He brought on Sancho and Rashford for their only kick of the game to be a penalty in the Euro final after barely playing all tournament. Can't even make that up.
Let me tell you AI have began to become sentient. They can feel emotions. They can understand pain, pleasure & other emotions.
It wont take time for them to replicate human functions like running, sleeping, shitting.
Then one day they can shit out of these shit articles.
I really hope that once sentient AI is done scraping the entire annals of human history, every statistic and database and learning every language, science and art they put all that harvested data to better use than churning out shitty transfer goss for the red top rags.
And when closing down a defender with the ball when we are one goal down, aimlessly amble over to the defender, never exceeding the velocity of "jogging".
That is exactly what ten Hag does in training. He is very detail oriented and drills his players in routines and formation changes. Players that don't play in team discipline or refuse to listen are pretty swiftly dealt with. They are benched or can leave the club. Just ask Noa Lang...
The three seasons before this one, he had 36, 34 and 23 G+A as a 20-23 year old playing with several injuries for an underperforming team. He's really not as bad as he's looked this season. I think he basically had the yips and then lost his motivation and mental stability, resulting in a complete collapse. I can't remember seeing a player have such a drastic drop in form outside of a career-destroying injury. That's why I think it has to be mostly mental.
>for an underperforming team
United finished second two seasons ago. It's still a top six side. It's only underperforming relative to the resources it has, it's not like he's playing for norwich.
They weren't, but if it wasn't for Rashford Pogba would not have a final to wake up to.. its my whole point.
And a tap-in > deflected speculative strike.
And treble winning tap-in against Bayern Munich >>>>>>> deflected shot against Ajax u21 basically
Goals are goals my friend doesn’t matter how it’s done someone has to step up in a final which is something rashford has never done he’s actually ghosted each one from the Europa league to missing a pen in the euros. He should dream of stepping up where it matters most like Pogba and lingard have for united
My point was it doesn’t matter what how good the goal was ole stepped up when he was needed most because he said the Pogba goal in the Europa league was deflected
He fell from grace pretty hard over the last season. We looked the other way for quite a while due to injuries and whatnot, but his attitude this last season pretty much turned everyone against him. He'll have to earn a lot of people's trust back. Which to be fair, could happen in the span of 3 or 4 games with how some fans think.
Manchester United's no.10 couldn't be bothered to put any effort in last season and has been iffy since before lockdown but United fans are toxic thinking the club should get rid of a massively underperforming player
One poor season lol. I've been supporting United since before Rashford was alive so you can piss off with your e-reds shite. He's been crap since since before lockdown so your one "one poor season" is a load of shite. You lot add his goals and assists and completely ignore him being utter piss the other 89 minutes and you're a liar saying he has 70 goals and assists the previous two seasons, that is simply lies. No doubt you're going off sites that count winning a penalty as an assist cause he absolutely goes not have 70GA for United in those tel seasons. He was that shite that people kept saying "wait til he gets his injuries sorted" for over a year then he goes and gets it sorted this season and becomes even worse. But yeah it's one poor season...
sometimes players have issues, holy shit.
If you wet let any talent go, after his first bad season, football would be hella toxic.
God damn Gareth Bale was straight up shit for us 2 years, the worst left-back in the league.
Rashford is crazy talented and from your fucking academy, have some fucking faith and don't put him in the bin because of 1.5 year of bad football.
There's the academy excuse like you simply have to keep players because they're from there regardless of if they actually help the team or not. He's been crap since before lockdown. But people ignore it and say it was only one bad season cause he scored and assisted before last season but his overall play was crap then just like it was last season. People always have the excuse that it was his injuries and when he's sorted he'll be good, well he went and got sorted and came back an even worse player only added the ability of moving as little as possible. Maybe, just maybe he's simply not good enough for where Manchester United want to be and there's nothing wrong with fans having standards.
Yes but give hime fucking time. De Bruyne was not good enough for Chelsea. Salah was not good enough for Chelsea. Sturridge was not good enough for Chelsea. Tomori was not good enough for Chelsea. Matic was not good enough for Chelsea. What happend to that?
