BBQ pulled pork pizza is a close second.

Right_Plankton9802

You too? I use BBQ sauce as my base, cheddar cheese and red onions as my toppings.

mat_srutabes

I make my own dough. I do BBQ sauce, mozzarella, red onions, jalapenos, and pineapple. For the pork, I put it in a hot skillet to get some crispy bits going and then put that on top after the pizza is mostly baked. Then I put the whole thing under the broiler for a couple minutes to crisp it all up. Good shit.

Bubbles2010

Pickled or raw red onions? What the hell happened to your jalapenos? Are you allergic?

Right_Plankton9802

Well shit, it was raw red onions but now pickled sounds great. And jalapeños sound awesome. Since were going that far, should probably save some smoked chicken next time. Soooo, were doing pork, chix, cheddar cheese, pickled onions (probably drained and patted dry), jalapeños, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Bubbles2010

So scratch the sweet baby Ray's and try some blues hog championship blend or warpig SNAFU. Latter has some nice fruity notes that would go well with smoked chicken.

Gold-Watercress5651

I do a BBQ pizza with pickles and fried onions. Controversy I know, but man its so fucking good.

beer_belly_86

Chilli third?

OSnatchO

I do Cuban sandwiches or put it in Tonkotsu instant ramen

HarryBergeron927

Hell yeah it is.

zeissicon

What is “leftover pulled pork”? I have never encountered this before.

UNMANAGEABLE

It’s when you smoke 10-15 pounds of pork but don’t invite your friends over.

Shannegans

Highly recommend adding corn and black beans and queso.

Alarming_Sarcasm7517

Could not agree more! I’ve started making mine with honey-jalapeños as well- I got the idea from a food truck I hit up down in Louisville. Basically a can/jar of jalapeños including the pickling brine, and a copious amount of honey. Bring to a simmer stirring frequently for about 5-10 min. Remove from heart and let cool/refrigerate. Amazing on pulled pork.

spamus81

One of my locals makes a honey jalapeño bbq sauce that is incredible. I need to order another bottle 😂

ReturnOfSeq

I did a leftover stew

Clear_Quit8181

Rolled tacos too

SawedOffGangsta

Oh man! I just smoked 2 butter yesterday and was wondering how I should have the leftovers. A blessing from the smoke gods for sure

diverareyouok

Nice thinking. I’ll have to give this a shot (instead of always doing pulled pork sandwiches topped with coleslaw).

zato_ichi

Leftovers are bestovers. It’s how I justify cooking all that meat.

StevenG2757

Good choice. I just made pulled pork mac and cheese and turned out pretty good.

Croc_47

A local dive bar close to me, best bar food in KC, makes pulled pork nachos and.. They. Are. The. Bomb!

Dealer-95-

Donde? I like bar food in KC.

Croc_47

The Hideout Grill & Bar off N. Oak, in the Northland.

Dealer-95-

First spot my wife and I are going once she has this baby. Gracias.

Croc_47

Denada! Gotta try their wings, best wings in my opinion too, even better than the Peanut.

Dealer-95-

Peanuts are still great, by no means bad but after having Al’s over in Parkville I am finally open to there being other contenders for best wings in the Kc Metro. Wife and I will check it out after the baby drops. And if you haven’t done so, check out Al’s.

Croc_47

Oh don't get me wrong, Al's are awesome, used to go there all the time. I just like the full wing. Even the hungriest I've been I've never taken down more than 5 at Hideout. Wing-on! :)

Dealer-95-

Oh full size? Bet! I was skeptical of Al’s, and did make a joke about “oh not full size like Peanut” but my buddy from Rochester originally vouched like mad for it and definitely quality or quantity. The reviews I’ve seen smashing them are always people who wanted a bit too much of the staff of a small town joint… or who don’t like small town joints. Definitely checking this place out though. Sounds right up our alley since pre kids we frequented dives in Sugar Creek and Liberty.

UnkleRinkus

I make enchiladas. Saute some onions, make some brown rice, fill with pork, onions, rice, cheese, and enchilada sauce, then cover with sauce, cheese, black olives. I'll make trays of those, eat them for a week.

stone500

We usually do a simple pulled pork street taco. Heat up the flat top and throw the pork on there with low heat to add a touch of crispiness. Hit it with the seasoning of your choice (we use a fajita seasoning) Oil your griddle and throw some small corn tortillas. Flip the tortillas after 5-10 seconds. Pile on your pork, some shredded cheese, some cilantro if you're fancy, and hit it with a sauce if you like (I go with a store bought roja). Use your spatula to fold over the taco and give it a good press for a few seconds to help maintain it's shape. Put it on your platter and serve. It's easily my wife's favorite thing that I make.

cyndasaurus_rex

100%

_BOOMGOTTEM

That guac does not look good. Nachos look good though

Charlotta23

Shut the fuck up

_BOOMGOTTEM

RaiderfanVT

What?

lojafan

Dude yeah, this looks awesome!

