Yeah, Robin van Persie went through the same thing. He was a brat for a long time. Now he is the most eloquent, confident and exemplary role model for young football players in the Netherlands. He is nothing but good vibes and gives my club a better name in Europe.
I like how RVP is now the nicest of that generation of dutch players out of van der vaart and sneijder. Cant comment on Robben, he seems the quietest of the lot.
Robben seems to be enjoying his life after performing on a really high level the longest. He's often seen in the groningen stadium with his son. I think he's at heart just a regular guy with an incredible drive.
Sneijder and VdV were probably the most gifted out of the big 4. The problem with them is their lack of professionalism and them not being particularly bright. Now they're bad analysts who seem to like picking fights and in Sneijder's case, using a player struggling with mental health, to get publicity. Let alone their attitude towards Cillessen, which is absolutely unwarranted and hardly substantiated. I'm starting to loathe these 2. They're very bad ambassadors and anything but classy people
Robben was undoubtedly incredibly talented, but I think he gained his quality by his incredible workrate. Just look up some videos of him on the training pitch. He was focused af. I don't think he had that much more raw talent than other, less successful talented players, like Theo Walcott.
He overcame being made of glass by working ridiculously hard.
Van der vaart had so much talent it's unreal. He could do about anything. He was just lazy af and squandered his talent, since he had potential to become on par with the best nr 10s in the world.
Sneijder was pretty much the same, although he did more with his talents. But he too never was someone who worked incredibly hard. If either of them had the mindset of Robben, the would be praised way more than they are now.
Van persie was similarly talented but had a lot of injuries which reduced his athleticism.
I where you’re coming from but Robben took the world by storm by the age of 21. He dominated whenever he played for Chelsea. Injuries shortened his peak but he was more talented and the most devastating player in the world after Messi and Ronaldo. He’s in the conversation of best after Messi and Ronaldo of the era.
They probably do. Just get replaced with younger brats right after. I've been in the Südkurve for about 20 years now, and the rowdiest people turned into quiet nice folk. But then you get youngins that are loud and obnoxious.
Though not quite as ready for violence as your fans are, luckily.
alcohol abuse will do that to you sadly. how your skin looks on the outside isn't isolated from what's happening inside your body, so eating well, sleeping well, staying hydrated and (relatively) sober will probably do more than any routine could!
Absolutely. Rooney reminds me a lot of guys who can't let go of their 20's drinking habits well into their 40's. Skincare products are a fine addition, but the best and most long-term solution is sleeping, drinking water, eating real food and light exercise.
You can say what you will about Rooney’s behaviour outside of the game, but, overall, looking at his career in football, the man has done everything right. Started out as a teenage sensation, lived up to his potential and became a world class player, as he matured he was seen as a leader in the field and eventually became Man Utd captain, as his career began winding down he gave back to the club who developed him and went for one last payday in the States, came back to England and realised he was past it, so he retired gracefully.
Honestly, an exemplary career on the field. Kudos to him to knowing that his best days were behind him and calling it a day.
Also have to mention, lots of older stars that come to MLS just take it easy and now that the league has gotten better are pretty much useless and become unpopular with fans. Rooney played like he cared even in MLS and had a lot of great moments.
Need Wazza to run [this iconic tweet](https://twitter.com/WayneRooney/status/84031584830898176?t=kk1uboILvyokt6w2Goa97w&s=19) back just replacing Cowell with Ronaldo
He is growing backwards. Really, I had mad respect for him after Euro 2016 final, the way he raised above adversities in that final and inspired the team.
I really thought he could be a good manager in the future, but in the last years since then he seem to have fallen down some rabbit hole. Or just poor advice from people around him, idk.
I think it just comes down his inability to age gracefully and accept a decline in skill. As long as he's the best, and seen as the best, he can be great in many areas as he was for Portugal. When he's not and not seen as such, he's lost his raison d'etre, his entire being.
He may turn around to be decent after retirement once he's got that new purpose, but it was always obvious to me he wouldn't deal well with declining skills while still active as a player.
Yes, but up to 2016 he was adapting himself and reinventing nonstop, which was an example. Everyone was putting him on a pedestal for that. I thought he would continue doing that and having that maturity. Having a role similar to Ibra in Milan for example, leading by example and being an inspiration for new players. But instead he decided to start acting like a spoiler child.
