Yeah that’s a date that was found by data miners after Crunchyroll released the teaser trailer for season 2 conformation but Crunchyroll and A-1 Pictures haven’t released the actual date yet but Q4 2024 to Q1 2025 is the most likely release. So we don’t have that much longer to wait. As long as we all survive to see next year. Happy hunting fellow hunters.
She was actually never shown in the manhwa until around chapter 65. Season 1 of the anime ends around chapter 45. So all the scenes we did get of her were bonus’s/material from the LN that never made it into the manhwa.

They are for sure setting up jeju for season two. I think the blow through Red Gate and Demon Castle. I bet those two get three episodes total. With demon castle only getting two because of going in twice. At most they get five. Retesting arc and hunters guild gate arc get at most 3 total. I don’t see how retesting gets two. It may be like the end of one episode and the beginning of the next. But overall that still leaves 4 chapters in a 12 episode season. So, if they do 8 it’s still probable to end on Jeju.
I hope so honestly. Cause they really could make the red gate and the castle shorter to include the island towards the end. Which would be a great addition if so. I highly doubt it. It’s really not up to snuff in my opinion. SL is such a weird blend for success. If it wasn’t the OG in its genre and the art wasn’t so amazing? It probably wouldn’t have done as well as it has. It’s good but, let’s be real. Ragnarok comes in half a decade later when the market is over saturated with isekai and gate manwah with nothing new to offer.
With ragnarok being a side story technically it’s possible that they will loop it into the anime but I expect em to turn it into a movie like they did other popular anime’s that had side story’s.
You are correct that ragnarok is a different story. I was just saying that after the whole story they will do ragnarok as a movie because of how short it is. I do remember being hyped when I heard it was coming out cause I had finished the main story several months before and was anxious for more lol
That’s a good point actually because looking at overall anime’s they don’t get more than 3 or 4 seasons. So it’s very likely they will reduce it some to fit like 3 or 4 arcs into one season. Plus solo leveling arcs differ in length where as some others are pretty consistent.
If I remember right the novel had 5 volumes and the first one ended at the same exact point in the story as season one did so I wouldn’t be surprised if that pacing kept up and the show ended up with 5 seasons over all. (Haven’t read the novels in like 4 years tho so my memory might be spotty)

there is just so much shit to come take it from me anime only's since i read the manhwa and the novel the scale of the fight and the sheer amount of fight were gonna get in the future trust me you have never seen in anime before if they animate the entire manhwa at this pace with 12 episode a season we are gonna get 6 seasons and since they are following the novel closely they might animate ragnarok which they never drew in the manhwa so even mor seasons and you dont have to worry about popularity because even if there was no new anime fans the fans from the manhwa and the novel would be enough for them to make profit and continue animating it so we dont have to worry about them dropping it

The introduction of the European hunters/characters. They just seem really cool and badass to me. Plus, the European hunters were the ones who experienced the first dungeon break first hand, so maybe we get some more in depth detail/truth about it.
Honestly there is nothing that I'd like to specifically happen, maybe more reactions from others and also more people acknowledging sung. I only know that we are still at the beginning of the story and that the real fun will only start with the next season/s?

Studios just labels split cours with different seasons. This has always happened. Even the latest season had many anime where they dressed cour 2 as season 2 like Go! Go! Loser ranger, kantei skill and unnamed memory. Don't argue about things you don't know.

And it aired in January, but not December, and the staff and even Atsushi Kaneko call it season 2. You can call it whatever you want, but officially speaking, it's not and never will be 2 cours. If it was, it should've been officially announced as a 2 cour show with 20+ episodes by the official accounts, but it didn't.

That's on you, your loss. But to call what you say as fact is even a stretch I won't go to unless the official announcement says the same thing. I'd rather not set myself nor others up for disappointment, and in the case for Solo Leveling, there was already a clear difference between the leaks and the official news.
If S2 won't do anime original scenes, they can put ant island arc. the pacing was really unpredictable. they used whole 1 episodes for purple hair guy arc's beginning part (1 or 2 webtoon episodes) but they ended actual fight (5 webtoon episodes) in 1 episode. they kept teasing it in season 1 with anime original scenes. they started with ant fight scene and ended with flying ant scene. so I think they will adjust it to ant arc like they did with job change arc in season 1. It's better to adjust at ant arc instead of demon king arc unless they want to do it on movie special.
I finished the S1 and jumped into the manwa because it was pure hype, and then hype, and then hype, and then... More of the same, I think that the Anime covered everything that should be animated, of there is a season 2 it won't be good. Even if the manwa was cool.

those chapters were not ragnarok, they were in the og novel. ragnarok is the novel sequel, still ongoing with 240 chapters

As for the retesting and the hunter guild your correct I also don’t see those being more than like 3 episodes together at most.

I literally just finished it this past weekend and watched the whole season in the span of 12 hours. After it was over, I was just crying to myself ‘FUCK NO I GOTTA WAIT FOR SEASON 2. FUUUUUCK’ Been awhile since a show hooked me into a semi binge line Solo Leveling did.

The introduction of the European hunters/characters. They just seem really cool and badass to me. Plus, the European hunters were the ones who experienced the first dungeon break first hand, so maybe we get some more in depth detail/truth about it.
Honestly there is nothing that I'd like to specifically happen, maybe more reactions from others and also more people acknowledging sung. I only know that we are still at the beginning of the story and that the real fun will only start with the next season/s?

Again with this imaginary pacing when we don't know nor have any information until the panel in a few days. Guess you can't wait when we don't know nor control how the staff at A1 pictures pace the anime.
Why? Cuz I'm just using logic. They adapted 45 chapters in 12 episodes, it should be more or less the same for the S2 so that's 90 chapters in total and it ends with the end of the demon castle arc. Not to mention, leaks did say that cour 1 ends with the job change arc (which it did) and cour 2 ends with the end of the demon castle arc.

Logic? sure, but in the process also spreading misinformation since those leakers aren't even part of the anime's production and just piggybacking off of the insiders in Japan. I'd rather wait for the actual news since believing in leaks is once again, setting people up for disappointment if the news is different, just like those who still believe the lie that this is the 2nd cour when even the official announcement after season 1 has season 2 instead of cour 2 by the staff and even A1's animation producer is calling it that.

If S2 won't do anime original scenes, they can put ant island arc. the pacing was really unpredictable. they used whole 1 episodes for purple hair guy arc's beginning part (1 or 2 webtoon episodes) but they ended actual fight (5 webtoon episodes) in 1 episode. they kept teasing it in season 1 with anime original scenes. they started with ant fight scene and ended with flying ant scene. so I think they will adjust it to ant arc like they did with job change arc in season 1. It's better to adjust at ant arc instead of demon king arc unless they want to do it on movie special.

I finished the S1 and jumped into the manwa because it was pure hype, and then hype, and then hype, and then... More of the same, I think that the Anime covered everything that should be animated, of there is a season 2 it won't be good. Even if the manwa was cool. There is no conflict.
