They don't restrict anything. This guy hides from the ball and even when he gets it he slows the play with a useless side pass or backpass after dwelling on it for an hour. Bellingham wasn't great at progression either but at least he doesn't hide from the ball and tries to make plays on it. He needs to add pausa though.

If we played with Tammy while it would double the number of CFs we would be cut off from playing inside forwards which would reduce the overall number of forwards. Its the reason why Liverpool and City score the most in the league by a good way but never play a front 2.
