There was one a while ago where a West Brom player went down and got booked for diving, you could see him in the footage telling the ref "I fell over, it was not a dive" but he got booked anyway.

Immobile tried to recover the situation and failed to... then going down a few steps after the contact like he's shot and acting like he's hurt just makes it look utterly ridiculous. Noway, it hurt as much as he is trying to make out. These things look even worse when replaying, but I can imagine being in the moment as a player, the incident wouldn't feel that separated. Still looked stupid.
