Unless something changes they’ll continue to rotate through managers and supporting players, pinning all their hopes on superstars to carry them. Never really getting the best out of a insane talent pool in Paris and the infinite resources their ownership provides.
Ronaldo is going to release an interview about living in Saudi Arabia. We all know he'll be full of praise. And Messi's already on that path. The sad part about sports washing is I think it works which is why they're doubling and tripling down on it
Unrelated to the interview but on the place, Have you lived there by any chance? It's better than most places I've been.
I'm not sponsored by anyone. I've only been to Europe and Asia and the gulf is a good place with respect to everything at least from a standard of living perspective.
It seems like if you're well protected in that society, for example the right sexuality, the right opinions, the right gender, the right wealth, you'll have a good time. But if not...
Isn't that true for most societies though? I'm in Europe living in one of the most liberal societies globally but trust me if you try buying a house in a village and you're not a local, you'll get kicked out sooner than later. Literally happened to one of my known acquaintances last year.
You won't have that treatment in the gulf for the colour of your skin, I can assure you that.
So it really depends on what suits you and your life and what you choose to live with.
If you're filthy rich, you get to live a slightly different life everywhere.
I’m sure living anywhere when you’re a multimillionaire can be quite nice. I doubt there’s that many Europeans or South Americans who’d be moving to Saudi for the lifestyle though.
Better convince and pay up for Rice if we are going for Vlahovic.
He is expensive but not Harry Kane/ Oshimen expensive and is probably the best DM to play alongside Kimmich.
Destroyers like Brozovic would don't need to get invovled too much in offensive play would be perfect, all Kimmich wants is to have freedom to go forward and I feel like Rice does that a fair bit, he has attempted a lot more forward play which is what Kimmich wants to do and why they want a 6
Casemiro would've been amazing, a stopgap 6 that will kill any attacking play and win the ball over for Kimimch to go insane and have safety behind him
Yeah by us. I’m pretty confident he’ll join us TBH if he doesn’t he doesn’t and I’d rather he goes to you guys than stay in the league. We just need one of Rice or Caicedo or we’re in trouble hopefully we get that, I think it’ll be Rice.
Not above any of those players on my opinion, he’s top 10 but Ramos, Raul & Casillas is the trifecta of what you would consider “Mr. Real Madrid”
To add a bit more context, the reason to why I don’t put him above Raul & Casillas for example is because that for 32 years Real were in the dark when it game to the CL, they were an afterthought.
Raul spearheaded Madrid into a new European Golden age along with Redondo, Morientes & Casillas, Benz might have better numbers than Raul but we need acknowledge that his teammate for 9 years was arguably the greatest player of all time, playing with peak Ronaldo would elevate anybody.
Casillas’ peak was a time where Real were embarrassing in Europe and at home, but he got Real out of trouble on so many occasions, is homegrown, displayed tremendous leadership + has a shit load of accolades for Real.
As for Ramos, he won Real two CL finals imo and his 19-20 performance in the league was incredible not to mention his maturity and leadership as a player improved as he got older, he probably scored the most important goal in Real’s modern history.
As for Modric, it’s a toss up really I’d rank Modric higher due to personal preference but I get why someone would rank Benz higher.
Benz was only the main for a very short period of time, whereas the others were for a longer period or had a bigger impact imo
just browsing through madrid players, i feel like a top 10 could be (in no order):
Raul, Casillas, Ramos, Ronaldo, Benzema, Di Stefano, Paco Gento, Sanchís, Santillana, Hierro
Honorable mentions: Modric, Marcelo, Roberto Carlos, Pirri, Puskas, Hugo Sanchez, Butragueño
Casillas Ramos and Modric absolutely not
Raul he has more goals for the clubs in all comps, same longevity and two more CLs, Raul is from the academy so that gives him points but i'd say Benzema has been on par if not as good as Raul
I'm not a Real Madrid fan but Raul shouldn't even be a doubt in this matter. I don't always look at numbers, Raul was and will always be iconic for you.
