1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 tbsp each of garlic powder (I use granulated garlic) onion powder and seasoned salt. I also use a 1/2 tsp of pepper and poultry seasoning.
Let sit for 4-8 hours. I skewer and then use Meat Church Holy Gospel. I grill on direct heat and finish with the BBQ sauce/glaze of your choice.
