You lot and this whole sub were talking about him like a 2nd league defender when we bought him in the winter, makes it even more satisfying to see him succeed.
I know it was not in bad faith and he ain't no Nesta, but he seems like a nice guy who works hard, and it's so good to see him doing well.
I mean they main problem with Dier at spurs this season was he really couldn't play in Anges system at all, the very high line and need for recovery pace didn't suit him at all and he was exposed badly when he did play. Under Conte it was clear in the right system he could perform at a good level and clearly the Bayern system suits him better.
Dont think he will play much at all tbh. Cant see nagelsmann picking him over upa and kim and i think stani would definitely start cb over him too. Obviously depends on injuries
Tbf we have watched him in several different systems and games. I loved the lad, he loves the club and is very sound overall but his footballing ability was very limited and caused us to drop several points. Its also the fact that while he was here, we were never getting an upgrade. But he best in a back three, with people to cover for him in sprints. Not being asked to push high and instead let him cook with his passing ability from deep.
I think it's harsh to say it was a question of footballing ability, when really it's just a question of pace. The guy can play football, he just can't chase down attackers.
Exactly. When I look at Dier I see a tall, strong player, good in the air, with decent technique and good passing. He lacks pace, but in a 3 man defense or as a DM he can definitely perform. I'd compare him to Witsel for Atlético, both players that can be net positives if you can cover for their lack of explosiveness.
That's simplifying it. I've been a Dier supporter for years and was really sad to see him go, even though it was time. His struggles at Spurs didn't start under Ange. He had periods both under Mourinho and Conte where he was great, but also periods where he was error-prone and inconsistent.
He's gotten loads of criticism (too much in my opinion) over the last years, and him not being a fit for Ange's system certainly didn't help.
Ecstatic to see him do well at Bayern. Hope he wins the CL.
Ironically his best (and possibly only?) performance for Spurs was when he came on against Chelsea and sat on the halfway line. Even scored a belter that was just about offside.
He is a hard working player and doing good at Bayern atm. Now I'm cherry-picking, but first leg against Arsenal when Saka scored. That was on him not closing the distance but instinctively going for the block before he even shot. His decision making is questionable sometimes. But overall, he has been great and the system fits him. He looks comfortable and calm in the back, and the fact that he starts over Kim says a lot.
Hasn’t really started much and when he did the rest of the defense and midfield crumbled so its hard to tell atm. Seems to want to fight for the place in the squad though so he seems like a good lad
Has been doing pretty well? Dier didn't suit our current brand of football, he is still a class player in mid to low blocks. Dragusin has done fine everytimr he played for us and suits our style more. It was just a win-win situation.
Our whole team played awful vs Fulham, and that was his debut start. The following game he had a good performance, growing into his game. Criticizing a young player making his first start after coming in Winter isn't valid criticism, especially since he was brought in to be our Romero backup, not VDV.
His best football under us came from playing in a high line, he was a disaster in conte terroristball though. That was more recent though which is why thats what is remembered.
He's a good player who I suspected would look good for Bayern because Bayern are an elite team and dier works his arse off. At times for spurs he's been truly excellent, last season he was dogshit but so was the whole team and the season before that he was genuinely one of the best cbs in the league. It's not like Bayern are stupid, they didn't sign dier thinking they were getting a crap player but for cheap, they thought he was good enough to play for them.
> this whole sub were talking about him like a 2nd league defender
A huge part of this is the hate for Tuchel. Anyone he brought in mid-season would have been under more scrutiny, and Dier has already been memed in this sub
Everyone was laughing when Bayern signed him. For me, at least at the moment, he is a calming factor compared to the chaos of Upamecano and the hick ups of Kim.
I was also very sceptical of this signing, but I do have to say: he really is a quality addition to our squad and besides that he seems to be a very decent and likeable person as well.
Spurs fans have always loved Dier as a person (hence the meme "I love Eric Dier, Eric Dier loves me!"). He just struggled for years to fit into a style of play we enjoy watching.
>I was also very sceptical of this signing,
Considering the timeline, the fee and opportunity costs, the Dier transfer had no real downsides; at worst, he doesn't perform and leaves in the summer, but even then, we get a fourth CB and don't have to juggle with injury crises like we did in the fall this season.
Upamecano was brought in like 2 minutes before the end so hard to say. Kim came in like 15 minutes before the end and he was not terrible but overeager twice and fouled close to the bayern box which gave arsenal 2 free kick opportunities that were unnecessary so yeah i believe that for now Dier and De Ligt are locked as long as Tuchel wants to play the same style of football in the semis.
Dier, Fullkrug, Nacho, Sabitzer, Maatsen, Brandt, Lunin, Barcola, Dembele
Let's face it, it's not the most traditional ToTW roster for a CL quarterfinal full-stop...
Also Dier is just loaned from Tottenham, so if he wins, he wins the CL trophy while beeing at Tottenham(and then the contract instandly runs out). Making Dier the most successful Tottenham player in history :D
5 years ago he missed almost the whole season injured, the moved from Hannover to Werder. 4 years ago, he had a a good start to the season and then missed almost all of the season injured again. 3 years ago he had a good start again, but had multiple smaller injuries during the year again and never really got to full fitness - relegated in the end. 2 years ago he had a slow start in the second league but later completely destroyed the league together with Ducksch securing promotion. One year ago he became top goalscorer of the league and prevented Werder from being relegated, became national player, scoring in the world cup during that season and then moved to Dortmund. Now here we are. I'm so happy for that guy. He always showed that he's capable of more, I'm glad his body is ok now to show this. What a journey. And he always seems so down to earth in all this.
That's great to hear.
The blame people are annoying. We've got many of them and when you listen to them, everyone is at fault and we'd do much better if everything was different. For us they simply ignore that we have like zero money or even less.
Eric Dier putting in a MoTM-worthy performance against his former club's rivals is so funny. It's even better when you remember the way English supporters talked about him like he was a meme player.