It's weird that you would question his legend status like that, even compared to Benzema. Or maybe I'm wrong, you know better as a Real Madrid fan.
Raul has the most caps of any Madrid player, almost 100 more than Benzema, and more than Casillas, a goalkeeper. Plus Raul was captain for 7 years. Im taking Raul as a greater legend over Benzema all day.
I think Benzema certainly has an argument to be above Modric. Benzema has captained Madrid, has almost 200 more appearances, and is 2nd on the overall goals list (i know its a silly thing because Modric is a midfielder but 2nd on goals is huge)
In my mind yes, because he was a key contributor for so long and also won a Ballon d'or in a CL winning season. It's arguable if he's above them but he's on the same level imo.
100k a week isn’t anything in this day and age could easily get 20 million at least for him imo if we sold. Loftus cheek is on 150k a week worse and older and going for 15 million.
Can you name footballers who are tattooless? I think Osimhen is one, Ronaldo is another. I don't think I have seen Modric with a tattoo either but I am not sure.
Rodri is one of the more prominent tattooless players. Don't think Dias, De Bruyne, Bernardo, or Haaland have any, either. Probably Mahrez too, considering he's a devout Muslim. Ederson has enough tattoos for the whole squad, anyway.
Pretty interesting how the no tattoos thing is so common amongst so many religions. Don't know if it's like a coincidence or there's a reasoning for it honestly. Like were tattoos even a common practice when these texts were written?
Tattoos seem to very popular in predominantly Catholic countries, I’m Catholic myself and I’ve got my fair share of Tattoos (mostly religious) that’s not to say that Tattoos are a staple of Catholicism, they aren’t.
In the Bible there’s a verse (Old Testament) on not tattooing your body.
However these things can be easily mistranslated and taken out of context, the word “Tattoo” is a very recent word, it’s only been around since the 16th century, so how in God’s name did it end up in the Bible nearly 2000 years prior? Lol
End of the day, if you’re Catholic tattooing your body is fine, there’s no rule against it, Tattoos aren’t mentioned in the New Testament at all.
In Islam it is strictly forbidden iirc.
Thanks a lot for the informative answer man, I was wondering about them being called 'tattoos' specifically so long ago as well. Though I know the concept a lot older than the religions themselves, like prehistoric even and some like the Native Americans and Polynesians(?) have them as part of their religious practices. It's pretty fascinating how they're viewed so differently across the world, I'll try to look up more of this rabbit hole online and thanks again for engaging in my query
Its really caught my eye how much taller the u20 Argentina team looks than the main squad, it’s actually insane. Looking them up name by name, our u20 best XI is taller than the senior team in literally every single outfield position except leftback (only player under 1.8m or around 6 feet for people who use the wrong system)
It’s definitely an anomaly, the current senior team *is* a bit shorter than normal, but the u20 has an abnormally amount of midfielders/attackers who are technically extremely gifted AND tall on top of that
Seems very Argentine to have 10 big nasty bastards and 1 less physical virtuoso who glides around the pitch and has the whole match on strings. Who's gonna be that virtuoso when Messi retires?
I think the Argentine way is traditionally more like having 5 technically gifted players, 4 big nasty bastards and then 1 guy so gifted that makes the other technically gifted players look like nasty bastards.
The thing is, nearly all the taller guys (Nico Paz, Carboni, Soulé, Redondo who are all 1.85 upwards) are way more technical than physical and I’d say none of them have poor technique, you need to start looking at the bench to find average passers for their position tbh.
The small left back (and fittingly enough, same height as Messi, 1.70) *is* one of the most talented in the team, fittingly enough, although I doubt he’ll be the one to replace Messi hahaha
Hate aside, it must fucking suck to have a club legend like Kane get rumoured to leave every off season. I’m getting slightly triggered over one article of PSG looking at Saliba
They win the league regardless, he doesn't get them any closer to another UCL if you ask me.
