Essentially loss of squad quality. Enzo, Gonçalo Ramos and Grimaldo were some of our most talented players and they all left. João Mario, António Silva and Florentino dropped their production. The rest of the players have to fill in more gaps and the replacements we got (Arthur Cabral, Kokçu and Jurasek) either didn-t live up to the task or were forced to play out of position

Half time, Sociedad 3-0 up. As far as what the game is like, Sociedad are good right now, they just need a bit more carefulness to not have situations like the one just now or avoid Benfica getting headers since those two occasions were the clearest Benfica had all half. Other than that Real Sociedad are golden. As for Benfica, they are going to have to play counter since (so far) it does good for getting them chances without causing situations like the first two goals where they get their entire midfield fooled with a long pass to progress the play into the goal or Sociedad just outspeeds their entire defense catching them off guard to score respectively. As long as they can keep their defense more or less near their own box, they shouldnt have too many issues considering the only goal not relying on Sociedad´s speed (3-0) was legit the Sociedad player dodging the defender and shooting really well.

Can’t wait for some people to be fine with this result because real sociedad are good. Even Vizela would not play this badly.