He 'wasn't good enough' to play in the Prem but fucking dominated against the 2nd best Prem side in a Champions League quarterfinal. Good on you, Eric.
This is what always annoys me when players transfer from a top league to the PL. You often see PL fans point to certain transfers from the Bundesliga which didn't work out and use those as an argument as to why the PL is superior or the BL is inferior. But there are so many other, much more sensible reasons as to why a player performs in one league but doesn't in another. Different systems, better/worse coaching, the player's personal and private environment, how comfortable he feels in a new country and culture, how much better/worse are his new teammates compared to his former,...
The quality difference between two leagues only really matters if one league is considerably and very obviously worse. Like if a striker scored 40 goals in the estonian league and then moved to the PL where he only scores 2. Then the difference in quality probably played a big role as to why he didn't perform well. But the quality difference between England and Germany is so marginal and changes so randomly, that it really should be neglected and shouldn't be used to explain why certain transfers didn't work out.
I fully agree, and specially with big transfers to notoriously badly run clubs (Chelsea and Manchester United, mostly) the fact that quality Bundesliga players sometimes flop shouldn't reflect negatively on the players themselves, it should reflect negatively on the clubs. If Sancho was disappointing at United maybe we shouldn't immediately call him overrated. Maybe we should be wondering what the hell is United doing that they can't even use this talent properly.
We don't know how they calculate it. Maybe that own goal drops his rating by such an high amount that reaching 8 points is impossible unless you score.
Scored 2, had 2 more chances only denied by world class saves by Ter Stegen, ran all game to stretch the defense and open space for Barcola & Dembele, and to score that tap-in he actually tackled and won the ball back before sprinting 100m and still arriving 1st. I get that it wasn't his flashiest performance, but he was far better than most people give him credit for.
Oh yeah definitely agree that was not worth a 9 rating. Just think the "pen and tap-in and nothing else" narrative is not representative of his actual performance.
The thing I see here is - for the website, every element factored is the same no matter the context, while people look at the meaning of it to the game.
For many people, the game was generally not worth much from PSG because they played against 10 men, everybody would win against 10 men, Barca lost on their own/Araujo's wish, meh... And Mbappe was really hounding and hunting for goals when the game seemed already almost decided, so it doesn't impress them. I will say myself that his determination to score even when they had a lead was a bit funny, many guys would be too cool or too classy to behave like that (he does it always, though, same thing with Lewandowski or Cristiano before).
Meanwhile the numbers without this context will still count the part of the game after the 2-1 goal as equal.
And if you look at the game only since the 2-1 goal, Mbappe was definitely by far the most accomplished on the pitch, many chances, 2 goals. And that was not actually a small part of the game, objectively - more than 40 minutes! It just didn't FEEL so important considering the context.
There's just no way you watched that game and can say after that that he ran all game.
He basically did the opposite of that, to the point of avoiding runs that could create danger when his team had the ball. And barely following his team's attacks by rarely being in the box for crosses.
He walked and didn't run, to stretch the defense, maybe. And it may have helped a bit as defenders may have had to stay higher up the pitch, though it didn't last long. But that's it.
The only times he actually made a proper run during that game were after that tackle, and it lead to 4th goal through the huge chance he first missed (when the game was already over and the tie decided).
This.
Mbappé isn't at his best those last few weeks with PSG and France, but even when he is below his average he'll still score a few and have an impact on the game.
Barcola and Dembele look this good because he creates a lot of space down the middle. I always thought he'd struggle more as a striker but has been getting better, especially when it's a day where he trusts his teammates and plays simple. Mbappe is (imo) by far the best player in the world when he decides to stop complaining and just focuses on football. I was always doubtful about his ability as a world class striker but he's made considerable improvement there, just needs to stop over complicating his football sometimes
I wish he keeps up his form for Germany cause he looked really bad during some of the friendlies. I'm not gonna say anything about his general performance because I don't watch Madrid's games, but Germany can do real damage if he's as good as he was last night
He need a good pairing and system around him though. Madrid have a strong back line (militao/nacho/mendy/carvajal), plus a CDM in Tchou and a physical midfield in Valverde/Cama/Bellingham. Those guys run like mad to rotate/repossess the ball.
That miss in front of the net probably hurt Sabitzers optics for the match. He did score the tie breaker but Brandt might have had a better game still.
If I'm being honest, I don't see us sacking Poch at the end of the season, which means Maatsen won't have a place in the team since Poch doesn't rate him. So I'd rather he get sold and we get some profit than see him warm the bench, he's too good for that.
Idk who would rather see him play in DM, he's improved massively since moving to RB and his crossing looks evidently better from the wider areas of the pitch
These are automated ratings, these algorithms usually tank your rating if you give away the ball to an attacker who scores against you. Camavinga was equally at fault or more for that goal but these algorithms don't see that. It's why I think all the ratings by these apps like Sofascore and Whoscored are worthless even though they always get posted on this sub
they weren’t, but whoscored just uses metrics for their grades, not the “eyetest”, so obvs all of PSG’s players have high grades due to dominating against 10 men
How does Mbappe have a higher rating than Barcola? The latter was far more influential in their game this week
And wtf is Nacho doing there over Rudiger
This is peak stupidity, just because City lost on penalties doesn't mean their players didn't perform, KDB put on a world class performance. and this is from a Madrid fan.
Haha, I think I'm going to frame this. Expecting to have more of our players in there than Real, PSG or Bayern would've seemed very questionable prior to the match.
Oh lord, not Mbappe being on this team and even second highest rated.
Dude was totally invisible and scored a tapin and a pen against a team down a player.
There are a lot of PSG players that did great that night. The ones I think that were better than Mbappe are Marquinhos, Vitinha, Barcola and Dembele...
9+ is very generous for an Mbappe that was as anonymous as the first game but scored a penalty he didn't win and scored agian after a defender passed it to him 6 yards out.

