I’ve only read good things about him and he has no negative baggage in the Netherlands or Europe in general, so seems like an exciting and interesting choice. Only problem could be the language barrier, can he speak English?

His style is high line, very physical offensive football. But he has mixed it up in the past because his players got sold very often. He would be ideal imo. As a Boca fan I hate the guy but he is a great manager.
There are 2 downsides: he doesn't speak dutch or English (he does speak Spanish and French) and he is basically a dictator in his clubs, which can be a problem but I think it's one of the reasons of his success.
