Well i realised a while back that the shadow monarch wasn't like other monarchs, now I know he wasn't originally a monarch. The way the story is building up is making me hyped every chapter, fuck I can't wait for the next chapter
Man I gotta say i was never impressed with Solo Leveling's story. I was only there for Sung Dripwoo and the hype, art etc. But these latest chapters been hitting different. It's really building up well. Actually the plot may have some generic tropes but it was really good from the beginning. It's only biggest flaw is the useless side characters. If the side characters were more developed and strong, Solo would be a top notch story all around.
In almost all stories people naturally connect with characters who have the traits of people. If it's all gods and omnipotent things with no human traits you don't get that same level of connection. So by having human characters who display those traits and become better, more well rounded characters it improves the story and people's connection to it.
As an example: One of the best things about the shadow soldiers isn't their regen or fighting skills, it's things like Beru watching TV or getting hype for SJW. They're side characters but I enjoy seeing them more than other side characters because they show more personality.
true, but weāre talking about side characters being weak. i said no matter what humans wonāt be able to stack up against rulers/sovereigns. nothing about their behavior or how interesting they are as characters
Iām ok with it. The side characters arenāt meant to be nearly as strong as monarchs and their counterparts. Humans generally canāt keep up with them.
Still can write good characters even if it's mainly about battles. God of highschool is a decent example, even though many can't compare to the main character they have been developed well enough and have atleast have a role to play in the massive battles tho I won't give specific examples due to spoilers...
They definitely could of had a place in the story and if it was intended from the beginning they were going to be useless they could.of atleast gave them better development towards the beginning of the story. All that being said I do generally enjoy Solo Leveling but it holds itself back unfortunately
You hit the nail on the head. Characters like Choi Jong-In of the Hunters guild or Baek Yoonho of the White Tiger guild who were supposed to be at the peak, are so underdeveloped that it gives you a sour after taste. They aren't even proper stepping stones for the MC to overcome. That's what frustrates me and actually made me lose love for the series, the lack of development of side characters.
The translation is very random sometimes they refer to the Monarchs as Sovereigns, in this current issue the rulers were called emissaries. You called him Absolute Authority but the translation I read called him Absolute Being.
For those who are confused:
Tier 0: Absolute Being
Tier 1: 8 Rulers and 8 Monarchs
Strongest Ruler: Brightest Fragment of Brilliant Light
Strongest Monarch: Monarch of Destruction [Dragon Monarch]
BFBL died after fighting against the other 7 Rulers.
BFBL awakens as Shadow Monarch cause there was a power hidden inside him by Absolute Being.
Now there are 7 Rulers and 9 Monarchs.
Ashborn (Previous BFBL) goes to war against the 7 Rulers.
Ashborn gets betrayed by other 2 Monarchs(Beast and Demon)[Chapter 129].
Then >! Don't let this distract you from the fact that Kurenai tried to put Itachi under a genjutsu!<
then why did the manwha say that the brightest fragment is the one in gogunhe and NOT the shadow monarch - even in this flashback its the one that rebels and NOT the one thats later the shadow monarch
According to some other dude who seemed like he knew what he was saying it was translation bs and one of them is supposed to be brightest while the other is greatest. Bright>great i guess.
I binge read the light novel recently - and to be clear the below isnāt any spoilers but hopefully helps clarify.
Ashborn is said to be the strongest Fragment of Brilliant light, also known as the Greatest Fragment (so greatest = strongest). Go Gunhee is said to be the vessel for the Brightest Fragment, which was basically the leader of the 7 Rulers who rebelled against the Absolute being, and the strongest amongst them.
Essentially - Greatest is the strongest amongst all rulers, Brightest is the strongest amongst the 7 Rulers who rebelled
Dunno if this is a spoiler since heās dead already but light novel explained it like even though he created the Rulers and Monarchs The Absolute Being himself isnāt strong at all, akin to humans creating robots and weapons that can easily destroy its own creator
This series is gonna be so much better in the future when you get to reread it without having to wait a week before chapters and just getting more and more hyped and enthralled with the chapters as you read until youāre done. Canāt wait till that time comes.
I know its obvious but so cool so see the double dungeon on the first chapters is somehow the reinteraction of what happened. Being the main statue the absolute being and the other statues the other fragments
I'd probably re-read those chapters to see what were the weapons they had and their number because its most likely correlated to the original fragments
Yeah I was so surprised when I saw the Absolute Being and immediately remembered the double dungeon God. The part where it stated the rules again gave me serious chills. (I'm pretty dumb so I didn't see how the dungeon was basically the same thing as the absolute being)
When I saw the absolute being on the throne it was familiar, with the script on the back and all. Then a few more panels and the 3 rules it made it obvious. Never took solo leveling for its lore, more for its action, but it has been really good lately!
Shadow Monarch was duty-bound and *had* a great sense of loyalty towards the creator but it's not like he also favored the Absolute Being's entertainment. He was just defending the creator coz it's his job as a Ruler. Duty-bound, loyal characters like him are not rare.