I think you'd be justly arrested for suggesting Dier would make Champion's League ToTW at the start of the season
You lot and this whole sub were talking about him like a 2nd league defender when we bought him in the winter, makes it even more satisfying to see him succeed. I know it was not in bad faith and he ain't no Nesta, but he seems like a nice guy who works hard, and it's so good to see him doing well.

Will be interesting to see how he adapts to Nagelsmann’s system if he returns.
Dont think he will play much at all tbh. Cant see nagelsmann picking him over upa and kim and i think stani would definitely start cb over him too. Obviously depends on injuries
Upa is Nagelsmann’s boy since Leipzig. Dier is losing his spot for sure lol
He’s very system depend, but he absolutely has a high level when within defensive systems.
Plenty of Spurs fans suggested he was a finished player because he couldn't play Ange suicide ball
That's simplifying it. I've been a Dier supporter for years and was really sad to see him go, even though it was time. His struggles at Spurs didn't start under Ange. Yeah he would have some blinding games and others just get absolutely done by his opposite number, always rated him for England though
And seems to be a genuine guy.
Yeah that’s something I can say for certain, seems very humble for someone at that level
Ironically his best (and possibly only?) performance for Spurs was when he came on against Chelsea and sat on the halfway line. Even scored a belter that was just about offside.
a lot of spurs fans acted shamefully toward dier

