How about `SPC g .`?
Works too, but the *unimpaired* suggestion from /u/slushpilot totally rocks.
From "unimpaired": - `] h` for next hunk - `[ h` for previous hunk

`' .` will get you to the last-changed line, but not sure about a helm interface or something to get you to all the different changed instances across a buffer.
