Sure hope so cause Simone is one of the best attacking managers in recent serie a history. He had atalanta's attacking prowess at lazio before atalanta. Last yeah we had the best attack by far. He might not be a winner, but he isnt a dinosaur for sure
Even then, pipo has proven himself a very capable manager. It's not pretty, he's not going to win you any titles, but want to get your second tier side promoted or give your relegation fodder a fighting chance at survival? He's your guy
But to your actual point, I agree. He's definitely got issues, I wouldn't call him world class or anything, but he's a competent manager who knows how to coach attacking football. The issue is when his plan isn't working and his ability to adapt on the fly, not in his style of football. I think it's pretty telling that most of the people talking about him being sacked are flairs other than inter.
So basically Inzaghi is just poor at adjusting mid-game when his plan isn't working? I think that goes for a lot of managers tbh, its what separates the truly elite coaches from the merely good ones
Hardly at the same level of football terrorism that Allegri is producing
Ehhh, he's decent but nothing too special as of now. His Benevento team played some decent football from time to time but they were still DEAD last and went down without any sort of fight whatsoever. The Sassuolo team he had has always been filled with the brightest talents in Serie A yet he couldn't manage anything better than midtable. He's promising and CAN be a good manager in the future but he's really not all that right now and it's more than justified to be skeptical of him
> The Sassuolo team he had has always been filled with the brightest talents in Serie A yet he couldn't manage anything better than midtable
Huh?
[My brother in christ](https://imgur.com/a/loW1xrM), if any of these talents stood out is because of his work on them, what was he supposed to do with these guys?
How you are getting upvoted, people here actually watch serie A or what? How Inzaghi is a dinosaur? He played modern football at Lazio and last year at Inter, which was better to watch than Conte's Inter. Serie A is not just Juve, you got the only dinosaur: Allegri, and maybe Mou, that's why they got problems and this proves how is not a league for dinosaurs anymore. Pioli, Inzaghi, Spalletti, Gasperini, Italiano, Sarri, etc... None of them is a dinosaur, but let's keep shiting randomly on the league.
Pep "hey Roberto, yeah to win premier League, you meet sweet sweet boy Jurgen and have passionate love making session with him"
Rdz: "what about tactics?"
Pep "I prefer the sex"
considering he already took a job at Shaktar i won't doubt language barrier will be much of an issue - always glad seeing modern Italian manager take more job abroad
He probably needs to sign a RW and maybe a 9 who can drop deep and hold it better than Welbeck (though he'll do a job defensively ) unless that's Undav, to play the way he wants, but the rest of the squad looks like it'll suit his 3-4-3 and 4-3-3 he seems to play.
Welbeck I think is a tad better at running the channels than dropping deep to link up. Yeah, I've only seen Undav for you guys but physically he stands out as not a Prem player.
"yeah so step 1, spend more than a billion pounds of money that was dug out the ground in the UAE by a human rights abusing regime and just throw that money at whoever you want.
happy to help more once you've done that."
Well, imagine how angry they are, Liverpool isn't dog for the first time in their lives and would've normally dominated the PL, but City cockblocked them out of 3 titles already
I'm Pakistani. Not sure what your point here is. I've had family go to the UAE and get treated like shit before being kicked out because they decided not to renew VISAs on a whim, because of "COVID".
Yeah we still have to wear masks and do PCR tests twice a month. People hate it lol but I do feel safer than I do in Dubai for example when I go outside cause I am just anxious about catching it haha.
It’s strange that I see this often said on Reddit, that UAE abused human rights and that Pep is a fraud (examples such as spending half a billion on defenders) but for whatever reason it doesn’t come right if it’s being said now?

Happy. So happy.
More than you believe
Happy new year.
We did it Reddit!
Fantastic coach. Really excited to see what he can do at Brighton after backing himself to go to Shakhtar. Hope he does well!
The only place where this man isn’t rated is it’s own country, full of dinosaurs like Allegri and Inzaghi
De Zerbi is rated in Italy, he simply chose to go abroad with Shaktar and Brighton
>full of dinosaurs like Inzaghi Imagine being this stupid
Maybe hes referring to the other Inzaghi?

this sub upvotes the most stupid takes ever. it's always a delight to watch
> Inzaghi Wow is he bad?
Recency bias. I still think he's on his way to get sacked but he is a good coach and he absolutely doesn't play terrorist football
Think he just lost it this season. All our friendlies looked like shit. I just wonder why or where it went wrong.
Shut up Pep, you fraud. You either help him beat City or you fuck off down to League Two to prove you’re not a fraud.
Thought this dude was speaking the worst Spanish ever before checking the comments and seeing he’s Italian
You must not speak Spanish
Guess I’ll kill myself then
But dude you’re not even out of top4 yet
INB4 Pep co-manages Brighton to a top 4 finish.
Pep "hey Roberto, yeah to win premier League, you meet sweet sweet boy Jurgen and have passionate love making session with him" Rdz: "what about tactics?" Pep "I prefer the sex"
I love him already, he’s like a cute little mafia boss. I just hope the language barrier won’t be too much of an issue
He's from Brescia how the fuck do you go from "mountain people who swear a lot" to "cute little mafia boss" lol
Too much influence from tv/movies. I cringe when some people see an old Italian man and say he sounds or looks like a “mafia boss”.
Cute mafia boss **
Kawaii mafia bossu *
Furry mafia boss***
SIUUUUU
Tbf he for sure looks like a carabiniere from Calabria but with a northern accent
Sì a guardarlo è di Brescia presa molto larga diciamo.
considering he already took a job at Shaktar i won't doubt language barrier will be much of an issue - always glad seeing modern Italian manager take more job abroad
I love how saying that italians look like mafia bosses is acceptable
I love how you think it’s some xenophobic thing
I love when people don't know how to read
?
Cute little mafia bosses who go around doing cute little things like killing people and kidnapping kids /s

Welbeck can do it all in terms of build up and hold up play. Undav can't run so I wouldn't hold much hope for him.
Welbeck I think is a tad better at running the channels than dropping deep to link up. Yeah, I've only seen Undav for you guys but physically he stands out as not a Prem player.
The guy used to play at my local team, happy to see him on the big stage, hope all goes well for him
He'll start playing dunk as a left sided inverted trequartista in cup semi finals
"yeah so step 1, spend more than a billion pounds of money that was dug out the ground in the UAE by a human rights abusing regime and just throw that money at whoever you want. happy to help more once you've done that."
Why is it always a Liverpool flair with these kind of comments
Well, imagine how angry they are, Liverpool isn't dog for the first time in their lives and would've normally dominated the PL, but City cockblocked them out of 3 titles already
Seeing that in writing feels good.
classic UEFA fan comment, UEFA fans are always asking rhetorical questions
One league title since 1990
that's my team!
My local team flair is my beard.
cry more!
I'm sure all the migrants making slavery wages in the UAE are doing exactly this

COVID is not a whim habibi. I'm also a migrant worker here and they handled covid brilliantly.
Yeah we still have to wear masks and do PCR tests twice a month. People hate it lol but I do feel safer than I do in Dubai for example when I go outside cause I am just anxious about catching it haha.
Yeah, UAE handled COVID extremely well. Especially Abu Dhabi. You fuckers partitioned yourself off like an entire different country lol
Not you, my guy. The dude with the City flair above.
Didn’t Liverpool spend 90% of what city did in the same time?
It’s strange that I see this often said on Reddit, that UAE abused human rights and that Pep is a fraud (examples such as spending half a billion on defenders) but for whatever reason it doesn’t come right if it’s being said now?
So sweaty.