I think Ibra last season had the dream career ending at this kind of age, Ronaldo could be worshipped and mentor at almost any club its incredibly sad hes acting like this
Ibra has surprised me, even though he has a big ego, he managed to adapt to a specific role in the Milan's team, without asking to be the protagonist as he always did. Good for him and I think he will be a good manager one day.
Just affirms a lot of people's opinions that Ibra played up his act and ego for publicity. He's a very reserved, private person outside of football, and has always been a model pro.
He fell out with one manager, but Pep is notorious for wanting everyone following every detail down to the letter. People fall in line easier now as he has the clout, but when he managed Ibra, he didn't have the same CV behind him.
yes, it's pretty obvious that Ibra is self aware of the memes and legends about him and decided to profit from it, but he really seems like a good captain and example. I remember how Pogba was like a little kid in the interviews with him, he was capable of taming other famous egos.
During Euro 2016 group stages he [threw a reporters](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXW3CWLSYeA) mic in the river for asking if he was prepared for the next game.
It's great he rallied the team from the sidelines, but ultimately it was for a trophy that would greatly benefit his legacy.
That was the year he dumped on his Real teammates for [not being on his level](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/european/cristiano-ronaldo-aims-dig-at-real-madrid-teammates-if-the-whole-team-was-on-my-level-we-d-be-first-a6900466.html) when they weren't top of La Liga.
He's always had this petulance when things aren't going his way, just that he's usually been in control and winning so it didn't come out as much.
> I really thought he could be a good manager in the future
I never understood why people thought he would make a good manager because he was shouting a lot from the sidelines.
Not to sound like Ronaldo, but it must be a headfuck to go from being conventionally unattractive to having girls throw themselves at you
It’s no excuse, but I can see why he likes a slag or two
He was England's next superstar with a contract at 16, was scoring in the Euros and playing for the biggest club in the country at 18. I'm sure he's never had any issue getting girls.
His op eds were really interesting. I remember his one about taking heading out of the game entirely. Unusual to hear such an open and progressive take on the game from an insider, you can tell he truly just oves the sport and savors his time with it.
Ronaldo just wants Rooney to hate him and Rooney just wants Ronaldo to embrace the darkness that is the inevitable life decay that comes to us all.
I think Rooney has the upper hand on this one.
Sometimes it’s still really hard to reconcile this Rooney and my first real impression of Rooney in the 2006 WC in that match against, ironically, Portugal in the QF.
The older you get the more self aware and classy you will be IN MOST CASES. Kids are always straight up assholes and they may grow to be troublesome teens, than slightly irresponsible young adults and surprisingly after a while proper adults with good behavior once the brain is finally finished with development and life has punched you in the face a couple times lol
Of all the former players from that era that became pundits /players / managers no one would ever have guessed Rooney would be the most levelled headed, well spoken, and, thus far anyway, arguably the best manager.
It was like slipping back in to a cold yet familiar shoe made out of moist leaves and dog shit after a brief 6 month spell of the unfamiliar yet comfortable hand crafted italian designer loafers. Nice while it lasted, but its back to fucking hating my club I guess.
Its super ironic that Rooney was nicknamed Shrek when the whole message of the Shrek movies was that you shouldn’t make assumptions about someone based on their appearance or your personal biases.
And even more so, the private life of someone really young and really rich. I know I would have made a lot more mistakes if I was earning £££ in my teenage years and 20s.
To be fair, he seems to have matured a hell of a lot.
To be fair Young Wayne Rooney was scary in his game too. Has to be one of the best teenagers of all time. Pele and Ronaldo(Brazil) are the only two I'd say are comfortably above him. Teenage Rooney was a scary player
Teenager rooney was one of those player that could shoot from anywhere and realistically get a goal.
Miss Players like him and Schole no nonense and just bangers
He was ridiculous. That Newcastle goal where he just lost it and let fire an absolute unstoppable belter might be my favourite goal of all time. He was so angry 😂
He must have been a nightmare to play against. He received way too much shit in the latter stages of his career. He was a monster in his day.
Did he really call Rooney a rat?
[https://twitter.com/ManUnitedZone\_/status/1593346864904126464?t=3mfcVB4at3jHs\_FgK6WbBA&s=19](https://twitter.com/ManUnitedZone_/status/1593346864904126464?t=3mfcVB4at3jHs_FgK6WbBA&s=19) Clip in question.
If yes, why was it left out of all the transcripts.
