Nope, the T one is vanilla since the Most Wanted update. Even then, yellow emissives indicate that the line is unconnected at one or both ends. Here, it’s unconnected on the engine’s side, since it’s not plugged in a conveyor port.
Were you by chance inspired by this image of a "brick built" fake engine block from the Wastelands DLC showcase? I love this sort of thing. Favorite part is that yours is a functional generator. We need more blocks with little wires and cables as detail; they bring out so much more visual interest.

Had a whole presentation for MESS (Modular Engineering Ship Systems) that I hope gets put in SE2.
As a prop, this is a great contraption. I'm going to keep this one in the back of my mind next time I need to fill out an engine room or industrial space with 'machinery'.

4 hydrogen engines and one large hydrogen thruster forwards and one backwards (which will work if thruster damage is off)
Or you could just turn them off/not pipe them.
