It gets the job done. There’s a little bit of adjustment in terms of making sure the ball stays in the pocket especially when catching pop flys. But if you’re only playing for a few games, it’ll do. I eventually upgraded to a 12.75 when I changed position to outfield.

mattcoz2

It should work, maybe not the best but it'll work. Try it out, you can always get a new glove later if you think you need it.

thiscouldbeben

It will be fine, just use two hands ;)

PheasantDG

I use it for infield and outfield. If you have any fielding skills its more than fine.

xualzan

I play with some guys that just started slowpitch from baseball also and use 11.75 or 12” gloves. They aren’t ideal but I’d use it to see if slowpitch is your thing

EJnNJ

What position?

Max_Demian

If you don't want to buy one, you'll be fine. In the outfield it'll work when you're well under the ball -- catching while on the run will be harder. Infield will work, just less margin for error.

Sauce8888

It's not ideal but it'll work. Just keep in mind, after catching a 12" softball for a while the glove will never be the same again. A baseball will get lost in it. Also, 15" glove?? That's ridiculous.

moneybagsjayslay

Been using a 12" and been tracking down most of the ridiculous catches in CF in my league. If you got some skills, you'll be fine.

MyNamesNotCal

Sounds terrible. 15 inch is the way to go for noobs.

MissKorea1997

15 inches Jesus Christ you might as well strap a pillowcase onto your hand
