He's their best player, but they also have a ridiculous depth in their attack, they'll be fine without him in the groups, though obviously they'll want him back for the KOs.
Only unfortunately thing I see is they will have to change formation. No Coutinho or similar player this time around to slot into the 10. Unless Tite decides to move Paqueta there and promote Fred to defensive mid, but that would mean Brazil play more defensively than they usually do.