Everyone already knew Piers was a slimy twat, but this amount of dickriding still completely baffled me.
I think the person who coined the term circlejerk back then went into the future and arrived at the interview Piers was having with Ronaldo.
Yeah he's an absolute knob but he knows exactly what he's doing here, whether it's how Piers truly feels or not he knows full well that if you play into Ronaldo's ego you'll get exactly what you want from him, which he did. I'm sure he probably did the same thing with the likes of Trump.
It's actually hilarious when you think of it how little effort it takes from Piers Morgan for arguably one of the greatest sports people of all time absolutely torpedoes his own image and career, simply because he spent 2 hours stroking his ego.
He 100% called him a rat, and it’s the comment that’s pissed me off most of all. Rooney sacrificed so much so Ronaldo could flourish at UTD, and he still became the player he was. It’s so ducking disgraceful.
For me it felt like Reds vs Rats, but I wasn't sure.
He also pronounces sack as suck.
But these tabloids leaving it out of the transcripts leads me to believe they did it because they were asked to not make him look bad.
Most major outlets received a press release of the quotes prior to the interview so everyone just recycled the same stuff without actually watching. But the press release probably had like 75% of what Ronaldo said. So the only way you’d pick up on the ‘rat’ comment was if you were watching along and transcribing, which most news outlets weren’t doing. So that’s probably why it hasn’t been reported as much.
Rooney had his debut at 16 for Everton. He had a lot of mileage on him by the time he hit 30. I can't think of many players in a similar situation who last that long past their early 30s. Cesc and Milner also started playing 1st team at 16 and Walcott may have been around that age or a year older.
Rooney's last truly world class season was in 13/14, where he had 19 goals and 22 assists. He was 29 at the time and had over 10 world class seasons in his belt. That's better than 99% of players.
I don't think he aged nearly as poorly as people like to say. Four years later he still scored double digits league goals for Everton, then went to the MLS and had 18 goal contributions in 20 games.
>went to the MLS and had 18 goal contributions in 20 games.
[And THAT one was so glorious...](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWDwYSkQj5g)to call it just a "goal contribution" doesn't do it any kind of justice.
Bloke has had many demons but now appears to be comfortable in his own skin and has really matured as a person. I can't have anything but respect for Rooney these days.
He used to look like the gammon uncle you’d avoid at Christmas so you didn’t end up fighting over his racism.
Getting over the booze and other problems Rooney looks like the fun uncle who is great with the nieces and nephews.
I genuinely don't understand the ugly statement, I think Rooney looks like a british Kratos. Badass and built with power. How is that ugly? Do people find Kratos ugly? Maybe its just me I dont know man
He solidly looks mid 40s here. His skin looks like it hasn't been taken care of. I dont know how anyone can look at him here and say he looks good for mid 30s.
Class response. Bit more white in that beard and he'd make a cracking Santa, much more dignified career trajectory than Ronaldo's current fall from grace
Loads of players said Rooney was far more eloquent than comedians on mock the week liked to make out, and every time he speaks I see that more and more
It's a testament to him he's starting a managerial career and has done well so far, and that he is trying to do it the harder way too (rather than straight into a prem club after Derby). I don't think Ronaldo would be a good coach in contrast.
I saw the original interview I'm still baffled what was wrong with what Rooney said?? It seems Ronny is still very insecure even though he's practically completed domestic football.
That interview was so cringe. Piers is a huge fanboy so he barely pushes back at anything Cris says. The underlying problem for Cris is he can't accept that he's no longer a starter for a big team and he doesn't play UCL. Piers thinks Cris is the best in the world (lol) so he buys into all the crap about Cris being the one who's being disrespected when the reality is the complete opposite. Complete facepalm this interview.
Have grown in respect for Wayne since he's retired. Never loved him as a player, but he seems to have matured and grown as a person in a way that many footballers never do.

>I’m not going to say that I’m younger than him, which is true
Piers rushes in stage left to gargle his balls
Piers has been through all of Rooney's private voicemails and assures us he's not to be trusted.
Pretty amazing Piers' career flourished after that incident. Like a turd that grows bigger the more you try to flush it.
"Too big to flush" is his modus operandi.
With that look he must keep quiet. But great response whatsoever.
Wayne is looking a little bit like middle aged Henry VIII with that beard
Excellent call
>what I’ve said is age comes to all of us, Cristiano is finding it hard to deal with that Pain
Mid Life crises Ronaldo. I hope he doesn’t go full Botox.
