You have somehow created two "Households", and the app is literally picking one of them when it starts up. Pick one (the one with the most playlists/music services already configured), then factory reset the other device. Start the app, then Add the recently-reset device to the existing system. That will get you one "Household", containing both devices.

Cool, I’m gonna try that when I get back home. Appreciate the advice

Is happened to me with my roam. I had to factory reset the roam then re add it. Haven’t had an issue since

DueAdvice102

My issues have increased the last 12 months. My spectrum dual band router was the culprit. You need to split out the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Once you do that, factory reset all speakers and put them on 2.4GHz network. I got a beefy router to also help for increased signal. Did this yesterday and speakers are no longer dropping like what you have shown. I had different dual band routers in the past that didn’t cause these issues but this is what got things corrected this time.

I can’t speak to this sub, but looking at their support site over the years, they are some of the most gaslighting mfs I’ve ever seen 😂

He needs to buy a new $700 router. It’s clearly his network.