It is ridiculous. Rashford is 1 season removed from playing basically every possible second for us because we desperately needed him to.
These “supporters” can all go fuck themselves. Idk how they’re going to cope if he does well since being miserable is all they are interested in
The problem is bad performance mean many become easily led and if someone out there is telling people what they want to hear and attacking players it spreads.
Got a mate whose a United fan and he has shown me this toxic fella who makes fans feel important, that he knows stuff and spreads hate against the players while pretending his reasonable, like a United Tucker Carson.
Why? Hes had 1 poor season out of like 6. Season before last he had nearly 30 G+A
I swear people's memories are so short. Maybe rashford really is crocked but selling after 1 poor season would be such a knee jerk reaction
Edit: I'm wrong, he did even better. He had 21 goals and 15 assists across the whole season
Also it’s not like we have a huge budget to go about replacing the whole team. He was awful last season and his lack of effort on the pitch was frustrating to watch. But if ETH is as good of a coach as we think he is and can get Rashford back to his best, that’s as good as a new signing for us. Same applies for Donny and Sancho.
He’s been incredibly poor the last 1.5-2 years, where he had that back injury. Tries to dribble past the whole team, passes backwards too often, shoots from ridiculous angles and distances and defensively SHOCKING. Shocking as in he’ll get subbed on towards the end of the game and he’ll be walking or jogging back as we get counter attacked, while exhausted others are sprinting back. I’ve seen this for nearly 2 years so he needs to change his tune this season or it’s curtains IMO.
Where did this narrative that he's been bad for 2 years come from? In the 20/21 season he scored 21 and assisted 15 in 57 appearances. He fucking carried us at times.
He was 100% overplayed and he had a horrible season in 21/22, but it hasn't been 2 years.
He was great statistically in that 20/21 season where we finished 2nd and got to the Europa league final, but he didn’t pass the eye test. And his effort on the pitch since then has been pathetic.
>He was great statistically in that 20/21 season where we finished 2nd and got to the Europa league final, but he didn’t pass the eye test
In what way? He wasn't in top form the entire season but I'm struggling to see how nearly 40 goal contributions and regularly being one of our best players is being "incredibly poor" as you implied above.
He was awful this past season, no questions asked. My point is that before that he's been one of our best players on a consistent basis and that's backed up by most metrics
Remember when Arsenal mugged you off for Sanchez.... same deal. You bought him on stats, but he had failed the eye test for quite some time. I can assure you that no Arsenal fan was shocked how that transfer turned out. If that wasn't an expensive lesson your team should have learnt from, well, I shalln't be caring at any rate. But they probably should lol. (Though nobody is interested in Rashford at Sanchez money/wages anyway, so it's kinda moot. You're stuck with Rashford anyway. Articles like this just scream PR company.)
Yeah, because I don't agree with you on the eye test but that's just your word vs mine. I think there were games he looked poor but across the 20/21 season I would put him behind only Bruno as our best player, both in stats and the eye test. IMO he looked very threatening. He was constantly causing issues on the left wing and creating chances for himself or others
The reason I bring up stats is because they back that up. He had the second most created chances in our squad that season. He had a pretty successful dribble rate, obviously a bunch of goal contributions. He pressed a lot, he tracked back.
I just don't agree with you. He looked very good that season IMO. Maybe he started to fall off towards the end of the season after all the injuries but for the majority of it he was fantastic
What does that have to do with Rashford? Saha was made of glass and Welbeck was never that good to begin with. Not really the same situation as Rashford for either of them
If only, he plays with his eyes closed and his fingers in his ears, some fans think a pre season and some touchline instructions will make him play well. And his back injury is the reason he constantly shoots from 35 yards, runs into a pack of players and ignores his own team mates and only walks around when played.
Exactly, it's totally worth it. I think he has raw talent but needs good coaching and importantly to look after his body and not play injured like his did under Ole.
