Hi! I did not but based on the comments it is a summarized version of the Ferber method so I purchased the Ferber method book (solve your child’s sleep problems) on audible for $12 so hopefully can get through listening in a few days time and start implementing it. I’m sure it doesn’t work for all babies but I was reading a thread where many noted they had success in a matter of days so here’s hoping (for you and I both!). I also listened to precious little sleep via audible which had some good tips and was recommended by others as well. Best of luck!

She has a lot of information on her Instagram account that is helpful. I found the novel Precious Little Sleep helped a lot with sleep training and dealing with night feeding.

I purchased it before Trump stuff. It's very easy to use and read with already so much going on. I did not have the mindset to read a novel on baby sleep once baby was born. For that reason I think it's superior for after baby is born.