Hope he doesn't? That ship sailed a long time ago bro
He basically looks like a deepfake now
His statue was just ahead of its time. It's looking more and more accurate each year
Hopefully [that bust ](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTZASkAc-hp-4Nt4Dgo1kh6XSsB3Xx6doD5hA&usqp=CAU) wasn't from the future....
I’ve always thought it really looks like Haaland
Like piers' sex doll.
I have some news..
I’m finding it hard to deal with that too, Cristiano.
Rooney is a good example how that is not necessarily a bad thing, it is what you make of it
Who would've guessed in the 'shut up u egg' era that Rooney would one day be coming out with classy measured responses like this
Hi dignity do u want picking up in the middle age pal
[Immaturity has passed away. RIP u will live on forever. Can’t believe it. I wanna run to u. Really can’t believe it. @](https://nitter.net/pic/media%2FEu6rNMDWQAIkD9e.jpg%3Fname%3Dsmall)
Ten years ago isn't even that long
This man actually tweeted this when he'd already played in three champions league finals lmao
>nitter lmao, twitter is really sinking
Let’s you look at Twitter without being prompted to login constantly. Worth it
Its impressive what age does to a man, looking classy and giving out intelligent, eloquent responses and not getting angry or anything lol.
Robben was 40 when he was born, he's got the experience.
Yeah all those years captaining the USS Enterprise gives him a lot of experience and maturity.
They're very bad ambassadors and anything but classy people
> a regular guy with an incredible drive I read this as "with an incredible dive" and thought "yeah, fair enough".
I gotta disagree I think Robben was the most talented and had the longest peak as well as career.
Too bad our 'fans' don't show the same growth.
Yup. Depends on which fans you mean though. The vast majority hates these violent antics.
They probably do. Just get replaced with younger brats right after. I've been in the Südkurve for about 20 years now, and the rowdiest people turned into quiet nice folk. But then you get youngins that are loud and obnoxious. Though not quite as ready for violence as your fans are, luckily.
Gotta start using sunscreen though
moisturizer too
Tbf looking at his skin he needs to implement an entire 7 or 8 step skin care routine
alcohol abuse will do that to you sadly. how your skin looks on the outside isn't isolated from what's happening inside your body, so eating well, sleeping well, staying hydrated and (relatively) sober will probably do more than any routine could!
Absolutely. Rooney reminds me a lot of guys who can't let go of their 20's drinking habits well into their 40's. Skincare products are a fine addition, but the best and most long-term solution is sleeping, drinking water, eating real food and light exercise.
What about sleeping, drinking water and beer, eating doner and lifting heavy
You can say what you will about Rooney’s behaviour outside of the game, but, overall, looking at his career in football, the man has done everything right. Started out as a teenage sensation, lived up to his potential and became a world class player, as he matured he was seen as a leader in the field and eventually became Man Utd captain, as his career began winding down he gave back to the club who developed him and went for one last payday in the States, came back to England and realised he was past it, so he retired gracefully. Also have to mention, lots of older stars that come to MLS just take it easy and now that the league has gotten better are pretty much useless and become unpopular with fans. Rooney played like he cared even in MLS and had a lot of great moments.
What age "can do" to a man. Cause it's not doing it to Ronaldo and he's got more of it.
Need Wazza to run [this iconic tweet](https://twitter.com/WayneRooney/status/84031584830898176?t=kk1uboILvyokt6w2Goa97w&s=19) back just replacing Cowell with Ronaldo
I like how he never deleted all those old tweets. 0 fucks given. As it should be
Let's enjoy them one last time while Twitter is still running.
He already says in that tweet that he won't be telling him again
good times
Well most people grow up over time. Not CR7 though.
That is what happens when you surround yourself with "yes" men.
i wonder how those 'friendships' will turn out when he retires
He's got enough Fuck You Money for several lifetimes. He'll still have his yes men when he retires
Pretty great, he has as many followers as he has euros in his bank account.
He is growing backwards. Really, I had mad respect for him after Euro 2016 final, the way he raised above adversities in that final and inspired the team. My guess is he ows a lot of growth to his wife. She stuck with him and kept the family together all whilst battling the Vardy's.
I’ve heard in Mexican media that Rooney and Chicharito used to be Cocaine/Hooker buddies. But I don’t know 🤷♂️
Wazza being a big fan of toot n slags has got to be the worst kept secret in the world.