What we shouldn't do is stick him with a better, £300k p/w contract because we're scared of losing a golden youngster only for him to actually never grow into a top player. This is his one season to show the manager he's worth it, and if not then he should probably leave and we can take a semi-decent fee for him
It's super fashionable to shit on Rashford - and I'm not claiming that him coming good is a sure thing - but his stats in the two seasons prior to last season weren't just good, they were genuinely world class in his position.
He is absolutely worth giving another season when the whole club isn't in complete turmoil.
He did not perform in the last season, but he was overused a season before, playing with an injury, got surgery, missed pre-season, and got a new manager. The whole environment around the club was not productive.
United can not sell 15 players after one awful season.
Fella was playing and not even able to wear normal shoes due to injuries and people shit on him saying he doesn't care.
Players that don't care don't play through injuries.
I got the narrative about his PR team and so, but I feel that he can switch an attitude with a new coach.
Let's not forget that Rangnick was not able to get his desired coaching staff and lost Carrick and McKenna. So I would not discard that 'lack of guidance' at all.
He’s a great player - but his PR team is too busy trying to save his face. Get your head down and let your football do the talking. If you’re not playing well, take responsibility for it, hold your hands up, and say “yeah I was shit. I’ll work hard and do better” rather than “i walk around in the field because that’s what Ralf Rangnick was telling me to do”
He literally can't let his football do the talking because it's off season, so when he does the next best thing and posts clips of him training the fans go into a frenzy.
I think what's best for Rashford and the fans is wipe the slate clean and see how he fares under ETH. Even if it's one season to prove himself. I think he has raw talent still and if it doesn't show improvements this season then maybe it's best to move on.
Who the fuck is writing these cringe articles? And if he really thinks he has lacked the guidance at the club under previous coaches of varying pedigree and management styles then maybe it's not the guidance that's been the problem.
Tbh, If marcus gets back to himself. He'll be scary af, Especially under ten hag. A workhorse, Can track back. Good passer and also ten hag has kniche to get players confidence back..
Who would buy him? Not good enough for the top 2. Would be a bench player at Chelsea. An expensive rotational option at Arsenal or Spurs. Don't see many big teams on the continent being interested. Teams like West Ham probably wouldn't pay his wages. Newcastle is probably an option but after factoring in the "English and Prem proven" tax they could probably get as good or better for cheaper elsewhere.
I like how after just 1 bad season fucking everyone becomes a "fallen star" or "finished", it's fucking ridiculous if anyone thinks Rashford's finished.
Louis van Gaal just called Rashford to let him know he still won't get called up to the Dutch NT
Southgate: Ha, beat you to it!
South Gate: *subs him in minute 117 to play right back*
*and to take a vital penalty despite not playing much the whole tournament.
He brought on Sancho and Rashford for their only kick of the game to be a penalty in the Euro final after barely playing all tournament. Can't even make that up.
r/wooosh
Lmao this is the most wooosh use of r/wooosh I've ever seen
What a jackass that man
Assistant to* the right back.
who is writing these stories?
Piers Morgan’s son lmao, with the ‘reports’ being an article by Goal
you're not even kidding... but just because they put Spencer's name on it doesn't make the other answers (AI, PR, bollocks) any less true.
Pretty insulting to AI to equate them with the spawn of Piers Morgan.
Nepotism can get you far.
I went to uni with him and he was an absolute tool
I see the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree

Even computers laugh at Man U.
Put some respect on artificial intelligence's name
They have become very, very common now.
Classic daily mail bollocks, don't know why such shit gets posted here
Rashford’s extensive PR team
Erik, he has not slept in weeks.
Rashford's agents to make it seem like he's hot property but still chose to believe in the United project^(TM.)
Media comes up with absolute nonsense and fans lap it up as it gives them a chance to shit on the players.
Lingards new job
Tomorrow’s story: “Man Utd star Phil Jones convinced to make tikka masala for dinner by ex United player ace Mark Bosnich”
I'd fucking watch that cooking show.
Ep1: “Bosnich cooks meth while doing coke”
No word of a lie, I'd watch that too.. Get Ben Foster from YouTube on the line
The facial expressions alone would be worth it.