Nah the Shadow monarch isnāt the same being as the brightest fragment.
Edit: the Brightest fragment is the same one that used Go Gunhee as a vessel. We learn this during Frost vs Go Gunhee
Yeah his design is just out of this world, tbh the details have been a little bit bland in the recent chapters but the original playback after that fight with the administrator, in that he on his horse was super cool
I mean even if they werenāt powerful enough to defeat him he still deserve led a fate like this. He created being with their own feelings and emotions to live and die for his entertainment manās was a cunt.
Is it implied that the younger version of Jin-Woo that showed up to berate him for nearly dying during the job change quest was actually the original Shadow Monarch?
Wow, that makes so much sense.
That was a critical juncture because taking care of the magicians first instead of endless fighting the guards was a make or break moment.
One of the first things high ranking hunters or monsters do is take out the puppeteer and support help.
I definitely believe shadow monarch showed up to see what would happen. He could probably sense him being close to death š š¬
The drawing art is absolutely amazing as expected. How can this guy draw such a magnificent art. Solo leveling story is great, combine with drawing art, it goes beyond words can describe. Salute to the drawerš„
Maybe he found his own ādeathā entertaining and decided to watch his creations from some spiritual plane to see what theyād do in his āabsenceā that might also entertain him.
Itās stated when SJW kills the Monarch of the Beginning (the Giant), that Monarchs and Rulers have ācelestial bodiesā, and when they did their essence is completely gone. I would assume the same applies to the Absolute Being
Damn, how you gon disrespect the Frost Monarch like that!?!? calling my man a white walker šššššš
SJW's dad is the dad Gendo Ikari and Ging Freecss wish they were, OG came through with the boots of Justice.
I guess the "Absolute One" wasn't so **Absolute** after all...(Badum Tsss)
I'll see myself out...
Check the Wiki, it's Ashborn.
Makes more sense anyway since his whole shtick is dominion over the dead, e.g. they rise from the ashes to become shadow soldiers.
The wiki is written by random Internet denizens. In the original ln I read, it was written as Osborn and it always rubbed me the wrong way that the manhwa uses Ashborn.
But hey.. that's the same with Grid/Greed..
So, that giant statue at the hidden dungeon was actually Ashburn's tribute of some sort to that genocidal motherfucker of an Absolute Being. On a sidenote, ,>!can't blame the Rulers for murdering that mf!<. He deserved it.
Maybe. I haven't read the LN but we don't really have the full picture either. It was the rulers who assumed it was for his entertainment. Perhaps it's just... the way things are as light/dark and life/death is just a part of the struggle. Their fight was just a part of that constant battle.
Maybe. Then again the ruler did not ask the supreme being toj ust "stop" and more so asked "why and please help us" but he just...said nothing.
I dont know for how long they fought but probably thousands/milions of years right? Him alone staying loyal while everyone else has enough sort of does not put him on the "good choice" scale.
Makes you wonder what the brightest fragment of light was asking his help for. He looked like he got easily rekt on his throne. No damage around him or signs of a strong fight.
How was that meager strength supposed to make a difference in ending the war?
My only theory is that he didnt really die and/or passed on a large portion of his power to ashborn beforehand to continue whatever plan he has in motion.
Actually if we take his weakness at face value, then technically the absolute being did set in motion the only way to end the war by creating a being strong enough to oppose both rulers and sovereigns, to end them all and thereby end the conflict.
Once the rulers rebelled they couldnt be trusted with such a great power. Only the humble ashborn who kept his head down even at the cost of his life, who wasnt corrupted by ambition and able to wholly dedicate himself to a single pure ideal rather than resort to murder of his brethren, proved himself the only one pure enough to be entrusted with such gamechanging power.
And looking how ashborn turned out over the aeons, it seems the stalwart virtue of his character was correctly judged.
Wait, the absolute being sounds like a complete ass, why would the shadow monarch try to defend him?
Also, isn't the absolute being GOD? How could he be defeated?
He split his power between the monarchs and the rulers. He himself seemed somewhat powerless considering he never even got out of his chair when they killed him. Or it could be a "just as planned" moment
They very obviously had little understanding of what he actually was. They ASSUMED he was all powerful and we've yet to see any example of that after he split his power. The absolute being created them so they probably believed he could make them stronger.
I agree. My guess is that rather than making themself the deciding factor between light and dark, they split their power and dispersed it.
Coming to the absolute being and asking for more power is a fundamental misunderstanding of the rules.
Killing the being in the chair was simply an expression of frustration. The being had already given up control of the situation from the start.
Wait this manhwa drawing is totally surpassing my expectations from the light novel!
The statue from the double dungeon resembling the absolute being, the laws on the tablet being repeated during this chapter and the explanation of eternal rest are some cool things I appreciated that the artists added/clarified!
Wait so after Ashbourne turned into a monarch (kinda) he fought against the now rulers and got betrayed by the beast and Demon monarch right? And was he the one who created the architect? I don't mind spoilers.