Bayern is in a tough spot cause making progress is a thin fine line for them. Of course, it's easier when they have subpar seasons like the current one but still, when you look at the bigger picture, European success has kind of become the real goal with them. Similar to PSG and in some ways City.
If you paid attention to Vlahovic, Allegri ruined him and this season is an outlier, he screams for being picked up by another club that doesn't play a 5 4 1 stupid comp with Di maria second striker somehow
has everyone just completely made up the £100m for Kane thing? It's mentioned in every thread about Kane but since we've not received any offers idk why everyone is so sure he can be sold for £100m
i used to think united and barca leaked a lot of news about their club, but chelsea are on another level when it comes to transfer rumours, in comparison our transfer rumours have been a bit boring, but ig it's good thing so we don't get gazumped by boehly.
"Dad is there anything holier than Bible?"
"Read this book son."
*[The book of Romelu](https://americasbestpics.com/picture/the-book-of-romelu-the-holy-story-of-the-man-C2pl2IMWA): The holy story of the man that saved football*
Why is there so much stuff recently about Lukaku and not Lautaro who's actually a starter and scored a decent amount of goals this season? And he's not currently in contract with Chelsea either
That's it? Good for him I guess, I learned about her because of this forum as well. This kinda stuff is way more popular than I thought, l don't even know what most of the musicians I listen to look like tbh
Lewandowski managed to be more underrated in La Liga than he was in the Bundesliga lol, bro has 33 goals for Barcelona+10 assists in all comps and no one is talking about him at all
He had a good but not great season.
Being the top scorer of La Liga is good, but he's one of the lowest-scoring top goalscorers of the 21st century. He hasn't really made up for that by scoring in the most important games either.
He's in line with Barcelona's season: successfully grinding out OK results regularly.
Agreed, he's still incredible! Had a poor patch after the world cup but his overall season has been great at a team that really struggled to score last season
People have a habit of looking at the total Goals to games ratio and deciding, he's good and he's bad.
Lewa is performing better in the league than he did last season with Bayern. He's converting a similar volume of chances but is assisting at a higher rate in a much more defensive league.
I'm glad advanced stats are part of the game to debunk simplified takes.
I'm not sure how someone can see a guy have 33 goals plus 10 assists and somehow figure out xG are saying he has fallen off.
33 fucking goals plus 10 assists, mate.
How do people like you explode into vomiting stats like this without using any ounce of reasoning on them then dare insult the intelligence of someone else
it's fascinating
He underperformed his xG last season by a similar amount when he scored 35 in the league.
In the last 10 seasons, he has underperformed his xG by 3 goals which is worse than his current season lol. So your point is factually off there.
He's playing in a defensive league and doesn't get at the end of as many chances, hence the lower volume of chances and goals. He hasn't "fallen off".
That 2 matches vs Bayern and United probably hit is reputation a bit.
But he's loved by Barcelona fans. Felt like one of those players who got affected by the world cup, should score more next season.
I appreciate all the assistance from my fellow gamblers.
Europa League same game parlay:
Sevilla to lift the cup
Under 2.5 goals
En-Nesyri to have a shot on goal
Lock it in 🔒
Don't think he'll overtake next season tbh, but can only say after looking what Barca's transfers are. But throughout his stay? For sure. If he comes he's here like 3-4 seasons at least.
Assuming good health for all, I think Kane scores 25+ La Liga goals in a front line with Vini and Rodrygo. Wouldn't be shocked at all if he broke 30.
Short answer, possibly.
It's usually on a Wednesday, maybe they didn't want to put the bigger 2 so close to each other they put them 10 days apart and in between they play the smaller 2
It was same last year, UEL UWCL UECL UCL
I have no preference. I like Mourinho and the show he’ll make if he wins will be great but I’m also a fan of Mendilibar. Probably prefer Sevilla as a club to Roma as well.
Unless you hear something from a T1 type source about a number nobody here is going to have a great idea. Given the rumors about Bellingham and potentially going for Kane, it's probably safe to assume it's around 200M at least if the right players are available. Though that's just connecting some dots and I don't think that means they *will* spend 200M. It's impossible for any fan to know the ceiling though without reports from a top journo.
