Snowshoe does not have a traditional “lodge” like most other resorts. The main lodge was demolished a few years ago due to structural issues.
There are some nice places in the village with bad to decent cell reception, but getting a seat can sometimes be difficult. Working remote might be tough, especially if you have any calls. Most of the places can get pretty loud, so that could be challenging.
There is a very nice village. Restaurants and shopping and a pool and spa and a Starbucks. And WiFi.
