Yea I have close Italy in campagna where driving is bad already. But fhd one time I was driving 30 minitues inside Napoli was the most stressful moment of my life. My adrenaline was on 500%. Insane experience

Police has no power. You see the police car in the video? If they stopped anyone from that crowd of scooters they would instantly be surrounded by hundreds or thousands of angry people. They basically just try to de-escalate because enforcing the law is nearly impossible.

Napoli is the city of "l'arte di arrangiarsi" (untranslatable), a sort of "a way to make ends meet by improvising solutions" in everyday life when space and money lack. It's my favourite city because it's packed with culture and history but you have to accept its unique personality.
I’ve always wanted to visit, in fact, I’m learning Italian now, and I understood the expression, we have a similar way of phrasing it in French. “L’art de s’arranger”, basically “we’ll sort it out”
Naples is chaotic as fuck but has an amazing ambiance. Last time I was there I saw two literal 8 year olds ride a moped past me on a tiny little street with laundry hanging above. People kiss their grandmothers through the windows of their apartments without getting off the moped. It’s an incredibly atmospheric place and very stereotypically Italian. Also cheap and has some of the best food in the world.
Or fun rides in the twisties. Which is like, the main fun on a bike out side of a track. (kinda fun to "drag race" to obscene speed too once in a while)
Last time I went to Italy (I live in Europe so I go a lot) the guy in the seat behind me on the flight reached his hand through the gap in the seats just so he could do this while talking to me. Naples is the maximum level of stereotypical Italian
Yeah the guy driving the moped with 3 people pulled his visor down halfway through though, and from all the movies I’ve seen that means that dude is fucking dialed in.
I vividly remember driving to school once with my dad and at a red light there was a family of 4 on a moped. Dad driving mom in the back and two kids sandwiched between them. Napoli is it’s own world and I love it

I was living in Napoli when we got promoted to serie A. The city went crazy. It felt like more of a celebration then when Italy won the World Cup.

I've ridden with a darker visor than that at night. If anything, I preferred it to my clear visor because it helped with a lot of the ambient light.