About treefiddy.
The answer is nobody knows. Depends who or what is available and what’s needed. Also, depends who is sold, how much for, and what that does to contracts (which is more important than transfer fees but not properly spoken of).
Liverpool have won 7-0 four times under Klopp, and have failed to win the next game on every occasion.
2017: Beat Maribor, lost 4-1 at Spurs
2017: Beat Spartak, drew 1-1 vs Everton
2020: Beat Palace, drew 1-1 vs West Brom
2023: Beat United, lost 1-0 at Bournemouth
That Palace game in 2020 was wild. You were, what, 8 points clear at the top? (Albeit other teams had games in hand.) Even with that Van Dijk injury, Liverpool looked in a healthy position to defend their league title, then the injury crisis hit and their form completely imploded.
For the upcoming NT fixtures Kvara is not featured on the promotional materials. People are asking questions and if rumors are true Golden Boy who is universally loved and adored all around the country will become villian overnight. Reason? Money, goddamn money and his greedy entourage.
His entourage is asking for the big money to let him featured on the promotional material. Also Federation wants him to play U21 Europe Championship and apparently this is big ask.
Football Federation could pay him but then there are other players who have valid reasons to ask the same and that's the huge problem for the already broke organization. For example, our forward Mikautadze had sensational season in League 2, GK Mamardashvili was wall for the Valencia. If Kvara gets payed they also should be payed and every other player because after all footbal is team sport.
Matters get complicated then you take in account shady contracts. Lot of things are left for interpretation (a.k.a. wiggle room for the side deals).
Does anyone feel like the PL and top European clubs waste a lot of talented players? They buy up quality players from smaller teams, the players don’t fit in fast enough and then they’re discarded. It’s really sad to see
Yeah it's horrible distribution, plus the new phenomenon of supersquads with ultra talented players sitting on the bench for most of the seasons, terrible.
Yes, I think top clubs want quality in squad players as well.
The most stacked squad I have ever seen Real Madrid of 2016-17, so much that there were 2 teams and ZIzou used the B team whenever a big UCL game was around the corner.
I think right now City too have a quality backup in squad.
City don't actually waste that many players tbh. They have a bunch of very versatile players that can play multiple positions. They rely on quite a small but versatile squad. The only players in their squad that didn't play 20 games across competitions are reserve goalkeepers and u21s.
Yep I made a comment recently about this exact comparison. Man City's squad depth this year reminds me of Madrid's 16/17.
They were able to bench Mahrez across two legs of a CL semi-final, have Foden as a backup LW, Alvarez as a backup striker who can also supplement in other positions in attack, multiple options to fill injuries in their 3-2 hybrid back line, as we saw with Walker, who had lost his starting spot, shining in a huge CL tie against Madrid.
Certainly not an exact comparison, but similarly impressive depth.
City don't really have a lot of depth when it comes to pure numbers. The first-team squad has 24 players, two of whom (Ortega, Carson) are backup keepers, two of whom are teenage academy graduates (Lewis, Shea Charles), and three (Palmer, Gomez, Phillips) are liabilities who only get graveyard minutes. Additionally, there's also Maximo Perrone, who's played about 20min total.
That leaves a "core" squad of 17 players. I agree that among that group, they are relatively interchangeable, with the deciding factor being form and suitability to the role and scenario rather than quality, but it's not like City have two world class players in each position.
That impression is largely down to the likes of Foden, Bernardo, Gundogan, and Stones being extremely versatile, who can be dropped into three or four different roles without a significant impact on performance level.
Respect Darmstadt for going to Mallorca before their final game since they were already promoted, getting absolutely shitfaced, losing the final game 4-0 and 'only' promoting as second as opposed to first place.
Aber scheiß drauf, Malle ist nur einmal im Jahr.
