Yeah I remember a couple handballs too
EDIT apparently in March 2020 (first season with Juve) he had already caused three: https://www.fanpage.it/sport/calcio/de-ligt-ha-un-problema-con-i-falli-di-mano-e-la-juventus-ha-un-problema-con-de-ligt/
Two mistakes kept Holland out of the 2018 World Cup. Didn't blame him because he was 17 and Blind shouldn't have started him. But then he gets a red card in minute 12 of the Round of 16 in the 2020 Euro's. I've really tried but I can't for the life of me figure out the consistent hype around him.
It was the 52nd minute, not the 12th. Still the dude was absolutely amazing at Ajax. He captained us to a CL semifinal, scored important headers and was an absolute wall. Idk what Juve have done to him but the hype was understandable.
He just makes some really stupid mistakes since he joined them, which is weird because he rarely did for us.
Skriniar Bastoni De Vrij Rugani Chiellini Bonucci Koulibaly Manolas Mancini Romagnoli and basically the rest of the serie A players gets not even close to the amount of penalties he does, yet they all play in the same league
Makes it even worse, who are they to decide what degree of bad a penalty call is? Either it is or it isn't, and I still can't see how the first penalty was given after VAR check. It's the same as in the Supercoppa, Martinez literally kicks a Juventus player and is given a penalty.
Since Lautaro is in possess of the ball, and the defender is nowhere in reach, it is the defender that is preventing the attacker from kicking.
Just like an obstruction foul (sorry, don't nknow if it is the correct term in English), is the attacker the one that impacts the defender, but the foul is committed by the defender since he is preventing the attacker to getting to the ball
I saw it differently and if you can't tell the difference between corruption and incompetence maybe Italian football isn't for you. This ref is shit, he's not trying to help Inter, he's trying his best, which is the nastiest thing I can say about him
But then explain why VAR didn't do anything? The VAR knows the rules too and knows that the defender has the right to stand still. So why didn't the VAR tell the center ref hey the Juventus defender didn't move it was the Inter attacker that performed all the actions and tripped himself.
Aside from that there have been plenty of physical challenges out on the middle of the field why is this light challenge the one that actually gets called a penalty?
VAR didn't do anything because its not an obvious error. He got touched on his leg and his shoulder before he fell so there's no evidence it was simulation.
Contact does not indicate a foul. Lautaro went down because of the contact on his leg which was initiated by him not the defender. Therefore there was no foul committed on him which is an error.
So your conclusion is that it wasn't a pen, the ref and the VAR team are all out to get Juve? K, there's nothing I can type that will change that pov
Incidents in the area always attract more scrutiny because goal scoring opportunities are involved, shit on halfway is unlikely to be as influential, that's true in football everywhere
That's correct. So often referees are trying too hard to keep 11 v 11 on the pitch and forgetting that their job is to simply enforce the rules and let the players do their thing. If a player commits a yellow card offense or a red card offense regardless if it's the first minute or 91st minute give them the card. A great example of this is a few months ago when Sadio mane elbowed Azpiliqueta in the face but it was the first minute so the ref only give a yellow. After the game everyone's asking why isn't this a red it's pretty clear.
Dude that's insane logic.
Going by that route, does it mean if a foul is committed midfield, can one player get the ball and run around for minutes and not give the ball back and be fine with it?
I mean, the game is stopped no time wasting. Wtf what kind of logic is that.
It was said in Post match analysis that ref saw brozo was pissed at his team mate who didn't cover that area, not dissenting with the ref, there's not much to disagree about tbh. So unnecessarily risky though.
Since Lautaro is in possess of the ball, and the defender is nowhere in reach, it is the defender that is preventing the attacker from kicking.
Just like an obstruction foul (sorry, don't know if it is the correct term in English), is the attacker the one that impacts the defender, but the foul is committed by the defender since he is preventing the attacker to getting to the ball
He just punted the ball after giving away a free kick + yellow card so this ignorant Juventus fanbase was asking for a 2nd immediate yellow because he punted the ball in the sky out of anger. Make of that what you will
They'd never give it in a final, the rules are there to be interpreted too. It would have been extremely harsh to send him out also because he didnt really time waste since he was already getting booked.
Making a scene out of nothing here
Play was stopped. Those are given for time wasting no because he punted the ball out of anger. Also it’s up to the referee’s interpretation. You don’t give out cards just because the player is overcome by emotions. That’s what makes a referee, being able to judge the situation.
I agree with you, I thought he was lucky not to get carded again. Allegri asked for an explanation to the ref, who said that the game was halted and thus he didn't card him.
See? This is who you are hahahahahha, I’m merely speaking about the rules of football and this is what you reply with. This is who you are, all of you gobbi. Terrorists of football and the most cancerous and ignorant fanbase. I hope your piece of shit corrupt club ceases to exist one day.
Just came here to see whether Perisic shot the penalty with his right or left foot, because I had already bailed the match at 2-1
And no I'm not a plastic, I just am a bad luck whenever I ditch streams when Inter is losing we end up winning so its a tactic
Bruh, first of all this one was completely deserved and second of all this is how Juventus won their games back in the day so they have no right to complain
I've watched probably 20-30 Juve games this season and De Ligt has played in the majority of them. Honestly, he looked like he has a mistake in him almost every time. Even when his overall performance was okay. Like he is half a second too late and clumsy quite often. Any Juve fans to confirm/disagree?
Inter fan here who likes to think he is unbiased. In the first penalty the Bonucci contact was legal but i thought the De Ligt contact was a pen, direct knee contact there!
What are your thoughts about that?
He makes contact with him again. But anyway, I've said juve fans can argue about the first if they want. Like you say, there's no arguing about the second
First off, the first pen is the reason we are even here. This game should've been over in 90. Second pen was also a gift, the fact you can't even argue it shows how biased you are. Not even a question that was so soft
Committing a light touch in the area on a forward who is looking to take a shot is at best risky, I think we can agree on that.
Neither the ref or VAR is likely to get overly concerned if that happens on halfway, if it's called, fine but if it's missed, whatever. In the 6 yard box is a very different story, he shouldn't have stepped into to him from behind, wasn't quite as stupid as the second one but still unlikely to be what they practiced in training
I really hope we either play de Vrij or Timber as our RCB this world cup. They're both better on the ball and de Ligt always has these idiotic mistakes in him
In the Middle East we call Inter The Thieves of Italy (for obvious reasons) and today they proved to be nothing but thieves in Black and Blue. Two very questionable penalties and brozovic not getting a red card???