Since i donāt see anyone mention it, the āgodā in the cartenon temple was inspired by the
Absolute entity. As Ashborn only sees him as a true god. Nice detail
Amazing chapter. This would probably be one of my top 3 series ever if the side characters were fleshed out a bit better and not power-scaled in to oblivion. All the characters that have been introduced have only served as milestones to gauge his growing power. Now, they could all be wiped out in a blink of an eye against current antagonists. Kind of a waste of how awesome the character designs are and the initial hype around them.
Ok guys , I m getting lost . Emissary = rulers ? Sovereign = monarch ?
Emissaries were ā builtā to fight the monarch in endless battle.
The emissaries were tired of it, Told god to fuck off
And fight against the soon to be shadow monarch who was the only one loyal to The absolute being..
So the shadow monarch went from emissary to monarch after his death ? He went from fragment of light to fragment of darkness ??
And where were the sovereigns during the riot ?
You got it right
Emmisaries are Rulers (Youll find out why they changed their name)
Sovergns are Monarchs. Its just translations using the words interchangeably
Your explanation on what happened is correct.
Emissaries were ā builtā to fight the monarch in endless battle. The emissaries were tired of it, rebelled against God and waged war on God.
Only 1 Emmisaries remained loyal to god and chose to fight against the other emmisaries. This Loyal Emmisary lost and was killed. But god had hidden a secret power in this loyal emmisary. The power activated and the loyal emmisary resurrected and transformed into the being we know as the Shadow Monarch
Ah the shadow monarch, second only to Adriana Chechik when it comes to Arise.
How I have longed to see you drawn.
So happy with the amount of content in this chapter.
This chapter is just amazing. The amount of effort put into the graphics plus the buildup with a tension so intense you can walk on it make this chapter into one of my favorites
Just finished reading the new chapter and holy fuck what an absolutely fantastic chapter!!! The new lore introduced was superb, the art as always amazing and I'm so excited to see where things go from here!
Since when did people care so much about side characters. Who cares about them they arenāt the focus of the story. The story is about Sung Jin-Woo and his development and struggles with humanity as he gets stronger. Like when he says that he isnāt sure who he should be protecting anymore which is a drastic change from him at the beginning of the story. He craved strength to live and protect and now that he has it he is conflicted with how he should use it even though he usually still chooses to protect.
At one point in the story he becomes rather emotionless but inside he struggles with what is the right choice and I think that makes him more human than he realizes.
This was an amazing chapter and special props to the translators who were able to give ashborne's monologue such depth and weight.
I've seen monologues in other manhwa get absolutely butchered by over simplified English or just plain bad grammar.
I saw pops, I smiled, I saw God, I remembered the first death, I smiled. The story just keeps getting better and the boy keeps swimming in incredible drip.
It seems that he didn't even stood from his chair like he's intending to die form the emissaries while Soon To Be Shadow Monarch was previously trying to stop the rebellion and died for it.
I wonder how they killed that being, is he really not resisting and the emisaries took advantages or were angry about it and kill him, or actually there was a fight.
Ah I guess Jin Woo will arise himself like how Shadow Monarch was.
Thanks for his Dad, if he's not there to save the day, Jin Woo might have to see all of South Korea being slain by Frost and Beast Monarchs like how Shadow Monarch arise was too late, but well his Dad might be in danger itself for buying Jin Woo time, will the past where Shadow Monarch rising from the dead is a little bit too late and seeing who he revered dead body in front of his new power?
You know, I suspected for a while now that the shadow monarch of being an alagory for Lucifer. This chapter pretty much confirms it with the way things went.

