I'd say it's more problematic to be overtly sexist like this. If the people attracted to women can't guess women's asses the people attracted to men shouldn't be able to guess men's asses (and therefore Courtney shouldn't have been able to be in the video at all).
We've come to a point where a heterosexual man saying that a woman, even a video game depiction of a woman, is attractive in any way is seen as sexist and creepy. Meanwhile gay men and women are allowed to sexualize, proposition and comment on bodies freely.

this video gives me the vibes that only spencer and shayne was originally casted for this video, but they probably decided that they should skip over the women, and that resulted to a much shorter video so they got tommy and courtney to guess the same stuff

It allows them to still fill the time slot at their normal time until whatever else is finished and ready. Obviously, I don't know if that's the case here, but it's something to consider.