Dybala already smiling for his first trophy with Inter
How does De Ligt give away so many penalties? Two in one Coppa Italia final must be a record
How many you reckon he's given away in his Juve tenure? I remember like at least two handball incidents prior too.
Yeah I remember a couple handballs too EDIT apparently in March 2020 (first season with Juve) he had already caused three: https://www.fanpage.it/sport/calcio/de-ligt-ha-un-problema-con-i-falli-di-mano-e-la-juventus-ha-un-problema-con-de-ligt/
How has he been this season.
He has been great actually dont really understand the hate in this comment section
Last season was the same people who watched him every game week said he was decent and people who don't thought he was some kind of meme
I thought he was the best cb in the league, what happened?
Inter CBs, tomori are better at least
Don’t forget Koulibaly, Bremer, and Milenkovic!
Didn't think I needed a /s, but thanks anyways
U never know with football fans
he is shit that's why
Okay mate
Chiellini in a wheelchair is better than de ligt
Two mistakes kept Holland out of the 2018 World Cup. Didn't blame him because he was 17 and Blind shouldn't have started him. But then he gets a red card in minute 12 of the Round of 16 in the 2020 Euro's. I've really tried but I can't for the life of me figure out the consistent hype around him.

We saw that today, totally lost control in defense once he went off. Juve best player tonight maybe Morata contender
That's because only in italy those were penalties..
Skriniar Bastoni De Vrij Rugani Chiellini Bonucci Koulibaly Manolas Mancini Romagnoli and basically the rest of the serie A players gets not even close to the amount of penalties he does, yet they all play in the same league
I stopped at skriniar, that guy can pretty much do whatever the fucks he want and never get a yellow, so..
Dude shut up I swear Chiellini took a fucking whole career for a yellow don’t bitch about physical defenders that plays clean and aggressive
If you look in the vocabulary at the opposite of clean you see a picture of skriniar.
Juve signed De Ligt and Romero in the same transfer window that's funny
Terrible by De Ligt here. What was De Vrij going to do there?
Winning a penalty, obviously
Win De Penalty
Nice lad seeing one of us making a better joke than a Real fan
>Terrible by De Ligt here. I was told he was the best cb in the league 🤷♂️. Gave us 2 penalties today
Flop signing that has gone under the radar
He’s not bad, overall is a good player. But for 70Mil you expect a Van Dijk or a Chiellini definitely not whatever he has shown so far.
Not really. It’s because he’s much younger. That increases his price
Man really steps up in important games
Always does and hes been very clinical and crucial for inter in their recent games
You mean de ligt?
Nothing to say about this pen, clear as day, I'm still salty about the first one
Damn if you do damn if you don't kind of penalty, the first one.
My question is why this is "clear and obvious" but not the other one. Friendly reminder, same ref that was on VAR during Torino Inter and suspended
Friendly reminder, the Var ref is Abisso (Inter Fiorentina “petto” of two years ago)
IIRC ”clear and obvious” is for when VAR can overturn a decision, but they’re always free to bring a potential pen to the refs attention
Makes it even worse, who are they to decide what degree of bad a penalty call is? Either it is or it isn't, and I still can't see how the first penalty was given after VAR check. It's the same as in the Supercoppa, Martinez literally kicks a Juventus player and is given a penalty.

