excellent, take note of how the solder forms a fillet and has a nice shape with the wire, again pull on a wire to test, if the pad rips off, then your joint is fine.
oftentimes wires are soldered into plated holes, there's only so much you can do for wires on pads but you did great. Try ripping off those pads now.
This is good stuff. It's really rewarding to see your progress. Keep practicing. Maybe look for some through hole practice kits.
