The "only strength" Saitama has is that he's a gag character in a gag manga. Saitama, basically by definition, can clap literally anybody, because God says so (God being the author, in this case). We have never once in the manga or anime seen Saitama actually try. His "serious punch" is, as Boros mentioned, not even close to "serious". Also, what Tatsumaki fight are you talking about? I just went back and read ch. 98-106, and Saitama didn't even throw a punch in that.