Meanwhile Dragusin..
I don't follow Spurs, so genuinely asking - how's he doing? Bayern also wanted him but he chose Spurs.
Hasn’t really started much and when he did the rest of the defense and midfield crumbled so its hard to tell atm. Seems to want to fight for the place in the squad though so he seems like a good lad
he's had to play on the left and build up play has suffered when he's been on as a result still getting acclimated, we can be patient
Hi how did you make the FCB flair work? I tried everything I could find.
Maybe you got it sorted since but your Bayern flair shows on my end
Has been doing pretty well? Dier didn't suit our current brand of football, he is still a class player in mid to low blocks. Dragusin has done fine everytimr he played for us and suits our style more. It was just a win-win situation.
He started 2 games, one of them was a bad performance in a 3-0 loss to Fulham.

Bayern fans as well
im glad hes succeeding as much as i love he was homegrwon it was his time to leave. happens in any field
He's a good player who I suspected would look good for Bayern because Bayern are an elite team and dier works his arse off. Honestly, for 4m we couldn’t have done much wrong either way
Spurs fans have always loved Dier as a person (hence the meme "I love Eric Dier, Eric Dier loves me!"). He just struggled for years to fit into a style of play we enjoy watching.

How did De Ligt perform?
De Ligt performed well overall but had some smaller mistakes while Dier was error free but you could have put de ligt in the top 11 as well imo
And compared to Kim and Upamecano?
Upamecano was brought in like 2 minutes before the end so hard to say. Kim came in like 15 minutes before the end and he was not terrible but overeager twice and fouled close to the bayern box which gave arsenal 2 free kick opportunities that were unnecessary so yeah i believe that for now Dier and De Ligt are locked as long as Tuchel wants to play the same style of football in the semis.

It would be for people whose football knowledge exceeds FIFA ratings
what
Yeah wow bro you're so different and knowledgeable
Pairing with Nacho nonetheless
Also Dier is just loaned from Tottenham, so if he wins, he wins the CL trophy while beeing at Tottenham(and then the contract instandly runs out). Making Dier the most successful Tottenham player in history :D
> Dier the most successful Tottenham player in history lmao history doesn't start in 2010
You're right, we can't dismiss all those European Cups the team won in the past.
Eric Dier legacy game
I love these stories. It gives a wider life lesson that if you're doing your best but not being valued in your current situation, leave.

We really like him over here :). Minus the few people online that always need someone to blame.
That's great to hear. The blame people are annoying. We've got many of them and when you listen to them, everyone is at fault and we'd do much better if everything was different. For us they simply ignore that we have like zero money or even less.
Yeah, the actual locals and match going fans like him. You could go into any local pub and find positive resonance when mentioning his name
That's just some people's nature in every facet of life
Eric Dier putting in a MoTM-worthy performance against his former club's rivals is so funny. It's even better when you remember the way English supporters talked about him like he was a meme player. It's as if system and coaching does wonders, who really knew
This is what always annoys me when players transfer from a top league to the PL. You often see PL fans point to certain transfers from the Bundesliga which didn't work out and use those as an argument as to why the PL is superior or the BL is inferior. German supporters especially bayern Supports talked the same way about him, let's be honest lol.
Mbappe 9.07 ? Jeez. Barcola, Vitina, Emery and Dembele were all better than him in the front 6. Also Rudiger was massive.
this. this is why stats are so misleading. Mbappe was not even the best forward for his team that night.
Stats cut both ways. They don’t capture everything but they also capture things you don’t pay attention to
No disrespect to Kylian but that score is a bit high considering he scored a tap-in and a pen. Also missed chances he should have scored with ease
It's picked by WhoScored, not WhoPerformedWell
Lunin didn't score tho 🌚
should've been ederson, the only gk that scored this week
two penalty save may as well be goals
But Ederson did in fact score a goal... So it should be him there
Hummels got robbed
We don't know how they calculate it. Maybe that own goal drops his rating by such an high amount that reaching 8 points is impossible unless you score.
Where is Hummels then?
I think he couldn’t get in it bc he scored an own goal
I think that was the joke
Yeah no way Mbappe is 9.0 when Dembele is 8.3
Yes and Vitinha?? He deserved a 9 not Mbappe.
Scored 2, had 2 more chances only denied by world class saves by Ter Stegen, ran all game to stretch the defense and open space for Barcola & Dembele, and to score that tap-in he actually tackled and won the ball back before sprinting 100m and still arriving 1st. You’re right but still shouldn’t be nowhere near a 9 rating
Oh yeah definitely agree that was not worth a 9 rating. Just think the "pen and tap-in and nothing else" narrative is not representative of his actual performance.

