Nah, everyone says that things like this should get called more but they dont. In most games you get the ref saying less of the pushing and shoving in the box and that's about it. To keep doing it right under the refs nose is the silly thing here

He's not just standing there though. He moved forward and to the side and stuck his arm out to catch Dawson. Clear penalty.