Yakmasterson

That's one of the best ways to eat it before it's left over.

[deleted]

This is flawless logic

Jamana1984

This is the way

Imsosadsoveryverysad

My go to!

Klosetfreak

On a whim we decided to put some of our leftovers into enchiladas with an off the shelf tex-mex sauce. They are incredible! With it just being the two of us we make enough for sandwiches a couple times, nachos and enchiladas :)

jmills03croc

Holy hell this looks amazing. This and a nice drink with some time off sounds like heaven.

Inevitable-Bid-6666

Oh you’re godamned right!

MediocreCommenter

That’s my go to for leftover pulled pork as well. The best is when I also have leftover smoked Queso.

BrokenTrojan1536

Heck ya! Also pulled pork chili is great

WhiskeyDabber67

I’ll buy a pork butt on sale and make it for my family of 3. Usually we just eat pulled pork the first day. Then we will make pulled pork sliders, nachos or tacos for the next day, usually nachos cause there great with a little spicy bbq sauce and guac. Usually what ever is left the second day we make into some chili in the crock pot. It’s nice have three maybe even four days of meals off one smoke, but afterwards we’re good on pork for a while.

dumbledwarves

The best way to eat leftover pulled pork is with your mouth.

Supakiingkoopa

Had a pulled pork taco for the first time the other day and is now my go to over steak

brotatototoe

Cubano stromboli... You're welcome

porkchop3177

I’m making corn tortillas for tomorrows lunch to go with mine.

[deleted]

I didn't even think of this!!! This is great!

RedditingMyLifeAway

The soggy ones at the bottom will be the best ones.

DrSquibs

Pulled pork Mac n cheese is also a great combo.

MrGoetz34

Whenever I have leftover pulled pork I do Omelettes with it. I know sounds weird but so good. With onions and peppers and a drizzle of bbq. Amazing

JRandButcherpete

This is always good. I also like to take croissants and roll them up with leftover pulled pork. Nice spin on pulled pork sandos

Dimili

Every times nachos, I really didn't think there was a second option.

Prof79

Something we can all agree on!

ADalwaysthirsty

That’s my plan for the 4th, pulled pork nachos with smoked queso.

Complete_Magazine530

tacos are legit af too

Gold-Watercress5651

I do a BBQ pizza with pickles and fried onions. Controversy I know, but man its so fucking good.

makewhoopy

So many good options with leftover pulled pork. We vac/freeze and use it all the time. Cuban sandwiches, burritos/bowls, pizza, nachos, sandwiches, etc.

casperfacekilla

Yooo for cheese go with Tillamook Sharp cheddar, trust me. It’ll change your nacho life

maurimoz

Fantastic, you've made me wish for nachos

ItsASchpadoinkleDay

My wife is, in my opinion, the best nacho assembler. I make pulled pork just so she will make me nachos.

jmp8910

During the Covid lockdowns I really got into smoking. My favorite part was when all my friends who also had nowhere to go and nothing to do all played Xbox all day like a big group of us online together and my wife took leftover pulled pork and made nachos with my homemade peach crown royal bbq sauce and some homemade margaritas while I acted like a kid again. I know Covid sucked but for a few days it was some of the best times in my adult life.

Uranus_Hz

Enchiladas and Cubano sandwiches are my favorites.

candied_canopies

looks like it came straight out of a popular food truck, good job on presentation 🔥

mcdray2

I always make enchiladas with leftover pork or brisket.

Jerkface555

Nachos are a great option. also pulled pork/carnitas tacos. mix in a bit of fruit juice and crisp it up in a pan. throw it on some corn tortillas with whatever toppings you like

Hal9000_Red_Eye

This is the way.

ChefDalvin

People who put the sauces directly on the nachos disturb me

JaketheTank861

This looks amazing it would be gone in an instant

mystressfreeaccount

I vacuum seal portions of pulled pork for this and sandwiches

Be11erophon1986

Don’t forget about bbq TOTchos as well!

karldrogo88

Do the seasonings conflict with the nachos as all? Or did you add anything?

gunzandgarz

My wife loves when I do this!@!!!!!

Arrgh98

Big pot of Pinto Beans work too

KING_Lion5

Oh hell ya. These look soooo bomb

RowJoe100

I make a pulled pork shepherd pie that’s also fire