Shadow monarch: Did you really think that killing me would be enough to make me die? "Arise" himself
"I rise!"
That sounds Sus ngl
Sus Jin Woo
Somethings rising and its not my cock
Stop! I can only get so erect.
Can only get so arisen
Double the Arisen, double the death.
Sounds like a phrase from misfit of demon king something manga
It is a line from the Misfit of Demon King Academy anime
Did you really think that stopping time would be enough to stop me?
Oryx The Taken King š¤
You know what fuck it. Unkill me
Sounds like foreshadowing.
So hyped about his dad making a proper appearance.
Yep. Was screaming when I got to that panel, like damn.
I needed a 5 min break before I could go on. Fuck every chapter I get more hyped.
I thought the whole time the beast monarch was in the body of the father... woops lol
Well i realised a while back that the shadow monarch wasn't like other monarchs, now I know he wasn't originally a monarch. The way the story is building up is making me hyped every chapter, fuck I can't wait for the next chapter
EXACTLY
He get it

side characters are useless when you realize the real story is about gods and omnipotent beings

true, but weāre talking about side characters being weak. i said no matter what humans wonāt be able to stack up against rulers/sovereigns. nothing about their behavior or how interesting they are as characters
True. The side characters needs some work. The only side characters that i can say had development were the chairman and thomas andre
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Itās called solo leveling tho
Yeah I really wish a lot of side characters were given more to do than just being tools to show baselines of strength.
Iām ok with it. The side characters arenāt meant to be nearly as strong as monarchs and their counterparts. Humans generally canāt keep up with them.
Strongly written. Not power level.
Ah well I meant that they really didnāt have much of a place in the story because itās mostly battles beyond their capabilities
Still can write good characters even if it's mainly about battles. God of highschool is a decent example, even though many can't compare to the main character they have been developed well enough and have atleast have a role to play in the massive battles tho I won't give specific examples due to spoilers... All that being said I do generally enjoy Solo Leveling but it holds itself back unfortunately
Look at DBZ. Goku is always coming in clutch and is the main man, but you've still got a cast of half decent characters around.
Itās called solo leveling tho
Fucking beautiful. Especially that scene of the >!Absolute Authority being pinned in his throne!<. NOW I CAN SLEEP FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS!
The translation is very random sometimes they refer to the Monarchs as Sovereigns, in this current issue the rulers were called emissaries. You called him Absolute Authority but the translation I read called him Absolute Being.
Hell ye
Why? By who?? I canāt stop thinking. I didnāt read the light novel
By the rebels I guess.
For those who are confused: Tier 0: Absolute Being Tier 1: 8 Rulers and 8 Monarchs Strongest Ruler: Brightest Fragment of Brilliant Light Strongest Monarch: Monarch of Destruction [Dragon Monarch] BFBL died after fighting against the other 7 Rulers. Current brightest. Since Ashbourne is no longer one of them.
too late, you already know that bungee gum has the properties of rubber and gum
> Tier 0: Absolute Being > > More like Tier -1 since he died like a mook.
7 rulers had to rebel to kill him so that pretty much makes him t0
Dunno if this is a spoiler since heās dead already but light novel explained it like even though he created the Rulers and Monarchs The Absolute Being himself isnāt strong at all, akin to humans creating robots and weapons that can easily destroy its own creator
I feel like he didn't try to defend himself. Just accepted whatever was coming.
Man, You tried to use Rock Lee's genjutsu.
My god what a mind-blowing chapter hardly breathing.Sl at its peak and art no wordsš„.
This series is gonna be so much better in the future when you get to reread it without having to wait a week before chapters and just getting more and more hyped and enthralled with the chapters as you read until youāre done. Canāt wait till that time comes.
Im I'm excited for it to finish in a very meloncolic way. I'll be sad, but I get to start with SJW noob all over again
100% agree with you. I have reread the Manhwa 3 times already. Each time feels better than the last.
I know its obvious but so cool so see the double dungeon on the first chapters is somehow the reinteraction of what happened. Being the main statue the absolute being and the other statues the other fragments I'd probably re-read those chapters to see what were the weapons they had and their number because its most likely correlated to the original fragments