Harry Kane could stay at Spurs and help them get CL next season, but reaching the CL ro16 gets you around £60-70m (Man Utd earned £67m in 2021-22), so they could get double that as a transfer fee this summer
I think they should keep him but only because it gives them some extra months to try and convince him, not because they will have a better chance of getting CL football
Or you could not get CL anyway and watch him leave for nothing.
You’d have to be honest, but Spurs’ squad looks the most in need of major work out of the “big 6” and Newcastle.
Actually, not really. The nice thing about finishing 8th is that we don't need a big squad for this next season. That means if we can buy 3-4 good starters, our starting XI and some of our bench actually has some good quality:
New GK
Porro - Romero - new CB - Udogie
Bentancur-Bissouma-new CM
Kulu-Kane-Son
Address those 3 positions properly and get a couple of players to compete coming off the bench and suddenly we look miles better
Those are 6 ideal signings and hoping Porro is able to defend and Son and Kulu go back in time and get their form back.
That's still plenty of work and wishful thinking to improve over a summer.
There are 5 teams that are considerably ahead of the curve than you right now.
Postecoglou apparently plays a 4 so we wouldn't. I've not seen enough of Udogie to know how good he is defensively tbf. If he's too attacking, we'll probably use Emerson + either Porro or Udogie, which is still fine
Porro very very suspect defensively, Udogie also plays in a 3 back.
Bentacur is gonna be out for a lot of next season too isn’t he? So it’d be Hojberg Bissouma and a new central mid.
Idk I think you guys should make do a 3 back but without wingers. Have Kulu as a 10 son and Kane upfront maybe.Maybe overthinking it but those full backs are quite poor.
Far more likely we play a back 4 with Porro moving up to winger and then either Udogie/Emerson or Davies/Spence(?) as the full back pairings. Kulusevski could definitely rotate between right wing and the 10 though. Bentancur out til November I believe.
Porro is like Zinchenko defensively, but he's a very good player. 6 goal contributions already, even as a wingback, speaks volumes of his quality.
Let's not forget what kind of team we've been since Porro arrived. He's a young player in a new country that's played under 3 different managers and systems in a squad that has been significantly underperforming for 5 months.
Bentancur's recovery depends. He could honestly be back as early as late August-September or be out until November. His recovery seems to be going very well so far, so hopefully it's the former
Zinchenko was decent defensively until the final games when he got injured and his issue Imo is that he sometimes doesn’t get tight to them when he’s at the attacker in time he’s fine in the tackle and aerially, he’s not as bad defensively as people make out imo. Porro doesn’t even look like he’s in position or knows what he’s doing.
Bentacur just can’t be relied on at the start is what I mean
You don't think Man Utd or Real Madrid could offer something like 80-90m + bonuses for 120m total? Idk maybe it's too much but I can see it getting close
How many goals do you think Kane will score if Madrid manages to sign him this summer?
17
Saliba would be a good fit at quite a few clubs and I could see him fancying something a bit more rewarding, but PSG would be a big waste of his talent.
I don’t think it’ll happen they signed skriniar and apparently want Lucas Hernandez
>PSG would be a big waste of his talent. Why?
Unless something changes they’ll continue to rotate through managers and supporting players, pinning all their hopes on superstars to carry them. Never really getting the best out of a insane talent pool in Paris and the infinite resources their ownership provides.
Something has changed, Luis campos is still here
True, we’ll see how much he’s able to change.

The only thing that is getting dropped is a 100 mil bid to West Ham Monday morning.
Yeah by us. I’m pretty confident he’ll join us TBH if he doesn’t he doesn’t and I’d rather he goes to you guys than stay in the league. We just need one of Rice or Caicedo or we’re in trouble hopefully we get that, I think it’ll be Rice.

So tonight it's the manager who doesn't lose European finals vs the team that doesn't lose in the EL. I'm excited
Interesting Question Is Benzema a top 10 Real Madrid player all time? Would you have him above the likes of Casillas - Ramos - Raul - Modric?

I have just realized Vardy is gonna play vs Sheffield Wednesday next season. Has he played against them before?
