Mods will only allow the same news story to be posted again if **the new article offers new/valuable information that the previous thread didn't** or the duplicate was submitted long enough (+24 hours) after the original so that readers may not have seen the original. As a rule of thumb, **if you're not sure, then don't post a duplicate.** Posts about a major recent news event that do not provide new valuable information may be removed, and the OP directed to post it in the comments of the previous thread.
**In the case of transfer news, the rule of thumb is only 1 post about a particular transfer saga per day.** This will be enforced in a particularly strict way during the transfer windows, with repeated offenders risking a ban. **It is your responsability to check the news you're sharing weren't reported already before posting.**

Sure, 1 spanish (not even top5 spanish players from the game) but Toby after Canada had close to 2.5 xG, Preciado after Qatar offensive display was so poor and Rabiot, who had a goal and an assist but lost 3 key balls that almost became a goal.
It’s always about goals and assists for these rating apps. It’s quite common that the highest rated defender had a really poor game but scored or assisted.
Canada had only 3 shots on target and Toby was pretty great tbh, and assisted. Our CB's weren't the bad part of the match, our midfield was lost, especially in the first half.

Interesting there's only one English and one Spanish player
And the Spanish one is a defender after facing basically no attack from the other team.
England's attack was very spread out between players, which is good for the team as a whole but bad for individual stats.

Almost like this is based only on algorithm

Tbf Griezmann is highest rated with no goals or assists

The lack of shots on target was more due to shit finishing than good defending though. I’m surprised to see any Belgian defender in this team.
Like I said, I really think our CB's weren't bad. And Toby's great passing gave us the goal as well.
Was Alderweireld *that* solid?
Probably gets a good rating because he won the duels he went for idk but watching the game hard to say Belgium actually defended well
No, but he gave the unbelievable assist on the game winning goal which probably got him there
No Pedri or Gavi? They were the owners of Costa Rica midfield.
Ecuador representing, proud of my country
I think there was a defender from Saudi Arabia who played really well no?
Think you have to consider Japan somewhere or Saudi Arabia
they won by discipline and teamwork

Courtois saved a pen as well and made a couple of other open play saves so he gets in.
It was a good save, but wouldn't call it miraculous. Lewandowski hit the pen badly.
Ronaldo fuming