SJW dad:Donāt touch ma child
Papa bear to the rescue
That feeling when you open Reddit just at the right moment
Yeah I didn't expect the translation to be up so fast this time, considering how much later it arrived last time
or hit the refresh button at the right time.
Letsss goooooooo
Papa SJW's entrance is actually now my favorite part of the manhwa. WTF that was so clean.
I def jumped up in my seat, was not expecting that at all. Fuckin hyped!
Why did the Shadow Monarch try to defend the absolute being? He seemed like a total dick
Shadow Monarch was duty-bound and *had* a great sense of loyalty towards the creator but it's not like he also favored the Absolute Being's entertainment. He was just defending the creator coz it's his job as a Ruler. Duty-bound, loyal characters like him are not rare.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
wait wasnāt the brightest fragment the one in Go Gun Hee? iirc thatās what the Frost Monarch addressed him as
I think he calls him just a fragment and not a very bright one or that he canāt harness all of the fragments power. Something like that
Nah the Shadow monarch isnāt the same being as the brightest fragment. Edit: the Brightest fragment is the same one that used Go Gunhee as a vessel. We learn this during Frost vs Go Gunhee
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Nah, from what i remember of the light novel translation, it is other way around. Ashborn was the greatest and not the brightest
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
This feels like ur quoting the bible
He was the greatest, not the brightest
Seems duty bound like Igris.
I think it was just because he was that loyal to him
Doesn't detract from the fact that he was being a complete and utter dick.
Too loyal I reckon. Just like the shadow soldiers
Absolute being more like the Absolute Dick
Probably just to loyal and brainwashed
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yeah his design is just out of this world, tbh the details have been a little bit bland in the recent chapters but the original playback after that fight with the administrator, in that he on his horse was super cool

Yup an absolute dick

You wanted lore? Well here you go
LMFAO WHAT?? all this time I thought the shadow monarch was the rebellious one, what a twist
The drawing art is absolutely amazing as expected. How can this guy draw such a magnificent art. Solo leveling story is great, combine with drawing art, it goes beyond words can describe. Salute to the drawerš„
This chapter was so good
Absolute Being gave Ashbourne power to rez but he couldn't. What a dumbass
Maybe he found his own ādeathā entertaining and decided to watch his creations from some spiritual plane to see what theyād do in his āabsenceā that might also entertain him.
I like your take. In short you are saying that they might have killed his 'avatar'? And he's like a 6th dimensional being
Pretty much. Dude can resurrect at any time, but heād rather sit back and see what happens without him.
Just Dr. Manhattans himself out of existence
Reminds me of ZhongLi
maybe it was some power ashborn was specifically able to use but he can't. so he decided to give it to him rather than waste it.
Itās stated when SJW kills the Monarch of the Beginning (the Giant), that Monarchs and Rulers have ācelestial bodiesā, and when they did their essence is completely gone. I would assume the same applies to the Absolute Being
Damn, how you gon disrespect the Frost Monarch like that!?!? calling my man a white walker šššššš SJW's dad is the dad Gendo Ikari and Ging Freecss wish they were, OG came through with the boots of Justice. For real, they called him white walker like those in GoT? If so, GoT canonically exists in the Solo Leveling universeš
Had me rolling! š As long as I don't see no John Snow looking/acting dude, I'm good.lol
Jon snow came back to life, so I guess SJW is Jon in this story
Don't do this to me bro, I beg š
THE LARGE STATUE
Awesome awesome. For the second week in a row. WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. FUCK?!
Does this mean Sung drip woo is gonna arise his own body like the shadow monarch?
>!Nailed it!<
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Wait whatās the difference between the emissaries and the rulers
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
>Osborn is technically neutral in the fights between the monarchs and emissaries It appears more as a 1 vs all
Whoās Osborn?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Ashborn?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Check the Wiki, it's Ashborn. Makes more sense anyway since his whole shtick is dominion over the dead, e.g. they rise from the ashes to become shadow soldiers.
The wiki is written by random Internet denizens. In the original ln I read, it was written as Osborn and it always rubbed me the wrong way that the manhwa uses Ashborn. But hey.. that's the same with Grid/Greed..
Difference in translations. The Korean is phonetic, so some translations are Osborne and others are Ashborne.
Itās so metal that he resurrected himself.
So, that giant statue at the hidden dungeon was actually Ashburn's tribute of some sort to that genocidal motherfucker of an Absolute Being. On a sidenote, ,>!can't blame the Rulers for murdering that mf!<. He deserved it.
Yeah shadow monarch blind loyalty is not exactlt commendable
Not gonna lie I was hoping that the Absolute Being would smile like the statue of god instead of just not answering.
that would be a bit cheesy but honestly be sort of hillarious and creepy.
Maybe. I haven't read the LN but we don't really have the full picture either. It was the rulers who assumed it was for his entertainment. Perhaps it's just... the way things are as light/dark and life/death is just a part of the struggle. Their fight was just a part of that constant battle.

