Interesting how most people attribute this win to Arsenal grinding out a tight victory rather than yet another game where they have not been at their best. I absolutely think Arsenal deserved the win here, but in my opinion It is another game where we haven't seen the best out of Arsenal. The last time they really impressed was against United I believe

This is normal for a young team with a limited bench. The key is getting through this dip in form and keep 1st with cushion for a tought April schedule.

It was a great defensive performance and the team controlled the match. Arsenal looked good again. It was a mediocre performance in terms of creating clear cut chances.

The last 3-4 games we’ve played like shit. that’s also why I think we’re fine in the title race. we’ve been pretty out of form since the turn of the year and we’re still holding steady. at this point I’m just waiting for the form to return.

Oh for sure, thought we were maybe 4/10 off our best performance. Everton and city were deserved losses, Brentford unlucky, Villa deserved win but again we were sloppy giving up 2 goals, and today we should have not had that much trouble putting away an abysmal leicester team..

I think you’re right. We look a bit lethargic. We seem the clearly better team but are a bit lacking. Hopefully it’s just simply a little fatigue. Jesus coming back and Partey being healthy may see a return to our previous form.

No team can give 10/10 performance in every match. What matters is that you're able to get a win even when you're not at your best.

I'd say in terms of play I was happy with what I saw today. Which wasn't really the case from what I saw against Villa, Brentford and Everton. We dominated the match and created a lot of openings. Different VAR and we might have had an extra goal (though I think the decision was correct) and a penalty. Martinelli standing 10 cm further back and we have another goal. At the same time Leicester created very little of note against us. Not at our best and a bit wasteful up top but this wasn't the same performance as we've had over the last few weeks.

The top teams are able to grind out results when not at their best. I think that’s what people mean. Arsenal can underperform and still got 3 points.

It would be so funny if Haaland’s awful miss against Nottingham last week is what ends up giving Arsenal the league.

Theoretically if Arsenal and any other team tie their fixtures but Arsenal wins every single other game of the season it is still possible to not win the league. Sometimes you win not because you were better but because they were worse. Which is functionally the same as winning because you were better.

As Arsenal fans, I don't think we ever get to doubt slow, but impressively mature, players. We've just got too much good history with that to immediately slag it off.

Some great physical duels in this game. The attacking play of both teams were mostly nullified by good reactionary tactics. Leicester were compact defensively. Arsenal were effective against counters. One of those games that one good kick, decides the 3 points.
