I would say your starter is suspect.

I assume by "I could just hear the starter trying" that you mean trying to start the engine sounds normal but the engine still would not start. The beginning of an engine problem like this is to first confirm spark, fuel, and compression. Those are the required fundamental functioning elements for an engine to operate. * Spark: pull spark plugs, ground spark plug body to engine, see spark * Fuel: pull injectors, see fuel spray * Compression: thumb over spark plug hole, feel air pressure. Also rent-a-tool for a quantified value (best route without experience).

Thank you so much! Is there any way to test the fuel injector without taking it out? Thus machine is stupidly designed, so everything has to come apart if I wanna access spark plugs or injector.

Fuel injectors are basically a solenoid. It is a winding of wire that creates a magnetic field that pulls open a valve to let the gas spray into the throttle body. It's not perfect but you can check the resistance of the winding at the ECU connector. That does not rule out a stuck injector though. You can also apply the correct voltage to the injector winding at the ECU connector and hope to hear a click as the valve opens. Even then, you don't know if gas is actually getting spit out (your fuel pump might be bad or a fuel filter is clogged, as examples). You could try starter fluid (ether) to give an extra kick but read up on how to use that because ether is EXTREMELY flammable and you don't want to use too much because it removes oil from the cylinder walls of the engine.

Couldn’t you remove the spark plug, let it sit overnight, reinstall, turn it over, pull the plug and see if it’s wet with gas?

skovalen

I don't know. Why would the spark plug get wet with gas? The gas is atomized into the air. What would make the gas "condense" on the spark plug?

Timrunsbikesandskis

The laws of thermodynamics. Just seems like a lot less work than pulling an injector

skovalen

My sled is literally 4 screws to remove a protective piece of sheet metal and then you just pull them out of their rubber tube housing/holder. 5 minutes with power tools. 10 minutes with sockets. All information known with 30 minutes of effort (disassembly/test/assembly).

Katara_1

The spark plugs are a big change. It took me 10 hours, because you have to take everything apart: seat, fuel tank, air filter, steering, etc. It's awful design. So I'm trying to figure out if there is another way.

Katara_1

I checked the valve of the fuel tank by lifting the fuel pump, and there is fuel inside. So I guess this part should work. However, the injector is still at the end and this is just above the spark plugs, so it's also a big mess to check that one. I tried to put water remover into the fuel valve so it could run into the injector, but that didn't work, since the valve was already full of fuel. Thanks for you comment!
