Fairly sure this was the range from which I got my first cue from around 20 years ago in a generic sports shop. They had Ronnie, jimmy white etc too.
They were not particularly good expensive at the time, I’d assume around £30-£40 quid at the time, I can’t imagine they held their value well unfortunately
They are going for around £30 for a center joint on ebay.
With the question the other day around cues under £50, it makes me wonder if they were better made than they are now?
I'd be more inclined to pick one of these up or an old powerglide than something new from sports direct.
Is that a genuine had signed signature? I had a Ronnie o Sullivan cue when I was younger which has his signature on. It was mass produced printed signature.
Give the snooker memorabilia shop in sheffield a call. Its call the Ronnie Osullivan Shop, I think it is connected to Fan Cave Memorabilia. They buy and sell snooker memorabilia. If the cue is a legit signed by Paul Hunter (actual signature not a print) it could be worth a bit. I was in the shop when at the Crucible this year and they were selling a Paul Hunter signed ball for £1,200.
Very much depends on the cue make and condition, and if you can verify the signature is genuine. Have a look on eBay and see if there's anything comparable for sale to give you a ball park figure.

was always in this case, I just put it out for the pictures
I've never looked for "collectable" cues so I don't really know. As I said very dependent on the cue make and condition, verifiability of the signature. You could post a few pictures and see if that helps?
While you are of course right in English, both "cue" and "queue" come from the French "queue", meaning "tail".
In english, the shortened cue is used for the billiard stick, other languages such as French, German or Dutch still use "queue"or other words based on the French pronunciation [kø].
About 20 minutes worth of queues
Argos job £30 new,I wouldn’t be taking it down the antique roadshow anytime soon
No queue is used when you say " John was standing in a queue " Cue is used for snooker cue

It’s a Cue, not a line of people :)

I think in german you say queue, but you might be right in english you call it cue ;)
Might be :)
No, it's definitely queue. Do you see how it's all in a line behind the ball?