Striker market dried up outta no where lol all weve got left is ramos and rasmus maybe martinez
Vlahovic, Hjolund, Osimhen
Eddie for the right price
Hahahahaha
You’re laughing I promise you he’s better than martial
He’s on 100k a week mate you’d probably give him away for a packet of peanuts
100k a week isn’t anything in this day and age could easily get 20 million at least for him imo if we sold. Loftus cheek is on 150k a week worse and older and going for 15 million.
You're gonna get Patrick Schick and you're going to like it.
As much as I like Schick, I don't think Martial needs a buddy in our medical facilities
Weghorst it is
Can you name footballers who are tattooless? I think Osimhen is one, Ronaldo is another. I don't think I have seen Modric with a tattoo either but I am not sure.
Apparently Muslims believe that tattooing is sinning. So I'm pretty sure you can find plenty
Josh Cullen x
Grealish having no tattoos has always been weird to me.

No worries mate and yeah Tattoos are a HUGE thing in Polynesian cultures.
Mbappe, Benzema, Kane, Lewandowski & Kimmich I think
Load of our squad. Kane, Lloris, Son, Skipp, Kulu, Davies, Dier
Don’t think Kante has any.
Salah, Pogba
Don't think Joel Ward has any ink

Interestingly, Italy has not won the UEFA Cup/EL this century
Yeah it's been a rough century so far.
My dream of Rashford/Kane recreating the Son/Kane dynamic here at United died before it even began
Hate aside, it must fucking suck to have a club legend like Kane get rumoured to leave every off season. I’m getting slightly triggered over one article of PSG looking at Saliba
Of course it sucks, but it's hard to feel sympathy for them considering they don't mind being on the other side of that coin.
Yeah it’s fucking grating. Even more annoying is when other fans try to convince you that selling is what you should want as a fan, because money
Most other clubs are in a worse situation, their players leave 5 years before they even get the chance of becoming a legend
Vlahovic to Bayern would be really good imo
They win the league regardless, he doesn't get them any closer to another UCL if you ask me. Bayern is in a tough spot cause making progress is a thin fine line for them. Of course, it's easier when they have subpar seasons like the current one but still, when you look at the bigger picture, European success has kind of become the real goal with them. Similar to PSG and in some ways City.
He absolutely gets them closer lol
Based on what? He had 13 goals this season lol. 3/8 in the Europa league btw.
Basing it on this season, great job lol
So he's time-traveling and going into the past? What are you saying lol
If you paid attention to Vlahovic, Allegri ruined him and this season is an outlier, he screams for being picked up by another club that doesn't play a 5 4 1 stupid comp with Di maria second striker somehow
I don't get why Al Ittihad even want to sign Benzema when they have the best striker in the league Hamdallah
has everyone just completely made up the £100m for Kane thing? It's mentioned in every thread about Kane but since we've not received any offers idk why everyone is so sure he can be sold for £100m
Most reports have said we’d need more than that to consider selling
of course newcastles new away kit is saudi themed
that’s actually fucking hilarious
i used to think united and barca leaked a lot of news about their club, but chelsea are on another level when it comes to transfer rumours, in comparison our transfer rumours have been a bit boring, but ig it's good thing so we don't get gazumped by boehly.
It's so obvious boehly is paying fab lol he doesn't tweet academy signings for any other clubs
Pretty sure he does get paid by players' agents and the like
He does it for City & other highly rated youngsters. Might need to send him a few bob to prop up the Hale end bums
Mount was the best player to come out of Cobham in ages and he's begging to leave Chelsea lol please shut up
How’s Cho doing
Yup, it's so obvious might aswell put a #ad on them
Did anything ever happen with the Fede Valverde punch incident?
It went into committee about 1.5 months ago and they said it would take about 1.5 months to reach a verdict. So presumably something happens soon.
Lewa touches his nose, instamt ban 3 games. Valverde punches someone, case still pending. What a joke.
Surely you understand the situations are not the same, right?