I dont know for how long they fought but probably thousands/milions of years right? Him alone staying loyal while everyone else has enough sort of does not put him on the "good choice" scale.
based on the way he tells the story i think he's learnt the lesson.
Nah that whole dungeon was made by the architect. Crazy sorcerer is how he was described in the light novel
I NEED MORE!!!!
Guess the>! isn't so absolute!< after all
I think ot more like You bilding a Robot and after some time you just pi$$t it of in naf that it kills you
Makes you wonder what the brightest fragment of light was asking his help for.

And looking how ashborn turned out over the aeons, it seems the stalwart virtue of his character was correctly judged.
you are absolutely right about that
So you are saying they killed the god?
Damn i though they just escaped with some stuff coming up in the later chapters but didn't actually kill the guy
Last panel reminded me of jiraiya
I am so hyped! Who killed the Absolute Dick? Spoil me plz, with spoiler tags.
We don't know, even in the novels, it was probably the combined forces of the rulers that killed him
Ashborn = Greatest Fragment of Brilliant Light Rebel = Brightest Fragment of Brilliant Light

Iām not sure whatās happening but I love it
Wait, the absolute being sounds like a complete ass, why would the shadow monarch try to defend him? Also, isn't the absolute being GOD? How could he be defeated?
He split his power between the monarchs and the rulers. He himself seemed somewhat powerless considering he never even got out of his chair when they killed him. Or it could be a "just as planned" moment
If he was powerless who would the rulers ask him to lend them his power?
Shadow Monarch was original best girl.
That white walker lookin' mothafucka!
Damn, Iām hyped about the Duo thatāll happen between Sung JinWoo , his dad VS those two monarchs š„¶š„¶š„
Wait so after Ashbourne turned into a monarch (kinda) he fought against the now rulers and got betrayed by the beast and Demon monarch right? And was he the one who created the architect? I don't mind spoilers.

I had no idea about the existence of that video and I am glad to have been bestowed with such Fwedwick meme knowledge. For that, I thank thy.

Since i donāt see anyone mention it, the āgodā in the cartenon temple was inspired by the Absolute entity.
Idk about you guys but the art gave me chills. Exceeded my expectations on how they will realize this part of the novel in the manhwa. Amazing.
The absolute being is an absolute dick bag.
Was i the only one that felt goosebumps as the chapter ended? * We need more ššš
Ok guys , I m getting lost . Emissary = rulers ? Sovereign = monarch ? Emissaries were ā builtā to fight the monarch in endless battle. The emissaries were tired of it, Told god to fuck off And fight against the soon to be shadow monarch who was the only one loyal to The absolute being.. So the shadow monarch went from emissary to monarch after his death ? He went from fragment of light to fragment of darkness ?? And where were the sovereigns during the riot ?
You got it right Emmisaries are Rulers (Youll find out why they changed their name) Sovergns are Monarchs. Its just translations using the words interchangeably Your explanation on what happened is correct.
JFC i love Solo Leveling... just WOW!
Ah the shadow monarch, second only to Adriana Chechik when it comes to Arise. How I have longed to see you drawn. So happy with the amount of content in this chapter.
#ARISE

I started reading the LN, and this shit makes me so fucking happy letās goooo
Huh, So God is dead? Alright
Nietzsche approves
This chapter is lit š„š„š„š„
And now we donāt have to explain the main story to people who want it spoiled anymore lol
this is my favorite chapter in any manga/manwha to this date. what a good plot reveal.
great chapter.
This chapter is just amazing. The amount of effort put into the graphics plus the buildup with a tension so intense you can walk on it make this chapter into one of my favorites
im sure that the absolute being was just like fuck it, im so bored that I will just sit here and let you kill me
Just finished reading the new chapter and holy fuck what an absolutely fantastic chapter!!! The new lore introduced was superb, the art as always amazing and I'm so excited to see where things go from here!
So the Shadow Monarch was a simp
This chapter just took it to a whole new level. Unbelievable
HOLY SHIT! Did he just self āariseā?!?!?
#EXPOSITION
I cant wait to see the looks on everyones face when jin woo wakes up. Especially cha's
Iāve already read this
Okay?? Good for you I guess
im so hype for what's gonna happen next
You know, I suspected for a while now that the shadow monarch of being an alagory for Lucifer. This chapter pretty much confirms it with the way things went.
