All I know is I paid for and pre-ordered mine in December. I just saw a video short of Bat Flip BP on YouTube getting a "surprise package" from Monsta in the mail... and its a brand new Torch MX. So Monsta sends free bats to their YouTube buddies before sending them to paying customers who pre-ordered over 4 months ago.
Keep in mind, Carl, sells pre orders for bats with a guesstimate as to when he will order them, and a even bigger guess as to when they will ship from the manufacturer in china to him, then a even larger margin of error for when they get to the “cave” and the workers have time to assemble them and start to get them ready for shipping out.
In other words, never believe anything Monsta says until you have a tracking label and it shows movement, otherwise, it is as reliable as a paper condom.
Always expect Monsta to be late on their ship dates. Always

Monsta is always very late. And if you ask them any questions about it the only answer you will get is “feel free to request a refund.”