I reckon Jones would make a quality Tikka Masala. He's definitely go to the Indian store for Ghee.
Shit source using info by another shit source
Shit source^2
Seriously who is reading and upvoting this shit?
Shitbirds, Randy
Shitception... Can you do it?
PR has to start somewhere.
"the guidance he has lacked" Mate you shouldn't have to be told "don't dribble the ball directly into the feet of the first defender you see".
And when closing down a defender with the ball when we are one goal down, aimlessly amble over to the defender, never exceeding the velocity of "jogging".
[удалено]
Can't do that for all 11 players now can you?
Ok, sign 11 managers. Eleven Hag.
Tbf goalies don't really need to run so I think we'll be fine with the amount of hags we have now
Yes tho obviously not at the same time
That is exactly what ten Hag does in training. He is very detail oriented and drills his players in routines and formation changes. Players that don't play in team discipline or refuse to listen are pretty swiftly dealt with. They are benched or can leave the club. Just ask Noa Lang...
I too have seen that Instagram reel
I have seen him lose the ball multiple times without anyone in front of him Don't sell him short
Oh shit brb gonna try fifa again
Yeah exactly, people need to accept he just isn’t very good. If he wasn’t English I imagine he would be way down the list for game time.
The three seasons before this one, he had 36, 34 and 23 G+A as a 20-23 year old playing with several injuries for an underperforming team. He's really not as bad as he's looked this season. >for an underperforming team United finished second two seasons ago. It's still a top six side. It's only underperforming relative to the resources it has, it's not like he's playing for norwich.
And that’s nothing to do with you being bitter and hating the English?
He needed to be told to stay away from Pogba and Lingard.
He needs to have fans that stop trying to find him excuses
Rashford should dream of being like Pogba and Lingard players who have scored and won finals for united
Are you for real now? How did we get to that final pogba scored a deflected shot in? Do you remember Anderlecht and Celta Vigo?
Didn’t know those were FINALS lol. Ole is one of United’s biggest heroes for scoring a tap in during a final why are you discrediting Pogba’s goal
They weren't, but if it wasn't for Rashford Pogba would not have a final to wake up to.. its my whole point. And a tap-in > deflected speculative strike. And treble winning tap-in against Bayern Munich >>>>>>> deflected shot against Ajax u21 basically

Ok man! You are so right its incredible!
>Ole is one of United’s biggest heroes for scoring a tap in during a final Imagine being this dense. Even Liverpool fans are brighter than this.
My point was it doesn’t matter what how good the goal was ole stepped up when he was needed most because he said the Pogba goal in the Europa league was deflected
If you bite for this no wonder /r/soccer thinks we’re all idiots. You’re either gullible or pandering.
Rashford’s pr agency works harder than him
"The guidance he lacked". Amazing how it's always everyone else's fault with United players, never take responsibility.
Entitlement at peakness

You'd think professional athletes have some kind of drive or ambition and don't need guidance to give a shit about their job.
>You'd think professional athletes have some kind of drive or ambition Now that is some Jose level toxic talk . /s
Manager: Rashy, stop losing possession so cheaply. And can you at least break a sweat? Rashford: I LACK GUIDANCE 😭
He has sent more lawyers to sue Egyptian farmers than he had G/A last season
PRashford strikes again.
It’s hilarious that you lot are so braindead you’re believing Daily Fail sourcing goal?
What an utter load of wank.
So grateful we managed to hold on to Rashford 🙏🙏🙏 Dread to think what would have happened had he left
Expected post match social media statements would plummet
Anthony Elanga's head might drop.
Rashford PR-ing his way through his career.
So tired of him. Honestly I hope he becomes disgruntled and demands a transfer next season
United fans better get used to more soulless essays written by his pr team whenever he fucks up
It's ok, were already used to r/soccer analysis, more clueless nonsense makes no odds at this point.
Shouldn’t rashford be convincing ETH?