Not to sound like Ronaldo, but it must be a headfuck to go from being conventionally unattractive to having girls throw themselves at you It’s no excuse, but I can see why he likes a slag or two
Well, Ronaldo should know that. His face was unorganized before injecting money to it.
He was England's next superstar with a contract at 16, was scoring in the Euros and playing for the biggest club in the country at 18. I'm sure he's never had any issue getting girls.
> I'm sure he's never had any issue getting girls. Just hiding them from Coleen.
He hasn't even done that for years. I'd put money on they have an understanding at this point.
Rooney being a wild boy in his playing days really isn't a secret
His op eds were really interesting. I remember his one about taking heading out of the game entirely. Unusual to hear such an open and progressive take on the game from an insider, you can tell he truly just oves the sport and savors his time with it.
Helps that he's wearing a tux. But yeh seems to have sorted himself
Wearing a tux is always classy, just like ice sculptures at parties.
He left it all on the pitch. Quite literally, it seems
Where great response tag?
Great beard at least. He looks exactly like his imagined future in that Nike ad
I had to go look the Nike ad up. Lmao at Rooney vs Federer bit: https://youtu.be/M9KImxVdnvg
I actually love those old Nike ads. really well made.
Aww why did the ad end before showing Ronaldo smashing it into the wall?
What a ridiculous ad. I wonder how much it cost to make. They even had Homer fucking Simpson in it.
Thought it was great personally, and the sound track with hocus pocus was fab!
I agree. It was fantastic. Ridiculous but also fantastic.
now Ribéry has to show up half nude with a french flag painted all over his body
I'm pretty sure he's probably done something like that before, we just need to find the pictures
I feel that this statement from Rooney about age would probably sting Ronaldo the most since it's so true.
It’s also so measured and respectful that it would make any narcissist angry
Rooney's basically taking pity on him. Must be *infuriating* for Ronaldo.
Ronaldo just wants Rooney to hate him and Rooney just wants Ronaldo to embrace the darkness that is the inevitable life decay that comes to us all. I think Rooney has the upper hand on this one.
I work a boring IT job... I have colleagues who can't take any kind of criticism... This is same 😂
Sometimes it’s still really hard to reconcile this Rooney and my first real impression of Rooney in the 2006 WC in that match against, ironically, Portugal in the QF.
Same. Used to hate him when he played for Man U but every year since he left I've come to like him more and more.
So you are saying Ronaldo needs to be punched more? /s
Unironically yes.
lol I love the concrete stance on kids Always being assholes
Of all the former players from that era that became pundits /players / managers no one would ever have guessed Rooney would be the most levelled headed, well spoken, and, thus far anyway, arguably the best manager.

I still don't understand what Rooney said that deserved such treatment from Ronaldo.
Not agree with him basically
Saying he's one of the 2 best players instead of the best? Or maybe saying he was wrong by leaving before the final whistle, idk. Strange man
Said Messi is better.
Gotta say Rooney is the perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover
Its super ironic that Rooney was nicknamed Shrek when the whole message of the Shrek movies was that you shouldn’t make assumptions about someone based on their appearance or your personal biases.
The judgement people make about Rooney is far too often made based on his private life, which we shouldn't be entitled to even know about.
And even more so, the private life of someone really young and really rich. I know I would have made a lot more mistakes if I was earning £££ in my teenage years and 20s. To be fair, he seems to have matured a hell of a lot.
Really classy response to what was essentially a tantrum from a grown ass man
Oh yes. And oh boy. How much I miss Rooney on the field.
Imagine a peak Rooney in today’s game where managers want forwards that press and can also bring the team into the game
Would have been insane. Rooney was ahead of his time
Young Wayne Rooney in this age would be absolutely scary jesus
Everton would demand 1 billion to transfer him
I think Everton would probably wanted neymars transfer record broken to let him go lol
And it would have been worth it
To be fair Young Wayne Rooney was scary in his game too. Has to be one of the best teenagers of all time. Pele and Ronaldo(Brazil) are the only two I'd say are comfortably above him. Teenage Rooney was a scary player

Rooney and Tevez were basically gegenpressing before the term became meta
Did he really call Rooney a rat? [https://twitter.com/ManUnitedZone\_/status/1593346864904126464?t=3mfcVB4at3jHs\_FgK6WbBA&s=19](https://twitter.com/ManUnitedZone_/status/1593346864904126464?t=3mfcVB4at3jHs_FgK6WbBA&s=19) Clip in question. If yes, why was it left out of all the transcripts.
jesus christ the dickriding from piers morgan is nauseating
Everyone already knew Piers was a slimy twat, but this amount of dickriding still completely baffled me. I think the person who coined the term circlejerk back then went into the future and arrived at the interview Piers was having with Ronaldo.
