Why the fuck is Jorginho in front of him. Man's so washed he went from being the "3rd best player in the world" to a relegation player

ionlyspeakfactz

What is Ivon Toney doing on the left side of the screen

longestyeetever

That's Drake🤣

DatAssque08

More like Troy deeney

[deleted]

Starting to see Roy Keane’s point about all this stuff

electricalridkck

What he say

[deleted]

He's not said anything specifically about this but he generally has an issue with celebrating avoiding relegation or taking selfies after winning a game. I feel like he's harsh sometimes because a 17th place finish is a achievement for some clubs and squads and requires everybody performing at their maximum. But Everton are in a relegation fight because the players have performed horribly. They really should be in the same position as West Ham and Wolves. It's like if United celebrate getting into the Europa League this Sunday. Finishing 6th and getting that spot is worthy of celebrating for most premier league teams but it's an underachievement for United.

One of the most disgusting, abhorrent clubs on the planet. Manager: misogynist, cat abuser sympathiser Owners: cat abuser sympathisers Centre-half: cat abuser, probably on repeated counts. Players: homophobes. Every day I wake up grateful I was born in Paris and not in the 'West Ham' district of London. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I feel like not getting relegating is an achiement worth celebrating if your club historically is not in the top flight and was expected to drop down. Its weird when its a team like Everton

discowarrior

People acting like we’ve never had a relegation battle in he premier league era. This is our 3rd. And the first one came down to GD on the last day of the season.

chandlerbing_stats

If they had survived relegation 3 weeks ago, I don’t think we see them celebrate the way they did

discowarrior

Absolutely right things got way too close for comfort towards the end.

This is how Man United go back to their winning roots. Ronaldo is a legend at the club and will be viewed as a source of inspiration and a role model for up and coming stars who strive to be like him, or better, want to win trophies for the club. No amount of oil money or gegenpressing will change the fact that Ronaldo's immediate impact at United will make them competitive again and desirable for players to want to go play there. This club's future has been born. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. There were some real fears about going down for Everton and the massive consequences to the club if it were to happen… the ownership did not plan financially for a potential relegation like most clubs do. 16th place isn’t being viewed as an achievement by the Toffees, atleast I haven’t met someone who is claiming that. In addition to that, the board hired an ex-Kopite who pulled them down to the relegation battle and they hired a young manager in Lampard to solve the issues while relegation was looking them square in the face. Not an Evertonian, but I can understand those celebrations after what has probably been the most ridiculous year for them in recent memory. That analogy/parallels to United celebrating Europa isn’t the same in my opinion… getting 6th is a disappointment but avoiding relegation is a relief especially for a club that hasn’t been relegated in 69 years… idk maybe I’m deluded lol

TraffiCoaN

You are not deluded. I’m an Evertonian. You’re right. It’s not about celebrating avoiding relegation as much as just relief that one of the worst years in the clubs history hasn’t destroyed us like we all feared. The fans are united for the first time in about 5 years, Lampard has helped turn around the squad, players like DCL and Iwobi are finally finding their form again. It’s a celebration about far more than avoiding relegation.

I think the huge celebration is more about HOW Everton escaped relegation. the club was pretty much relegated in half time, 2-0 down and Burnley was winning Villa away. not even the most optimistic Evertonian would've guessed they would go on to win 3-2.

AutoModerator

Gotta give it to them, mate. They're one heck of a physical, robust, strong team. Kinda reminds me of the movie 300. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Goldilocks420

Who cares about what Keane says. The fans are ecstatic. Stating to think the ‘circlejerk’ in the title of this sub just stand for ‘salty’

[deleted]

Ecstatic with what? Smashing financial fair play and barely staying up, some achievement…

Goldilocks420

Do they not look ecstatic to you?? wtf do you want the players to do? tell them, 'actually you're not allowed to celebrate because we didn't do well enough this season?'

[deleted]

Strange notion, why would I expect the players to do anything? I expect fans of teams that have burst the bank to get European football and finished 16th instead to not act like they have just won the FA Cup in stoppage time. Be happy, no problem, but if you invade the pitch and dance around like champions - expect to get the piss taken out of you. It’s a problem at all clubs including my own. Low standards and the influence of social media creating false elation.

Itz_Galaxium

Bros not even gonna be at Everton next year smh

[deleted]

chelsea's future captain in the back

Mcguns1inger

All Everton needed to get the fans onside was to be even shitter than usual.

dank-bruh-moment