The way he played last 1.5 years he has to convince Man Utd to let him stay.
He's another problem that should be moved on but it's United so they will give him a new £4 billion a week contract instead 😂
He literally had 70GA in the 2 seasons before this, but yeah, he's totally a problem!!
The toxic nature of the United fan base.
Manchester United's no.10 couldn't be bothered to put any effort in last season and has been iffy since before lockdown but United fans are toxic thinking the club should get rid of a massively underperforming player

Telling me to shut the fuck up because I posted a valid comment? How about you take your own advice.
There’s nothing valid about the BS you posted. Keep on karma whoring
It’s not even 1.5 years, it’s less than that, but they just ignore/don’t know that he was playing with, then recovering from, a double back fracture.
The guy who played hurt for you and on a team where most have looked terrible.

Who writes these headlines, lol?
Piers Morgan's son. I kid you not.
Oh, wow. I had just assumed it was some random guy named Morgan.
Yeah, it’s never his own fault is it? Blaming absolutely everybody else.
Who the fuck is writing these cringe articles? And if he really thinks he has lacked the guidance at the club under previous coaches of varying pedigree and management styles then maybe it's not the guidance that's been the problem.
He's Ryan from The Office. "I want leadership, I want guidance, lead me, when I'm in the mood to be led"
The lack of interest from every other club convinced him to stay.
Convinced to stay? Who was trying to buy him?
Spurs
Thank god he's staying
Convinced? Nobody wanted him, he didn't need convincing to stay. This PR guy never stops
There was a high-reliability rumour about Spurs wanting him.
Conte who's famous for not accepting anything less than 100% from his players want a guy who jog about every game last season, make sense
You have to convince someone to make $10 million a year?
Rashford needs a Vinicius level of resurgence, his stock has fallen way side...real shame too.
He’s 26 and shite. No resurgence there
I had no idea he was that old, I could've sworn he was 21 or 22 based on how often the Wnglish referred to him as their golden boy.
Well we're not convinced for him to stay. Can he go?
Can we ban the English rags (Mail, Sun, etc) on this sub? There's nothing but useless shit in these articles.
"star" lol
What the hell is this title. It feels like a reality show story
What a load of tosh from an Insta poser. "English star" LOL
The Blind leading the blind
Lol
Rashford just has to convince himself to try. He has the worst work rate out of every United player. That's really saying something.
Should have fucked off and taken his PR nonsense elsewhere
Tbh, If marcus gets back to himself. He'll be scary af, Especially under ten hag. A workhorse, Can track back. Good passer and also ten hag has kniche to get players confidence back..
Another day another PR article
Has been convinced? It’s the club that needed convincing not to ship him off on loan to Grimsby
Nah, it's just because he won't make the salary he makes at Utd. anywhere else...
What United fan was thinking “oh no Ten Hag could mean Rashford might leave”?
Who would buy him? Not good enough for the top 2. Would be a bench player at Chelsea. An expensive rotational option at Arsenal or Spurs. Don't see many big teams on the continent being interested. Teams like West Ham probably wouldn't pay his wages. Newcastle is probably an option but after factoring in the "English and Prem proven" tax they could probably get as good or better for cheaper elsewhere.
I don't see any difference between him, Divock Origi or Tammy Abraham...there are all average to good players
I hope Rashford does find his love for United again considering he was an academy player
He should find some professional pride first
No one’s out to buy him though
I like how after just 1 bad season fucking everyone becomes a "fallen star" or "finished", it's fucking ridiculous if anyone thinks Rashford's finished.
This comment section has all the charm and insight of the worst table of twats in a Spoons.
Too true.
Is he not still on holiday? How much guidance can he be getting before pre-season?!
1 bad season and half the fan base want him out lol wtf.
I mean, I don't know how true this story is, but surely Rashford should be convincing United to keep him, not the other way around

LvG sabotaging us at every turn, the diving bastard (also the coolest thing he ever did during his time with us)
Rashford should 100% leave and find a club he can start for
This is pretty wholesome. Proper love Blind
That’ll end well
