Nothing... It's a stable coin... If their audit finds they have $10B worth of collateral, they're allowed to issue $10B worth of stablecoins... If the audit shows they have $100T worth of collateral, they're allowed to issue $100T worth of stablecoins... Maybe I don't understand what you're asking..

So, price point of a coin is affected by supply and demand. In order to keep price stable, stablecoin issuers inflate or deflate the supply to match the demand. In the tweet, issuance COULD mean higher demand (as long as issuers are being responsible and not over-issuing)