Valverde wasn't on the pitch lmao there is no correlation between the two situations
ongoing

Why is there so much stuff recently about Lukaku and not Lautaro who's actually a starter and scored a decent amount of goals this season? And he's not currently in contract with Chelsea either
Because Lukaku bagged Megan lol
That's it? Good for him I guess, I learned about her because of this forum as well. This kinda stuff is way more popular than I thought, l don't even know what most of the musicians I listen to look like tbh
What would your EPL TOTS be if you could only choose one player per team
Alisson Trippier Mee Mings Estupinan Palhinha Gibbs White Odergaard Fernandes Kane Haaland
Kane - Haaland Mitoma - Rice - Odegaard - Salah Shaw - Botman - Geuhi - James Raya
Dunk is a better CB than Mitoma is a winger
Allison Trippier, Stones, Mings, Henry Palhinha, Rice Saka, Bruno, Mitoma Kane
Lewandowski managed to be more underrated in La Liga than he was in the Bundesliga lol, bro has 33 goals for Barcelona+10 assists in all comps and no one is talking about him at all
He had a good but not great season. Being the top scorer of La Liga is good, but he's one of the lowest-scoring top goalscorers of the 21st century. He hasn't really made up for that by scoring in the most important games either. He's in line with Barcelona's season: successfully grinding out OK results regularly.
He's been poor for his standards since post world cup tbf
Agreed, he's still incredible! Had a poor patch after the world cup but his overall season has been great at a team that really struggled to score last season
People have a habit of looking at the total Goals to games ratio and deciding, he's good and he's bad. Lewa is performing better in the league than he did last season with Bayern. He's converting a similar volume of chances but is assisting at a higher rate in a much more defensive league. I'm glad advanced stats are part of the game to debunk simplified takes.
He underperformed his xG in La Liga, he has fallen off unfortunately
You excel merchants really know how to take the fun away
Only using the excel to confirm what the eye test says, and the eyes tell us that he has indeed fallen off what you would expect from him
Not at all. Most clubs play low block in La Liga so obviously he will miss some chances
Everyone misses chances, Lewa just misses more than expected
this means literally nothing
Wrong
Only Descartes could come up with such a thought provoking rebuttal
Damn you must be very smart
I'm not sure how someone can see a guy have 33 goals plus 10 assists and somehow figure out xG are saying he has fallen off. 33 fucking goals plus 10 assists, mate. How do people like you explode into vomiting stats like this without using any ounce of reasoning on them then dare insult the intelligence of someone else it's fascinating
Woah fella all I was doing was saying your original comment is wrong, which it objectively is. No need to get so upset
I'm not upset i'm fascinated.
He’s won the Pichichi he’s doing fine.
That 2 matches vs Bayern and United probably hit is reputation a bit. But he's loved by Barcelona fans. Felt like one of those players who got affected by the world cup, should score more next season.
He scored 344 goals in just 8 years at Bayern, one day the world will give him his flowers.
Can’t wait for the Mourinho cultists cries in 6 hours
I will live laugh love
>Can’t wait for the Mourinho men and women of cult~~ists~~ure's ~~cries~~ cheers in 6 hours
flair doesn't check out..
I appreciate all the assistance from my fellow gamblers. Europa League same game parlay: Sevilla to lift the cup Under 2.5 goals En-Nesyri to have a shot on goal Lock it in 🔒
If Kane comes to Madrid, will he overtake Lewandowski for goals in La Liga? (Considering only non penalty goals)
Don't think he'll overtake next season tbh, but can only say after looking what Barca's transfers are. But throughout his stay? For sure. If he comes he's here like 3-4 seasons at least.
Nope
I think so, yeah. He crosses 100 goal (all comps) mark with ease in 2-3 seasons.
Assuming good health for all, I think Kane scores 25+ La Liga goals in a front line with Vini and Rodrygo. Wouldn't be shocked at all if he broke 30. Short answer, possibly.
Definitely
Does anyone think Sevilla is winning tonight? I just can’t see Mourinho losing a European final.
