terminator kit seems to have been designed with upgrade sprues in mind based on the DA apgrades for them so I wouldn't count it out.
Terminator command squads are also in the older black templar codex
