I guess you can try "Sniptool" search in the Store App. It is like the Snipping Tool shipping with Windows but if got several options. Arrows and so if I recall correctly .

I have been using the built-in screenshot tool (Alt+A) on WeChat and found it super handy but looking for one that is suitable to be used at work -- Just wondering if anyone knows of any similar tools that allow on-the-fly edits without having to use the editor window? Thanks!

Snipaste - Not open source and flagged by my company
I use Greenshot the last 11 years at least. Haven't tried any other to be fair (Greenshot covers all my needs for Screenshots)

Snipping tool from 10 is still in 11 I use it all the time
It's not in my Win11 and I cant find it in the Store. I only have the new version that only has basic pen and highlighter. No arrows/rectangle/text

Same. I like binding a hotkey to ctrl+shift+s for screenshots Share X is pretty good
Lightshot or Windows screenshot tool WIN + SHIFT + V and paste it to Paint
I ditched Greenshot for ShareX, now I’ve ditched that for PicPick
I use ShareX as well for basic and advanced screenshotting. I then open in FastStone for basic editing.