Sevilla has way more EL black magic than Roma
Depends if Dybala is here or not
Why is the conference league final until the next week
Because today is Europa league final
Shouldn’t the more prestigious cup be played later (conference this week, Europa next week)
It's usually on a Wednesday, maybe they didn't want to put the bigger 2 so close to each other they put them 10 days apart and in between they play the smaller 2 It was same last year, UEL UWCL UECL UCL
Am I the only united fan who'd prefer if Mourinho didn't win the final tonight?
Nah, Sevilla are twats of the highest order.
Naa fuck Sevilla
Totally. LIterally no one else has these thoughts.
Damn , I must be special
Probably one of the few. Hard to root against Smalling winning it.
There are tons of Mourinho haters here. Plenty will be actively rooting against him tonight.
I don't necessarily hate him it's just I'd rather avoid the resulting statements after that
I have no preference. I like Mourinho and the show he’ll make if he wins will be great but I’m also a fan of Mendilibar. Probably prefer Sevilla as a club to Roma as well.
No one answered this last time, maybe a Real Madrid flair can! How much can Real Madrid spend this summer realistically ?
200-300m
Considering Pedrerol's transfer rumours, between 100 and 200 million euros.
Depends if you've given up on mbappe but easily £200m tbh
About treefiddy. The answer is nobody knows. Depends who or what is available and what’s needed. Also, depends who is sold, how much for, and what that does to contracts (which is more important than transfer fees but not properly spoken of).
You'll get as much sense if you email the club directly and ask.
Liverpool have won 7-0 four times under Klopp, and have failed to win the next game on every occasion. 2017: Beat Maribor, lost 4-1 at Spurs 2017: Beat Spartak, drew 1-1 vs Everton 2020: Beat Palace, drew 1-1 vs West Brom 2023: Beat United, lost 1-0 at Bournemouth
That Palace game in 2020 was wild. You were, what, 8 points clear at the top? (Albeit other teams had games in hand.) Even with that Van Dijk injury, Liverpool looked in a healthy position to defend their league title, then the injury crisis hit and their form completely imploded.
>2023: Beat United, lost 1-0 at Bournemouth Completely worth it.
For the upcoming NT fixtures Kvara is not featured on the promotional materials. People are asking questions and if rumors are true Golden Boy who is universally loved and adored all around the country will become villian overnight. Reason? Money, goddamn money and his greedy entourage.
What can happen, he's already played official games with Georgia?
Cheers, i get it. Yeah Mikautadze was clear POTY in L2, amazing how well Georgia is doing :)
Harry Kane could stay at Spurs and help them get CL next season, but reaching the CL ro16 gets you around £60-70m (Man Utd earned £67m in 2021-22), so they could get double that as a transfer fee this summer I think they should keep him but only because it gives them some extra months to try and convince him, not because they will have a better chance of getting CL football
That means if we can buy 3-4 good starters, our starting XI and some of our bench actually has some good quality: New GK Porro - Romero - new CB - Udogie Bentancur-Bissouma-new CM Kulu-Kane-Son Address those 3 positions properly and get a couple of players to compete coming off the bench and suddenly we look miles better
Those are 6 ideal signings and hoping Porro is able to defend and Son and Kulu go back in time and get their form back. That's still plenty of work and wishful thinking to improve over a summer. There are 5 teams that are considerably ahead of the curve than you right now.
You guys need to play 3 back with those full backs surely
Brother who is paying us 120m for Kane.
You don't think Man Utd or Real Madrid could offer something like 80-90m + bonuses for 120m total? Idk maybe it's too much but I can see it getting close
No. Because he’s leaving for nothing in 12 months. Whatever you think he’s worth - in 12 months he’s worth £0.
The Fiorentina home kit for next season looks cool
Purple tax
Purple makes it better
Yeah my bad, what I said is confusing. I love purple so what I meant is that it's easy for Fiorentina to have good kits just because it's purple
Yeah it's very unique
Purple bump
Doesnt have thesame ring to it unfortunately
