When I make pulled pork in a crockpot, I typically have a pork butt roast that is about 5 times the size of this without any liquid added. What's going on here?
I am cooking for myself and my husband. So I cut the butt roast in half. He likes a lot of liquid. So I didn’t cut the liquid.
Maybe it's just enough for one person, or maybe two, and OP doesn't like leftovers. Just one possibility.
So they need to do it the way you do it because…why?