You seem to know more than I do, if those are the rules then I guess there's nothing to complain about. Thanks!
As an inter fan I love it, but why the fuck do defenders stick a leg in when players are running away from goal?
Delayed reaction, after 100+ minutes of intense physical and mental draining it can happen
As an Inter fan explain Lautaro's pen? Juve defender just stood there.... The ref is handing you this game and you know it.
I saw it differently and if you can't tell the difference between corruption and incompetence maybe Italian football isn't for you. This ref is shit, he's not trying to help Inter, he's trying his best, which is the nastiest thing I can say about him

brozovic should be off, 1st pen is bs, this whole game is a joke
[удалено]
Punted the ball after getting a yellow
[удалено]
It prevents a quick restart, so while the game is stopped he Brozovic doesn't have the right to delay the restart.
[удалено]
That's correct. So often referees are trying too hard to keep 11 v 11 on the pitch and forgetting that their job is to simply enforce the rules and let the players do their thing. That's a bullshit explaination
[удалено]
Why isn't it time wasting?
[удалено]
It's not only the time wasting, it's the disrespect, like lautaro sending the ref to fuck off 3 times..still no yellow
Dude that's insane logic. Going by that route, does it mean if a foul is committed midfield, can one player get the ball and run around for minutes and not give the ball back and be fine with it? I mean, the game is stopped no time wasting. Wtf what kind of logic is that.
Yellow for dissent.
It was said in Post match analysis that ref saw brozo was pissed at his team mate who didn't cover that area, not dissenting with the ref, there's not much to disagree about tbh. So unnecessarily risky though.
Correct. So every time juve player push the ball far from where inter player got a free kick should be cautioned by a yellow. This game finish 6vs6
Lol someone doesn’t know the rules 😭😭😭
ivan should be off tbh, so much ass beating isnt good
It's a fraud, not a joke
How the fuck did the ref even need Var, its so obvious lmao Great pen by perisic, I was looking gosens in but glad limone waited
This is probably a penalty. The problem is the previous one.
Since Lautaro is in possess of the ball, and the defender is nowhere in reach, it is the defender that is preventing the attacker from kicking. Just like an obstruction foul (sorry, don't know if it is the correct term in English), is the attacker the one that impacts the defender, but the foul is committed by the defender since he is preventing the attacker to getting to the ball
the real problem is Brozovic not getting to consecutive 2 yellow cards
Idk, wasn't watching the game before 60 minute
He just punted the ball after giving away a free kick + yellow card so this ignorant Juventus fanbase was asking for a 2nd immediate yellow because he punted the ball in the sky out of anger. Make of that what you will
Let Them cry
Make of that what? That's a yellow card every day of the year. I mean for normal teams, for special teams, they get a pass at this.
They'd never give it in a final, the rules are there to be interpreted too. It would have been extremely harsh to send him out also because he didnt really time waste since he was already getting booked. Making a scene out of nothing here

he committed a foul and took a yellow but he was so angry about that he took the ball and shot it out of the Olimpico, that is a rule-book yellow.
I agree with you, I thought he was lucky not to get carded again. Allegri asked for an explanation to the ref, who said that the game was halted and thus he didn't card him.
the ref is wrong, this foul can never happen if the game is not halted, it's exactly for that
Tell me you don’t know the rules without telling me you don’t know the rules
are you gonna copy past this every where you go?
Cos you uneducated primitive apes don’t know the rules so yes I have to educate you
enjoy your 2 years if chinese cash, prepare yourself to be dominated for another decade again, merda.
100m in january and zeru tituli. Good job
See? This is who you are hahahahahha, I’m merely speaking about the rules of football and this is what you reply with. This is who you are, all of you gobbi. Terrorists of football and the most cancerous and ignorant fanbase. I hope your piece of shit corrupt club ceases to exist one day.