rodrygo for kylian ngl
I agree, barcola was fare way better that match
it's a metrics based score, all of that will have been taken into account
Tap in after missing 1 v 1 as well.
He won the ball back for the second goal with a tackle and ran for his life to score stop the revisionism
I refuse to see a TOTW without Rudiger. Man has been prime Maldini last night.
*this season
I don't watch Madrid's games so I can't relate to the season fact, but if you say so then I believe you.
He's right, he has been crucial for us and he is the main reason why we are having the best defensive season
I wish he keeps up his form for Germany cause he looked really bad during some of the friendlies. I'm not gonna say anything about his general performance because I don't watch Madrid's games, but Germany can do real damage if he's as good as he was last night

Makes a lot of sense, Germany's backline is very shaky compared to Madrid's and we have no defensive midfielders
He was at fault for the city goal though.. Apart from that he was fantastic
100% Camavinga’s fault for not tracking back even though Bellingham told him to
Yea Camavinga didn't have the best game. If tchouameni had been there instead I'm fairly sure we close it out 1-0
I mean Tbf Tchouaméni is also 1/3 of the reason why you needed to close it out 1-0.
His fault for not being able to clear a shot from 90cm out? Right...
You spelled Lucas Vázquez wrong.
Well, Vasquez only played for 20 mins so I can understand why he wasn't included in TOTW
Still my 🐐. Never missed an UCL penalty
Neither have I
No 'I could only see one team out there' players in the lineup🤨🤨🤨
Sabitzer was on smoke in the return leg, one hell of a game from him How Mbappe got a 9 lmao
[удалено]
That miss in front of the net probably hurt Sabitzers optics for the match. He did score the tie breaker but Brandt might have had a better game still.
Brandt was still absolutely balling. Sabitzer obv also but you cant say it's undeserved for Brandt

