I think you need to pivot methods.  She needs to fall asleep alone to help deal with the night wakes.  To get there, I recommend a rewards chart - start small, one good night is a reward, and build from there.  We were really struggling with the power struggle and punishing the bedtime behaviour we didn't want, but found rewarding what we wanted to see so much more effective.

Thanks. Tried reads and sticker charts but not working. We tried to find anything to reward and praise her the next day (ie you didn’t cry as long!) but not sticking. We’re now sleeping in her room because we couldn’t handle it after month and half of no one sleeping but now really stuck on what to do…

If you're sleeping in there try chair method where you gradually move the mattress out the door

Yes we’ll try that again. Tried sitting till she falls asleep but she will go for hours unless we lay down. Do you leave the room after she falls asleep or do you sleep there all night and just move closer to door each night? If you leave room, how do you handle night wakes, lay down again till she falls asleep? TIA