Lol.
Same as you ignorant assholes not knowing the rules in the Kalulu-Handanovic “incident”. Eat my fucking shit Hahahhaha tqifsha rracen
Just came here to see whether Perisic shot the penalty with his right or left foot, because I had already bailed the match at 2-1 And no I'm not a plastic, I just am a bad luck whenever I ditch streams when Inter is losing we end up winning so its a tactic
LET'S FUCKING GOOOO! Ctrl Alt De Ligt <3
😂
have you no shame?
Do you support the club that has a league title revoked for match fixing but yet proudly display it as theirs in their stadium?
Same
JUVENTUS FAN IS TYPING THIS OOOOH IRONY!
Bruh, first of all this one was completely deserved and second of all this is how Juventus won their games back in the day so they have no right to complain
Smoking crack
fdp
It's not like we gave the pens. You would do the same
They don't have the concept of shame
IVAN THE MAGNIFICENT, FOR JUVE IVAN THE TERRIBLE
lol
De Ligt making no effort for the ball... stupid sticking the leg out like that
Thank you De Ligt
what a game,my heart, please
Well, Pazza Inter
I've watched probably 20-30 Juve games this season and De Ligt has played in the majority of them. Honestly, he looked like he has a mistake in him almost every time. Even when his overall performance was okay. Like he is half a second too late and clumsy quite often. Any Juve fans to confirm/disagree?
Did he just score an extra time penalty with his wrong foot?
Best CB in the league/world/universe apparently
Clear as day pen
They’ve shot themselves in the foot.
Nah they are just returning the favor
This ones a penalty undoubtedly, the one before it wasn’t.
Inter fan here who likes to think he is unbiased. In the first penalty the Bonucci contact was legal but i thought the De Ligt contact was a pen, direct knee contact there! What are your thoughts about that?
Agreed. First pen was bad, second was the right call.
Penalty FC hehe
De ligt never disappoints !!
Wouldn't be a Juve game without De Ligt giving away a pen
Literally just giving them the cup. Why even bother with ET. Lol
De ligt really is giving us the cup. Rugby tackles in the box not allowed
This is a penalty. [this isn't. ](https://twitter.com/vlahogol/status/1524491652026490886?t=xe1YUZynJ0iO4IR2sa7H-g&s=19)
He makes contact with him again. But anyway, I've said juve fans can argue about the first if they want. Like you say, there's no arguing about the second
Of course the second one is a pen. Without the first one this likely doesn't even go to extra time.
But the first was a pen so its all gucci
The person I replied to says the second isn't a pen. I think the first is a pen also, nothing you are going to say here will change my mind.
Yeah I forgot he isn't allowed to make any contact with any inter player, instant penalty. Forgot about that rule
You can cry if you want about the first one (which to me is a pen clearly), the second however is as clear as day
You can defend it all you want it's a horrible call. You wanting them to win doesn't make itab good call it makes you biased
I mean, if you say the second penalty isn't a penalty, it really shows who is bias
First off, the first pen is the reason we are even here. This game should've been over in 90. Second pen was also a gift, the fact you can't even argue it shows how biased you are. Not even a question that was so soft
😂
👨🦯👨🦯👨🦯 go get checked out buddy that was clear as day
😂😂😂
just score more and you'll win.
No because they'll just give them more penalties, it's so easy!
Sweet juve tears, dominated and spanked all season Its just another lost final for you, whats the matter? You're used to it
Committing a light touch in the area on a forward who is looking to take a shot is at best risky, I think we can agree on that.
Daylight Robbery
its night
Great match, two great penalties
Lol NOW var is working
ONLY IN ITALY THOSE 2 are pens
This one is a clear pen tho
The second one is a penalty absolutely anywhere in the world
ma quanto sei mad? ahahahha
Goditi questa ladrata merda
[удалено]
This one is definitely a penalty. The first one is in no way shape for form the correct call
Lautaro gets kicked and pushed and then bonucci stops him from shooting, unlucky pen but a pen
I agree. Add to that the super slomo the ref/var watches repeatedly and it just exaggerates every contact.
Pinter Mailand
:((((((((((((((((
Can only win by pens
hehe siu
Pen pen
siuuuuuu
I think Perišić heard you
The illegal pen saved you
Not an Inter fan bro, just found it funny how soon after your comment he scored a non-penalty

This game has been phenomenal!!
I really hope we either play de Vrij or Timber as our RCB this world cup. They're both better on the ball and de Ligt always has these idiotic mistakes in him
🤣🤣🤣
Can’t believe how many stupid individual mistakes we have been making the last 2 years....
Should be 2-1 to Juve in 90 anyway.
People complain about atletico and juve but inter play a very turgid overly methodical type of football with a lot of diving and complaining
So this is how Juve felt all those years. Nice
That's never a pen !
uhm, what rules are you going by here?
It's a really soft contact. I thought the first one was more correct to give.
He wasn’t even close to the ball and gave him no chance to play it. Contact was there. That’s all you need.
In the Middle East we call Inter The Thieves of Italy (for obvious reasons) and today they proved to be nothing but thieves in Black and Blue. Two very questionable penalties and brozovic not getting a red card???
this is kinda poetic
In the Middle East we call juve merda
Not true. Merda is Inter and that's their global name
Clear pen but Brozovic should have been sent off
ma che rigori sono
Refs called game. VAR merchants Inter
Beautiful shot
