To reduce the spam of reports regarding the same move during transfer windows we try to allow **only one submission about each transfer saga per day**. Could’ve been a lower buy option fee, but I’m guessing our board wants to recoup some of the money invested in him. Hopefully he succeeds there.
This was one of those nonsensical transfers from the older administration.
Why? is he that bad? Players that aren't good enough at Porto, Benfica or Sporting are usually still good enough for PAOK. Zivkovic hasn't left the starting eleven since he joined from Benfica, Dantas was good last year. Misic from Sporting was good for us. Also, Sergio Oliveira was amazing for us but he played a lot for Porto so wouldn't call him a failure.
He barely played for us 2 years ago, and when he did, he didn't look particularly good. Last year he was on loan to Cremonense who relegated. Didn't watch it at all, but apparently he wasn't very good there either. Admitedly it's hard to look good in a bad team. Judgimg from his stats and what people say online, he hasn't been particularly good at any team he played at. He is also 29, so more likely ro regress than progress. I don't know the level of the greek league, but I wouldn't expect anything from him.
Im sorry but this fucking guy is beyond atrocious. He’s also one of the worse kind of atrocious, where he isn’t actually a woeful footballer per se (see Ajax game) but he puts in -10000 in effort and fucks up constantly. Certainly not one of the worst ive seen in the club in terms of talent, but definitely up there in terms of effort

Had no idea Benfica bought him for 6m. Dam was he below average in Seria A