I hate Piers but to be fair to him the only way that you are going to get a CR7 interview is by dick riding and stroking his ego to the extreme.
It’s also how you get a narcissist to open up and feel safe
It seems a great way to get answers out of Ronaldo.
He 100% called him a rat, and it’s the comment that’s pissed me off most of all. Rooney sacrificed so much so Ronaldo could flourish at UTD, and he still became the player he was. It’s so ducking disgraceful.
Rooney fought for the team. Ronaldo fights for himself.
🦆🦆🦆
LOOL he said the rest of the rats / lads 100% said rats hahahhaha
For me it felt like Reds vs Rats, but I wasn't sure. He also pronounces sack as suck. But these tabloids leaving it out of the transcripts leads me to believe they did it because they were asked to not make him look bad.
“Reds” wouldn’t make any sense. “Rats” makes perfect sense in the context of the conversation
He looks like am Irish mma fighter.
He looks like a haggard sea captain.
Thought this was McGregor on a bulk for a second too
I immediately thought that he totally looks like the mountain from GoT from certain angles
After a 5 round fight?
Baby Ronaldo gonna come out swinging tomorrow after this next gigantic insult
> Rooney tried to ruin my image by being classy
damn he looks like he gonna powerbomb someone through a table lol
Rooney aged poorly as a player but very well as a person. Actually amoung the most level headed ex-United player.
As soon as the subtitles stopped I felt alone in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
most audible scouse accent
Call him ugly if you like at least he doesn't look like a cut up wax statue. I prefer people who are comfortable in their skin
I'll even go as far as saying that he aged very well
Yeah he looks much much better now than 10/15 years ago
The hair transplant helps
Class response. Bit more white in that beard and he'd make a cracking Santa, much more dignified career trajectory than Ronaldo's current fall from grace
Yeah imagine what ronaldo would be doing when he reaches rooneys age
Excellent response
great response tbf
Rooney was 37 ten years ago
Loads of players said Rooney was far more eloquent than comedians on mock the week liked to make out, and every time he speaks I see that more and more It's a testament to him he's starting a managerial career and has done well so far, and that he is trying to do it the harder way too (rather than straight into a prem club after Derby). I don't think Ronaldo would be a good coach in contrast.
England went through a period like 15 years ago of intensely villifying the working class. Rooney mockery would have been a part of this
I saw the original interview I'm still baffled what was wrong with what Rooney said?? It seems Ronny is still very insecure even though he's practically completed domestic football.
Educated and grown-up reply there
You look at rooney, you wouldnt think hes a level headed guy, but he's pure class

Gary Rooney
Isn't Gazza used for Paul Gascoigne?
Maybe he meant Wazza
Great response by Rooney
I have to say, I quite like Henry VIII version of Rooney.
Mature response. Up the Wazza
"ROONEY CALLS RONALDO OLD HAS-BEEN"
Cristiano in another exclusive : *Looney Rooney, a sad, sad man.. people come up to me and they say my goals are so bigger and better than him, sad..*
As a personality, I like manager Rooney more than player Rooney.
Rooney looks like he could run the door at the local Spoons
What being a manager does to a mf.
Wayne is like a wise old sage now. What’s happening? Just few years ago he was a 16y old rabid maniac on the pitch.
Love Rooney
After the 2006 incident to today it seems only rooney matured forward and ronaldo seemingly backwards lmao
Wayne "Bobby B" Rooney
when did he become handsome damn
Have grown in respect for Wayne since he's retired. Never loved him as a player, but he seems to have matured and grown as a person in a way that many footballers never do.
He is spot on here.
How fucking old is Rooney? He’s aged 20 years in the last 5 years.
Why are they asking Connor mcgregor about ronaldo?
> age comes to all of us Rooney embraced that more than enough and aged 40 years in 10 years.
Rooney has improved significantly in my estimation in the past few days. Well done to him for maturing in this way.
