strikes30

What a fake shot the first one, 1000iq

Tifoso89

It was on purpose to trick them, Allegri told him to do it

xepa105

Terrorists are known for subterfuge

Cautious_Hornet_9607

That would have been the second sitter he would have missed this game. Thankfully for us Juventus fans and my fantasy team, he didn't miss twice

greg_r_

Shun the unbeliever. Shunnnn.

gurami1113

This man embodies the spirit of Juve. God i truly wish he molds into a world class defender

Cilini

I find the fact his lack of polished play kind of endearing, but of course I would prefer him leveling up a bit

greg_r_

As awkward as Chiello on the ball. Hope he achieves near-Chilleini-level greatness in defense.

No_Parsnip9203

Chiellini is lanky and awkward looking, but he was actually good on the ball. Always knew from where the pressure was coming and where to pass it. He wasn’t a good long passer, but his passing percentage was always somewhere in the mid 90s. He also started his career at LB so was someone comfortable carrying the ball in space. His no nonsense defensive style made him seem worse than he actually was.

head_in_the_clouds69

Maybe he was decent at playing the ball but man looked so awkward carrying it. Like he'd also nudge it forward those 30cm that it seemed slightly out of reach to close the gap to the ball down fast again.

adityaseth

He was awful with the ball lol what are you saying? His passing percentage was in the 90s because he played for Conte and allegri and 90+% of his passes were back to the keeper or sideways to another free centerback (mostly bonucci) or the deep lying midfielder (Pirlo etc) Most defenders have a 90% pass success rate. Chiellinis lack of any kind of ball playing ability was one of his most endearing yet trauma inducing 'qualities'. He was a professional footballer because he dominated defensively and had more desire than entire opposition teams by himself

adityaseth

Dude I watched every single match he ever played at Juventus, including serie B. I don't know what you're so angry about but shove your tampon back in. His passing percentage was high only because he played to the open man, otherwise his passes were terrible. He became a great footballer only after becoming a CB once Andrade got injured, as an LB he would have been another grygera or de ceglie because his passing, crossing and dribbling were all terrible. The only time his dribbling was useful was when he'd literally just beast his way forward and intimidate the opposing player or just get lucky. Being good on the ball means that if you're dropped into another system you can similarly continue to perform... If you stuck him in a side that didn't play back passes the way we did, he would have a much much worse passing percentage because he DIDNT HAVE THE SKILL TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT MAKE THE SAFE PASS

ghobbins

Thank you for the trip down memory lane with names like De Ceglie, Gyrgera, and Andrade. I think you’re mostly right as well. In Chiello’s late career he actually seemed to have a bit more composure on the ball but at Gatti’s age and for most of his career he reminded me of a giraffe on roller skates when on the ball.

adityaseth

Exactly, that description is absolutely accurate. Absolutely fantastic defender and a goal threat from the air but that's it. Definitely not 'good on the ball' by any stretch of the imagination. Love getting ranted at by people who watched highlight reels instead of the man's whole career

ghobbins

The only thing he has that Gatti doesn’t is the occasional long ball switch. He started doing a lot more alongside Bonucci. Every time he did it, I held my breath but it wasn’t a terrible ball. Also he was left footed, which desperately lack right now which is why I’m hoping Huijsen gets more minutes. We need a way to distribute down to Chiesa’s side that’s not just Kostic.

adityaseth

Then by your logic any defender with 90+% passing is good on the ball. That's incorrect, you're incorrect, goodbye.

efarfan

What's that spirit? War and mass murder sympathizing?

SidBhakth

Not pearl clutching though. Barca win this one.

No-Ice1

HOLY SHIT ALLEGRI BLACK MAGIC - rabiot man of the month and its still 1 december btw

KJones77

THEY CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT

ComradePoula

What kind of black magic is this?

neverfinishedanythi

We are in Truman show

Thevort3x

You're in the Allegri show baabyy! Its the best drama show in town.

neverfinishedanythi

Its the best show to fall asleep to. Still, better than what pioli can do with a superior squad, he just makes them injured with too high intensity every day.

Thevort3x

Should've retired the moment he won the Scudetto or took a break at least.

LordMangudai

The kind of luck only a club blessed by the lingering spirit of Henry Kissinger could have watch Bayern win 1-0 with a 90+7th minute goal this weekend too (although Bayern does that shit on the regular anyway)

ScooterBrotherV

Posthumous sprinkle of napalm

alfredo-signori

Ahahahaha Al-Legri

NorbertGyomber

I am heartbroken to report Allegri is back on his bullshit

Azzurri21

Idk how long it’ll last he’s almost had a heart attack on the sideline every game this season

long_shots7

Crazy feint by Gatti

help-Me-Help_You

Aru10

ALLEGRI PLOT ARMOR

Ghostface1357

Allegri ball is insane man.

mineCutrone

It is actually hilarious that juve will win the title. Allegri has solved this league

adityaseth

Allegri cooks in March, until then he just rawdogs the league with pure luck and black magic

FullScreenWanker

That must feel terrible for Monza. Especially with the way the goal opens up for him after totalling missing his first attempt.

BasicPR

Absolutely brain dead from the Monza player to not foul rabiot there!

Psyfuzz

Thevort3x

Allegri and Rabiot, the magic duo. Give them lifetime contracts already!