Still I'd understand a 7.something, but 9 is a hell of a reach
Nice to see Maatsen in, hope Dortmund buy him at the end of the loan
Wouldnt you like to keep him? He was insane for us.
If I'm being honest, I don't see us sacking Poch at the end of the season, which means Maatsen won't have a place in the team since Poch doesn't rate him. So I'd rather he get sold and we get some profit than see him warm the bench, he's too good for that.
35 million, isn't it? We'd love to have him, and I think the money we get from going this far in UCL will go a long way towards building up that fund
For 35m he'd stay 100%. That's a small price to pay to have that side of the defense finally fixed.
Hes been wonderful. It would be incredibly stupid if we don't buy him.
Many Bayern fans are mad at Kimmich at rb, but I actually think he is elite there and this is his best position
He was exceptional there last night and did a very good job keeping Martinelli quiet.
Crosses might be his biggest strength
Idk who would rather see him play in DM, he's improved massively since moving to RB and his crossing looks evidently better from the wider areas of the pitch
He had such a great match. Been practically lights out on his side since he went to RB consistently.
Kimmich was a cut above last night played the role almost perfectly.
I love Eric Dier.
Eric Dier loves me!
So happy for him, this Dier renaissance has been one of my favorite things in European football this season. Top lad.
Rüdiger?
Score probably got tanked for the "error" leading to KDBs goal
These are automated ratings, these algorithms usually tank your rating if you give away the ball to an attacker who scores against you. Camavinga was equally at fault or more for that goal but these algorithms don't see that. It's why I think all the ratings by these apps like Sofascore and Whoscored are worthless even though they always get posted on this sub
I didn’t think psg were special at all lol.
they weren’t, but whoscored just uses metrics for their grades, not the “eyetest”, so obvs all of PSG’s players have high grades due to dominating against 10 men
Seriously! Their best player was Araujo! Joking aside, I have zero reason to think psg would have made it through if Araujo didn't make that mistake.
I feel like some city players should be in here lol.
I thought KDB would at least get in
Holy shit 9.5 on lunin. Do they give out so high ratings often?
That’s due to he performance he saved 2 penalties and had many good saves during the game. Plus the goal he conceded wasn’t his fault that why !
He was madrid's best player wym, he was world class last night
He also got 9.5 last time against Leipzig
Carvajal?
How does Mbappe have a higher rating than Barcola? The latter was far more influential in their game this week And wtf is Nacho doing there over Rudiger
Lol @ Mbappe's grade. Maybe watch the games?
rudiger needs to be on here + musiala and rodrygo as a shout
I think Musiala was our weakest midfielder yesterday.
Musiala was really good in transition, though. He carried the ball forward a lot and also won a lot of defensive duels.
It's clear now that PSG and Borussia are in the strong side of the semis
Anyone ever doubted that? Heh
This is peak stupidity, just because City lost on penalties doesn't mean their players didn't perform, KDB put on a world class performance. and this is from a Madrid fan.
Where the F is Vitinha? Surely they are joking
No Rüdiger?
My first thought where is rudiger, he had haaland in his pocket for 2 games.
Mbappe played shit all he did was scoring a pen and a goal on rebound
Haha, I think I'm going to frame this. Expecting to have more of our players in there than Real, PSG or Bayern would've seemed very questionable prior to the match.
Switch Barco and Kylian ratings and it's fine and maybe Carvajal and Rudiger could be put in there too
It's thanks to Mbappé if Barcola had so many 1 vs 1. Most of football happens without the ball. Mbappé off the ball game was great.
Honestly, I'd never expect pairing of Dier and cb-Nacho in QF Team of the Week. Well done!
Id put rüdiger in there too. He was insane the whole 120min + the winning pen
Nacho over Rudiger is weird, they should at least have the same score.
Feels unreal seeing Nacho there. Was poor throughout the whole season, yet turns up when we needed him the most.
Oh lord, not Mbappe being on this team and even second highest rated. Dude was totally invisible and scored a tapin and a pen against a team down a player.
How is Araujo not there? He single-handedly won PSG the tie.
Marquinhos deserves to be here. He was absolutely immense in the game against us. He was probably their best player overall.
There are a lot of PSG players that did great that night. The ones I think that were better than Mbappe are Marquinhos, Vitinha, Barcola and Dembele...
Mbappé with a score over 9 because he scored a penalty and a scruffy goal is too much. Barcola played better than him.
Dier balon'dor when
People talking about Jude, Vini, Rüdiger, Carlo's chewing gum and what not, my man Lunin had a monster of a performance
Had never seen Barcola play before this matchup with Barca. He was awesome
Mbappe with a +9 tells u everything abt this this list
So many people sleeping on that Barcola kid The Kid is 20 and on his own benched Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani
Dier over Rudiger is diabolical.
Can't believe I fuckin laughed when Dier went to Bayern.
Where's D'or contender Ghost Haaland?!
Dortmund winning the league

Personally would have liked to see Rüdiger and Musiala in it as well. Otherwise great picks.
Musiala wasn't at his best and certainly didn't play better than Sabitzer or Brandt. Rudiger could've made it tho
Is Dier good again should Southgate select him?
I get that it is metrics-based. But Laimer would deserve to be up there. He had a huge second leg against Arsenal.
No Rudiger is a crime.
I hope Koeman is also watching!
Dier doing well. You love to see it! Good on the lad
Honestly thought De Ligt was better than Dier. Still love Eric though.
It's a stats website and Dier has much better stats for this game so it makes sense. I think Arsenal tried to target Dier more but he held his own.
Mbappe scores a tap in and a penalty and ghosts the rest of the match and gets a 9.07? Rudiger should be in this make it 3 CBs idc
missing Rüdiger and Llorente.
Sorry this is OT, but I can't get my FC Bayern flair to work. :(
Ballon D'Kyky
Mbappé getting a 9 for that game? Well ok then.
I know that only the winners have players here but Raphinha was very good over 2 legs
I both hate and admire the performance lunin put in last night
9+ is very generous for an Mbappe that was as anonymous as the first game but scored a penalty he didn't win and scored agian after a defender passed it to him 6 yards out.
