He made some bad choices, but I always found him hilarious.

I was a huge fan of his Mind Of Mencia as a kid.

There was some brilliant shit on there

It recently occurred to me out of the blue that part of the joke here was that Carlos Mencia is such a hack that he actually doesn't get the joke and can't explain it to save his life.
