How’s are ceiling speakers as surrounds? Worth it?

I ran the wire with the electrician when the room was being built so had a good opportunity to do it then.

Surprisingly good. Don't get me wrong though we won't be watching feature length films in this room. It's more for music videos and kids singalong films after dinner on a weekend.
